This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. A damage deposit of CHF 500 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. 1. Please honor the earliest checkin time and max checkout times as they are stated, they are important for our organizational processes. 2. Quiet time after 10 PM. 3. When checking in, please report any damages, if you see any. 4. Smoking only in outside areas. Smoking inside will be fined with 200 CHF. 5. Please leave the apartment in a fair state. Extra cleaning hour costs 40 CHF. Only guests included on the reservation are allowed to enter the property without the hosts' prior approval. NO visitors without host’s prior written approval are allowed. If it is determined that there were unauthorized visitors on site, the registered guest will be charged (for each unauthorized person) 100 CHF per person per day. If there are friends or family that you would like to visit you, please advise the host to gain agreement.
