Guest Reviews
- Valerie (9/5): - Quiet location close to ferry. Comfortable beds. Downstairs toilet. Neighbour drilling and sawing but stopped at 19.00

- malacki (10/5): would definitely recommend - very well furnished and modern the house heated up quick all the rooms had more than enough space and i love how close it was to shops and the train station also the communication was very good and instructions where laid out very understandably
- Jennifer (10/5): Good communication with the host and property lived up to expectations for a great family holiday. - Location and layout of property was perfect for us. In particular the kitchen was very well equipped - perfect for Christmas cooking. The downstairs cloakroom/wc was a definite bonus with 5 of us staying.
- Annmarie (8/5): - Very good modern accommodation, highly recommend. I have no dislikes about this accommodation.

- Clair (10/5): - Great location, convenient for the city. Train and bus on the doorstep. Nice quiet area but with shop and takeaways no more than a two minute walk. House clean and cozy.
- Jamie (10/5): Lovely house - Clean, good size, modern interior on a nice street. Driveway to park on which was a bonus. Good communication from host. Would highly recommend.

- jorateca (9/5): excelente lugar - excelente casa muy acogedora con todo lo necesario para una muy buena estadía
- Mary (8/5): Would recommend. - Very convenient location, ten to fifteen minutes walk from City Airport (if in part close to busy road) and just round the corner from both bus and train connections into the centre. Host responsive and welcoming. Lovely shower and clean, comfortable rooms. There had been a plumbing issue just prior to arrival but it did not impact on our stay. Ruth had dealt with immediately and checked up during our stay. We weren't eating in, so can't comment on shops / restaurants.
- Tuxford (10/5): Easy walking distance from the train station and the airport. Lovely house. - Very clean and very conveniently located

- Dean (10/5): Great stay - Found the Owner to be very helpful and accommodating. Even before arriving they gave good information a made check in easy.
Found the house to be great size for what needed it for house was clean also. In a good location about 2 minutes away from a train station that takes you in to Belfast centre in about 10 minutes Nothing
- Mandy (10/5): - Location perfect acess to bus to city centre. Beautiful property very comfy, clean and a great host!
- Peter (10/5): Perfect night away, home from home - So homely and everything you could possibly need was thought of
- Niamh (10/5): Well located comfortably house - Everything the house was so cosy. Close to all amenities. Ruth was lovely to deal with. Will be back again Nothing
- Nathanial (10/5): Nice, clean & comfortable house. Great for a couple of nights. - Stayed for a concert in Boucher. Great little spot. Really handy to get into the city centre train & bus stops really close by. Clean, comfortable beds & the host Ruth is really helpful. Honestly nothing, just be prepared to use public transport
- Niamh (10/5): - very clean good location and great communication from the owner
Molto accogliente.
- Theresa (10/5): -
- Martin (9/5): -
- Cora (10/5): They responded very fast when we texted. Instructions were very clear , overall was very comfortable and clean - It was lovely a clean, it was also very comfortable and very spacious. Also had everything u need. The milk and tea, coffee and hot chocolate left there made extra home like after are long journey There is nothing
- Belinda (7/5): Good - Location was excellent for transport to SSE Arena, city centre and George Best City Airport, this was the main reason for booking. Comfortable furnishings and generally nicely decorated and furnished. Very clean. Good communication from host re local shops etc. No milk on arrival, disappointing when teabags, coffee and sugar were provided. Two kitchen cupboards smelt badly of damp when doors were opened. Shower leaked every time it was used, so water was dripping though kitchen ceiling in several places, including near electric box. Front door lock was a bit tricky and didn't feel very secure. Washing machine 'on its last legs' according to host when I reported it was leaking. Handle broken on wardrobe. Description as 'fully refurbished' was misleading in respect of these issues.
- Sarah (10/5): Lovely stay in Belfast - Ruth was absolutely lovely. She gave lots of clear instructions on how to use things. Wifi is excellent all over the house. Lovely bathroom. Nice little garden view from the kitchen too. Great spot for our family of 4. Parking was easy in a very quiet area.
- Pratibhaben (10/5): Lovely clean place. Everything thing there that you need. - N/A No Toaster
- Lucyna (9/5): I like it. - A pleasant location, although far from the city center: a beautiful and quiet place. Grocery stores and takeaways are easily accessible, and bus and train stops are close by, making getting to the city easy. The house is cozy and clean. I definitely recommend it to everyone.
- Stephen (2/5): Completely Unsatisfactory - It was a roof over our head for two nights. It was warm. It had hot water. The house was not where it said it was on Booking.com
The house was located well outside the city centre so could not have a night out and walk home which ruined our plans. For someone not familiar with the area it could potentially be dangerous. There was a very bad leak in the shower which spilled to the downstairs kitchen which we had to clean up. The whole house smelled damp as a result. There were no curtains in the bedrooms so woken up with the morning light. Basic accommodation.
- Katherine (9/5): Superb - Convenient location from station, pleasant area, very friendly communication from host, clean, comfortable bed. Nothing - it was fine and absolutely great for my overnight stay but, as I was on foot, a little bit of local info would have been really helpful, e.g. re where to find a shop.
- Dave (8/5): Very good -
- Steven (10/5): Exceptional - Clean, comfortable, good location . Excellent communication from the owner. Would happily stay again
- Raymond (10/5): Charming house with all the amenities! - This house was an amazing place to stay. It was so cozy. It had everything a family needed. We were there only one night. The washer and dryer was a welcome bonus as this was towards the end of our trip, and we needed to wash a few things. We had a rental car, and it had a nice driveway to park the vehicle. We would definitely stay there again on our next visit. Nothing
- Robyn (10/5): Had to fly out early morning and need a place to stay close to airport. It worked out perfectly There was also a washing - Great location. Walking distance to shops. 10 minute drive to City Airport. Everything we needed
- George (8/5): Home from home in an excellent location. - This house is situated in a nice quiet residential location but with easy transport links into the city. A bus runs along the street but we didn't use it. We did however use the train from the station at the end of the road which is 0.26km or 350 steps away. This took us 3 minutes to walk. Once we reached the station, there is a ticket machine which was very simple to use. The fare into the city centre, Grand Central Station, was just £2.20 per person each way and is a very frequent service. On the first day we drove to the Titanic Experience and parked the car for the day before then walking into the city. We know now that it would have been better to just use the train.
Having the whole three bedroom house to ourselves was just like having a home from home. There are two double bedrooms and a single. The bathroom is very large with a large walk-in shower and a bath. Down stairs there's a cosy living room, dining room, lovely kitchen and also a down stairs toilet. The back garden is plenty big enough and there is off street parking to the front.
At the other end of the street, 0.3km, 394 steps away, 3.5 minutes walk is a couple of take-aways. We can recommend the John Dory's fish and chip shop. 5 minutes drive away is the Holywood Exchange Retail Park with a good selection of big name brands including Ikea. It's only 4 minutes drive to the George Best Belfast City Airport, or 19 minutes walk. Not enough sockets in the living room and bedrooms. More shelf space in the bedrooms would have helped.
- Iain (10/5): Clean, comfy and warm - Was perfect for us, clean comfy and close to town.
- Gaynor (9/5): Pleasant stay. - Quiet street, clean & cheery. Shower good. No blockout curtains or blinds in bedroom’s - no sleep past 5 o’clock.
- Danielle (10/5): Very last minute stay for us and the host was so kind and helpful. Great comfortable beds!! Slept like a baby. Very clen - Brilliant wee house has everything you need and more very clean and homely.
- Beedle (10/5): Fab stay in Belfast - It was a great location for our planned visit to the SSE, 10 mins walk from the airport.
Ruth, who met us at the property was amazing, she was friendly, helpful and caring. There is a local shop and takeaways 5mins away. And Uber/just eat deliver too.
The property itself was a very high standard, beautiful facilities and a lovely little garden with sunlounges. That we only booked for one night!!
- Chloe (10/5): Fab - Great space for the 4 us travelling to Belfast for a girls weekend. But further out than shown on booking.com map when searching but we hired a car so easy to get back and forth. Bus and train station at the bottom of the road too.
- Radka (9/5): Superb - Lovely house with everything we needed for our short stay. Kelly was super helpful. We would definitely stay here again.
- Louise (8/5): Very good - Perfect location if your going to a concert
- Rebecca (10/5): Great stay enjoyed our trip - Very nice accommodation for me and my friends, host was very friendly. Would deffiently stay again
- Kaci (10/5): Exceptional -
- Christopher (10/5): Great location - Great location, off street parking
Really modern warm clean and comfortable beds
Would definitely use again
Great value
Train station literally 50 metre walk
- David (10/5): Exceptional - As a single Dad with 2 boys this was the perfect place for us. Communication with the owner was superb, clear and punctual.
This is a 3 bedroom house with 2 double rooms and 1 single and the house has a huge bathroom (with a smaller cloakroom toilet downstairs).
The living room was clean and tidy, uncluttered and really comfortable. My boys felt instantly at home. We didn't need to use the large dining room but a really nice touch was the milk in the fridge and tea, coffee and sugar. This was a godsend on our departure morning. I'd love to visit again in Summer and sit out on the terrace in the back garden. The area is very quiet with a decent, high street a 5 minute drive away with plenty of shops etc.
The house was spotlessly clean, the beds were comfy and it just felt really homely.
We loved our stay and we will be back. Not applicable, we loved this house.
- Ryan (9/5): Stayed for one night but loved the place. Nice and easy to get to with everything you need nearby. - Great location, nice and clean, spacious N/A
- Cody (10/5): Great location and great place to stay - Lovely house, host was very friendly and good communication
- Stephen (10/5): Exceptional -
