• Compagnon (6/5): Malgré toutes ces remarques notre séjour était agréable par les paysages et plages de Minorques . - l espace et l équipement de l appartement Pas d accès à la piscine. alors que l information de fermeture était à compté du 31 octobre. déco année 1990, hygiène ok mais manque d entretien, joints de douche mosaïque jaunit, papier peint se décolle, porte chambre difficile à ouvrir et fissuré dans le bas idem porte de placard chambre électricité sous goulotte, plomberie très bruyante, chauffe eau éteint a notre arrivée, 1 seule prise électrique sur plan travail pour 3 appareils électriques utilisés: bouilloire grille pain, micro ondes, verre applique cassée, ampoule hs sur le palier haut escalier changée l' avant veille de notre départ, fenêtre chambre simple vitrage donnant sur rond point avec circulation bruyante. En dernier lieu aucun geste commercial lors du glissement et réduction du temps d hébergement causés par le décès d un proche en France le 26/09/2025 inhumation le 6 octobre 2025.
• Maria (8/5): - Adorámos a localização, a cama era confortável e tinhamos o necessário. A roupa de cama e toalhas estavam limpas e isso é importante para nós. Adorámos também o facto de nos terem deixado fazer check-out tardio uma vez que não iam ter entrada no dia seguinte. A anfitriã Luz foi mesmo muito querida ao permitir isso. E foi também sempre muito prestável e de rápida resposta quando precisámos de algo ou tivemos dúvidas. A limpeza podia ser melhor. O espaço em si não estava bem limpo. E sentimos algumas falhas porque não tínhamos sacos para o lixo, apenas um rolo de papel higiénico e uma pastilha para lavar a roupa. Desta forma tivemos que comprar sacos para o lixo, o papel higiénico e deixamos no apartamento para as próximas pessoas utilizarem uma vez que não íamos poder trazer de volta.

• Kevin (8/5): We were over visiting our daughter and baby granddaughter so we had a great time.Apartment suited our needs and the host - Close to cafe,restaurant and shop.Liked having a washing machine👍 Aircon only in bedroom so very hot sleeping in main room 🥵.Also found sofa bed a bit annoying.Swimming pool needs more shades,especially around the children’s pool area.
