The room above us was noisy with kids stomping, which shock the projector screen, which would reset the TV each time - just a bit annoying if you were watching something.

If you are looking for the ultimate spot for location and convenience, this is absolutely it. Everything we wanted to see and do was just a short walk away. The hotel itself is incredibly clean, cozy, and comfortable—it really felt like a relaxing oasis after a long day of exploring. A huge shoutout to the friendly staff who made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. Their warm hospitality truly made a difference. Parking & Shuttle Support: Because of the weekend road closures, getting from the parking lot to the hotel with heavy luggage can be a bit of a challenge. Having a dedicated security personnel at the parking lot and perhaps a shuttle tuk-tuk service to transport guests and their bags during closure hours would be an absolute game-changer. Bicycle Rentals: It would be amazing if the hotel offered bicycles for rent, as Melaka is such a fun city to explore on two wheels.

- jeremy (9/5): - It was very clean and the room was comfortable. The staff were lovely and very helpful. It is brand new and was still undergoing renovations (that didn't interrupt my stay at all) and a pool and restaurant is being installed. Will stay next time i visit very comfortable beds too. The room i was in had no windows facing outside, but it's window did face an empty effectively unused hall. The installed shade curtains were thick and let the natural light from the halls skylights into the room without visibly being able to see inside. There were also very good curtains for complete blocking out of light as well. This was a very minor issue that did not effect me in anyway and I would happily stay in the same room again.

I really like the night lit light switches and charging ports near the bed. location is close to a lot of tourist spots the room has no view apart from looking out of the window at the roof tiles of the next building block 5 metres away.

Very patient, kind and friendly. No complains about them, only good comments. Makes you happy to go back to your hotel, everyone is always with a smile and ready to help. Room TV, if i do not have an account to social media or if i am not tech savvy, i will not be able to watch anything. Basically staring in the room with no music and nothing to watch. Can be claustrophobic cos room is very small and acoustics are not great.

Loved the room setup and the staff were really nice! The rest room floor were very slippery. Funny how the hotel provides everything and even bath robes, but slippers is where they draw the line. The water in the rest room and in the bath tub were dirty at first. I had to call staff and basically ask what the hck was going on. Fortunately the water ran clear after a while.

So peaceful and quite at night, super strategic. Loved the room with slide! Perfect for families with kids. The rooms are not soundproof so please bear with the noise as kids will be very excited.

- Judith (10/5): Heerlijk verblijf voor korte tussenstop in Melaka - Centraal gelegen in mooi opgeknapt pand. Familie kamer was top, lekker ruim en leuk voor de kinderen. De kinderen vonden de VR room en het knutselen beneden ook echt geweldig. Alles is op loopafstand, erg fijn. De glijbaan in onze kamer van boven naar beneden was echt veel te gevaarlijk, mijn jongste dochter haalde haar arm open toen ze naar beneden gleed

- Yu Yee (9/5): - We stayed at the Loft spiral, while the kids enjoyed the slide (and room!), the adults enjoyed the luxury of having a projector screen. The loft was spacious and clean. They have a crafting area at the lobby, perfect for family with kids (and adults alike!). Staff were very helpful and friendly! Highly recommended stay.
- C Thaneswary (8/5): Good - Its location was near Jonker street. The rooms were clean and nice. The staff are very friendly. The bathroom door need to be changed as it is kind of transparent. So pls be aware.

- Jia Jiun (10/5): suitable for family. smart home setup for the room. - Ambient and the room Car park a bit too far away from the hotel.
- Yong (10/5): A cosy place to stay - The service is very good, upon arrival there drink serve and foc recycle bag. There some issue with wifi and aircon, staff immediately attend and try resolve fast too. Room small very cosy and comfortable. Overall the staffs service is really EXCELLENT. Location alot easy to walk around, carpark just park public parking infront easier too. The bath towel alot of hairy dust come out when flap. Tissue if have extra 1 more on top cabinet will be convience.
