• Andreas (6/5): - That i was close to my girlfriend. That i had my own private time. Nobody was around me. That i needed to manage everything. I needed look for heating, i fixed the internet cable because there was no internet. Hard to be in touch with the people who are responsible for the place. However i dont complain. Was good.

• James (7/5): Easy mid-week stay for work. - Location was good and pricing was reasonable when compared to hotels, etc. Hosts were very receptive over whatsapp. The communal area could be a bit more comfortable, perhaps upgrade the sofa. No issues at all though

• Vladimir (1/5): I wouldnt recommend staying here. - Unfortunately, my stay at this apartment was quite disappointing. On Friday night, I couldn’t sleep until 3am due to a very noisy tenant in the apartment upstairs. The man, who appeared to be in his 40s, seemed either extremely intoxicated or under the influence of drugs and was making bizarre and unsettling noises for hours. I had work early the next morning, and it was impossible to get any rest. I messaged the host, but their only response was that they were "surprised," claiming they hadn’t had problems with this person before. As for the apartment itself, it’s described as “luxury,” but in reality, there’s nothing luxurious about it. The bed was clearly worn, and the bedding didn’t seem particularly clean, I even found hair on the sheets, which made me question whether they had been washed at all. The area surrounding the apartment also felt quite dodgy and not very pleasant to walk around at night, although it is relatively close to the city centre and amenities. Overall, I wouldn’t recommend this place, especially for anyone looking for a quiet or comfortable stay especially considering this is not even the cheapest option.

• Esther (10/5): Exceptional! Good value for money. - When in Kettering this is the best place to stay. Better than a hotel room. There is everything needed for your stay. It is in walking distance from the train station; Uber is not expensive and there is bus service. Everything is in walking distance, shops, restaurants, stores, entertainment, town centre, etc. Most importantly the place is very clean and quiet. Checking in and out was very easy. Customer service is a 10. Try it, you will not regret it.

It's basically one house divided into two, we heard the lads coming back both nights super loud, it stunk of weed/weed buds on the table still ha! Bedroom tiny, so expensive for what it was - not even a pint of milk for a cuppa?!

• Keith (9/5): Superb - Very clean, brand new fully equipped kitchen, super fast wi fi. Detached property quite location. Always found parking space outside apartment, parking free. Loads of supermarkets, bars , restaurants and takeaways all within walking distance.

We had to make a complaint to the property manager as the upstairs apartment above ours was being used as an escort/prostitution service. we had multiple times in the night of our doorbell and door and windows being knocked on throughout all hours of the night by many unsavoury characters even offering me money as they assumed i was part of it when i opened the door. I had to go out multiple times to ask questionable characters to leave the premisis. i tried to contact the property management who assured me they would speak to the owner of the location to request a refund. i was just now messaged back by the property manager that the upstairs occupant had been removed however no refund would be issued. just absolutly ruined our trip over from america. My girlfriend was extremely uncomfortable with the whole situation and we really believe this listing should be removed from Booking.com
