• Abbey (1/5): Awful would avoid at all cost - Nothing the property is in very poor condition Day of arrival it was not cleaned with human fescue on the toilet seat and and the rubbish and mess from previous renters Every thing it was horrible the cleaner has gained entry the day before my check out and and taking me belonging I got them back after arguing on the phone to open the bag to have cigarettes ash all over my child’s chlothes Also accusing me of leaving damage wen I videoed the whole property from arrival to leaving I have over 40 photos of the the property’s condition and I would avoid at all cost
• Maria (4/5): - La situación excelente. En mi vida he estado con Booking en un apartamento con la bañera pintada a cuya pintura, desconchada, se pegaban los pies. Ni que decir del empapelado de éste, roto por todas partes. El toldo de la terraza bajó, pero imposible subirlo pq estaba todo roto y solo subía de un lado. Ni gel, ni lavaplatos pq según parece lo prohíbe Booking. Sábanas no suficientes para 4 personas. Mantas, tampoco.. wifi imposible conectarlo por mucho que he hablado con el dueño. Por allí nadie apareció para ver cómo solucionarlo ...y creo que es suficiente.

• JENICA (3/5): - Es un piso bastante amplio. Para empezar, el piso no tiene aire acondicionado. La limpieza no es la adecuada, la bañera es asquerosa,el suelo pegajoso,las sabanas sin lavar y sin cambiar desde hace tiempo. La cama muy incomoda hemos preferido dormir los 3 en el sofa. El anfitrion te pone unos mensajes en booking que parece que te amenaza,que no abras la puerta hasta hacerle foto para asegurarse que es su piso donde tienes que entrar,tambien te dice que el tiene foto de todo lo que hay en el piso y que no te lleves nada de su casa. Repito que el piso es amplio, pero deberian de limpiar mas y ademas si te dice que tiene que tirar la basura por lo menos que deje una bolsa de basura que para los 3 dias que me quede me ha tocado comprar bolsas de basura.

• Petra (4/5): - Größe der Wohnung. Wir hatten keinen Mülleimer ! Die Sitzmöbel waren eher für Kinder aber nicht für Erwachsene geeignet, viel zu klein und unbequem. Auf der Terrasse schaut man nur gegen Hauswände. Die Badewanne, in der auch geduscht werden muss, gehört umgehend ausgetauscht. Sieht extrem gebraucht aus. Diese Ferienwohnung wurde völlig überteuert angeboten.

• Martin (2/5): Awful. Avoid. - Nothing. It was terrible. Everything. Apartment was filthy on arrival. Beds not made, dirty sheets and towels left on the floor. Hadn't been cleaned. Dish washer not emptied. Clothes left on dryer outside. Owner wouldn't answer the phone, eventually responded to a written appeal for him to contact me, and then claimed they couldn't speak English. Had to ask for WiFi code as code on modem doesn't work. No kettle. When eventually it was cleaned, still no bed sheets or quilt covers. Awful experience.

As really nothing was as described Not beachfront Not suitable for disabled in wheelchairs Iv visited lanzarote many many times as have family there but being disabled confined to wheelchair my brothers home is not best suited for me so I like to be independent and love playa Honda as great to just go all along the front by the beach get exercise sunshine stop at bars or restaurants and have stayed in apartments right on the beachfront Which for one this says is beachfront But is 3 rows back which was not end of world as still easy to get to beach. No sea view No luscious gardens. But biggest problem when I entered for most in wheelchair would not be able to reach the keybox but when I got inside first I noticed was dirty and nasty smell but when I went into bathroom I could not believe how they can say this has facilities is suitable for disabled in wheelchair as the bathroom is small the toilet gad No grab rails handles to enable to get on off toilet which is a basic need. The toilet seat was dangerous all loose swivelling from side to side and as for bath you could only go straight feet first to it as there's a wardrobe cupboard on left opposite toilet with just enough room to fit between but no way you can get into the bath which was a small bath very dirty been painted inside with paint peeling off pipes around one end bodged with thin plastic covering some. The tiled wallpaper hanging off the wall the other wall was all patched up wallpaper and could not get close to basin as it was as you come in but the wall in way to get close to it. So I washed mainly in kitchen sink I had to go along beachfront to the public toilets which gave a disabled loo to use. The bedding was all looking old thin mismatched ready for the bin. In kitchen no kettle so I used saucepan to boil water to clean the worktops with boiling water and one cup plate bowl and cutlery for my use to know it was clean. The kitchen cupboards are too high.. A friend of his came to try tighten toilet seat night I arrived using bit of a rubber glove around fixings as.
• victor (6/5): Mejorable - Salón, ventilador de techo un puntazo con luz incluida, smartv, y nevera muy chula Aviso de reseña extensa!! Llegamos sobre las 15:00 y al llegar a la dirección indicada me extrañe ya que vi una mujer en esa vivienda, la señora amablemente me indicó que había que ir por detrás a lo que algo confuso vi que había unas escaleras pensando que era la entrada, cosa que al final era un poco más arriba. Al llegar a la estancia encontré donde poner el código, pero al ponerlo no sucedió nada, hasta que descubrí que se levantaba hacia arriba para retirar las llaves, cosa que para muchos sería difícil entender. Al entrar a la estancia lo primero que me di cuenta que la limpieza, ya que nada más abrir la puerta habían pelos en la esquina de la puerta, al entrar a la cocina nos percatamos que la vitrocerámica estaba sucia como con grasa, el horno igual( la tostadora esta en uno de los roperos cerca de la máquina de café). La lavadora está bien aunque la goma está algo negra por la falta de mantenimiento. Pasando a las habitaciones: la habitación más pequeña está bien aunque eche en falta más enchufes(para ordenador y móvil al menos 3 tomas) ya que el escritorio es ideal para trabajar a altas horas de la noche. Pasando al baño podría destacar el lavamanos que está bien, luego el tema toallas no tanto ya que olian a húmedad e incluso estaban sucias (adjunto foto), pero lo que mas me choco fue la bañera que no se si le han puesto algún tipo de pintura antideslizante o no se pero daba algo de grima meterse, la papelera se nota que no la limpian porque tiene agua acumulada de días e incluso semanas que no se si le han puesto algún tipo de pintura antideslizante o no se pero daba algo de grima meterse, recomendaria poner un plato de ducha ya que queda más bonito. Pasando a la habitación más grande nada que objetar solo que al amanecer hoy había una cucaracha en el suelo pero nada que un insecticida solucione. Pasando al salon se podría decir que fue lo que más me gustó aunque eche en falta una tv más grande pero nada más.

• Miguel Agustin (6/5): - La ubicacion La limpieza, llegamos y no habían limpiado nada, contactamos con el propietario, pero vinieron al día siguiente cuando ya limpiamos nosotros para poder poner nuestras cosas, se nota que no esta limpio de un día, que es de varios Pone que hay aire acondicionado, pero es un ventilador en el salón, pero si abre la ventana entra aire, el problema es que se escucha mucho los aviones

La vasca del bagno è tenuta in condizioni pessime Neppure una bottiglietta d’acqua, considerando che l’acqua del rubinetto non è piacevole

Bed was comfortable but whole apartment was quite dirty and didn’t e - Good area and it had a terrace It wasn’t ready when I arrived, still hadn’t been cleaned and had the previous guests stuff all over the place. A lady did arrive to clean up and get it ready and she did her best but I found the property not to be clean enough overall

Lack of stated items: no grill, no basic items upon arrival: shampoo, conditioner, water. There were soap residues in the bathroom from previous guests. It was very dirty, the dishes were all sticky, I had to wash everything myself. The blankets in the living room are all stained. There are cockroaches in the bathroom. Broken chair and sun lounger. The owner does not answer phone calls, only correspondence. We couldn't find the key upon arrival, thanks, the neighbors helped. Pay attention to everything (breakdowns, shortcomings), because after check-out the owner will demand compensation for damage that we did not cause. Be careful!

• Brenda (1/5): I booked for 3 weeks. spent the second week mostly at my friends hotel and went elsewhere for the third week - nothing This apartment does not have the full facilities as described in the details. the terrace has a built up wall and less than 2 meters wide. the sun is not available after 17:00. No sunbed. The outside furniture is a child’s ping pong table and a mis match of old seats. the ‘sea view’ is in the distance between 2 floor apartments. the ‘garden view’ is a tree growing in the apartment terrace next door. There is no proper dining area inside as the table is beside the couch and no dining chairs. For the first time ever in over 40 years there was no water bottle on arrival, no information on the area and the ‘free toiletries’ consisted of a 2 cm end of bottle hand soap and half a bottle of body wash. it is not suitable for a relaxing area for a single person or couple to dine outside in the evening. Also. There is No bbq. The microwave has burn marks inside. The wardrobe got stuck and was difficult to open. The apartment is ‘tired’ with many old items with wear and tear evidence. Some of the cutlery was not clean and in the drawer. Dirt marks around the kitchen sink and bath. General cleanliness about 5/10.

• Samuel (10/5): Amazing apartment great host - Place was very clean and close to everything you needed. Good room sizes and balcony. Unfortunately had a bag stolen in Carmen but host was very quick to resolve our issue of being locked out 10/10 Honestly, nothing to dislike.

• Joe (9/5): Spacious apartment with a nice terrace in nice area. - I really like this apartment it's spacious and had a nice sunny terrace. Also the host is very helpful if you need to message about anything. We left a jacket there and they saved it for us and was able to collect it. I've stayed here a few times now as I like it the apartment. WiFi is excellent with high speeds and access to the router in the lounge so if you need to do work you have a great connection. There's a few ants around the kitchen but I think it's common in Lanzarote. Not a big problem really.
• Joe (10/5): Spacious flat with nice sunny terrace, had everything I needed - Great location, easy check-in, spacious accommodation for my needs and reasonably priced. I enjoyed the wrap around L shared terrace and made use of the washing machine. It basically has everything you need like home so can't fault it. I was on my own but would be more than fine for a few people. Felt secure and safe also. Couldn't find the toaster or may be there wasn't one but not a big deal
