• Gabriele (10/5): Semplicemente perfetto - L’appartamento La Piccola Venezia è una vera perla: la posizione è semplicemente perfetta e permette di raggiungere comodamente tutto ciò che serve per vivere al meglio la città. L’alloggio è accogliente, funzionale e dotato di tutti i comfort necessari per un soggiorno sereno e senza pensieri. Il vero valore aggiunto, però, è Giovanni: un host estremamente disponibile, attento e sempre pronto ad aiutare per qualsiasi necessità. La sua disponibilità e il suo supporto fanno davvero la differenza e contribuiscono a rendere l’esperienza ancora più piacevole. Assolutamente consigliato a chiunque cerchi un punto d’appoggio ideale per visitare Livorno. Non vedo l’ora di tornarci!
• Veronica (9/5): - La posizione è comoda per raggiungere comodamente il centro a piedi. Colazione soddisfacente, nota di merito all’accortezza di lasciare del latte in frigo. La casa si trova al terzo piano senza ascensore con scale piuttosto ripide. Il bagno non era provvisto di bagnoschiuma e shampoo.

Liebevoll vorbereitet Während unseren Besuchs, war die Spülmaschine kaputt und es stand Wasser darin, wodurch es am Ende etwas nach abgestanden Wasser gerochen hat. Leider haben auch Messer zum Kochen gefehlt, welche wohl von vorherigen Gästen mitgenommen wurden. Die Probleme wurden schnell vom Gastgeber adressiert, aber könnten wärend unseren Aufenthalts leider nicht behoben werden.

• Dora (7/5): Für eine Nacht ok - Es handelt sich um eine hübsche Dachgeschoss Appartement im 3 Stock ohne Aufzug,, Zentral gelegen und gut ausgestattet. Die Anonyme Schlüsselübergabe in der Box ohne einen Menschen zu sehen. Die mühsamen steilen engen Treppen mit Koffer zu besteigen. Parkplätze Mangelware. Es sollte auch endlch mal die WC -Abdeckung repariert werden, die scheinbar schon länger einseitig gelöst ist und stark hin und her wackelt bis fast zum abfallen.

• Durrah (9/5): A lovely oasis in an underrated city - We appreciate the size of the apartment which is perfect for two people. Personally, I like that the room is completely separate. It has great facilities, and we were able to have coffee breaks and breakfast thanks to the coffee, moka and sweets. Our host was extremely kind, communicated everything well and we had a really nice stay there. It was short but memorable. I also really like the amount of natural light in the apartment, especially in the bathroom. At specific times of the day, the sun shining through and the sunset seen from the living room is so beautiful. It's a lovely little place. We would appreciate it if there was a little light added around the counter/stove area. It was not so well lit for cooking. The bed does make some noises when we move so maybe it can be considered to get a quieter bed. Another thing to consider, although not much of an issue for us, you can still hear a lot of activities down the street despite the apartment being the topmost floor. Light sleepers may want to consider this.

• Carolina (9/5): - Struttura molto carina, con tutto il necessario. Personale e staff molto gentile!! Consigliato. Uniche cose negative che non c’è l’ascensore e il microonde in casa, per il resto tutto ok.

Colazione inclusa!!Gentilezza anche da parte dello staff che ci ha fatto strada per mettere la macchina in un posto sicuro. Sicuramente se torniamo a Livorno proveremo a rifissare qui :) grazie! • Riccardo (7/5): Vicino alla 'piccola Venezia ' - Appartamento dotato di tutto il necessario, anche di qualche brioche per fare colazione. Il contatto che ci ha consegnato le chiavi ci ha richiesto la tassa di soggiorno anche per la bimba (poi però ho scoperto sul sito del comune che la stessa non è dovuta per i minorenni). Parcheggio in zona solo per i residenti per cui possibile parcheggiare in un parcheggio coperto a ca 600 MT al costo di Ca 25 euro al giorno.

• Florian (10/5): Exceptional - Cozy yet spacious Apartment with lots of amenities, ideal for longer stays. Quiet, but close to the town's centre. The hosts were very friendly and easy to get in touch with. The bathroom smelled a bit of old pipes, but was very clean otherwise.
