• Lynn (9/5): Extremely functional apartment. Suited my needs well. - Close to a function I was attending. Felt very safe. Fully outfitted 1 bedroom apartment. Seemed to attract lots of students - I say this as a senior. Bus (free!) nearby. Walking distance to grocery store. Not clear how to contact property at check-out as they requested. Smelled a bit musty, but clean.

• Renee (9/5): Great location, very comfortable stay - Very comfortable one-bedroom apartment. Kitchen was well-equipped. Whole place was nicely decorated. Location was great. Plenty of parking. The condo complex' common garden area was very nice. Host was very responsive. Nothing.

The condo is exceptionally nice, the owner is very helpful, the location is close to everything, and you couldn’t ask for a more comfortable, well appointed place, especially for the price. This will continue to be my go-to place when in Durham. Nothing, it’s great.
• Patricia (10/5): Wonderful, comfortable, thoughtfully designed condo near everything in downtown Durham. - It is a very secure location with private parking and clear instructions for how to access the building. It’s in a leafy neighborhood, but walking distance to restaurants, bars, theater and music venues, and a few minutes drive to Duke and Duke Hospital. There is a lovely, private courtyard at the center of the property. The condo itself is thoughtfully designed, comfortable and attractive. The owner provides every amenity you could want. The bedroom has two closets, for us clothes horses. The bed was very comfortable and there were an assortment of pillows, so you can choose the one(s) that are as hard or soft as you prefer. Honestly, for the money, you won’t find a nicer place in Durham. Absolutely nothing. This is a great place.

• Valentina (7/5): Renovated clean apartment with comfy bed. Check-in experience could be simplified. - Renovated apartment with AC/fan, new bathroom, clean, and comfy bed. Windows and doors aren't super high quality. Bedding could have been warmer, with a higher blanket, for example. Receiving a message with a recap of check-in instructions- not just the code - would have been helpful.
• Gwen (8/5): - The building was in a quiet part of town and the inner courtyard was an added bonus. It had a pool, games and beautiful plantings. We walked to everywhere we needed to go in Durham - so the location was very convenient. The bed was super comfortable. The sofa was uncomfortable and it took a little practice to get used to the stove. Getting in initially was a little wonky, but the staff fixed it quickly.
