• Marleen (10/5): - Very cosy appartment near the centre of Tirana. Two bedrooms with good beds, kitchen and a cosy living room. It's very easy that you have a parking under the building, so you have always place and you can enter the appartment from the parking area. Good information from the host before your arrival and very correct. We slept here in the beginning of our trip and at the end. It really felt like coming home. Nothing

• BOBOH (8/5): Velmi hezké ubytování s parkováním na dobrém místě. - Byt strategicky velmi dobře situovám v centru města v dosahu všeho. Parkování je trochu dobrodružné při vjezdu do garáží .... je potřeba jet opatrně. Výtah je taky trochu dobrodružný .... myslím tím jeho ovládání pomočí čipu .... musíte zjistit kam přiložit :-). Nic.

• Bjorn (9/5): Mooi, centraal appartement in Tirana - De prijs kwaliteit voor dit appartement is top! Er zijn twee aparte kamers met elk een tweepersoonsbed. Er is een keuken, parking voor de wagen en een zeer centrale ligging waardoor je die wagen niet nodig hebt. Naar onze smaak waren de bedden veel te hard, voor ons niet comfortabel. Kwestie van smaak natuurlijk!

Nos gustó y si volviéramos a Tirana , repetiríamos sin dudarlo El parking esta muy mal, es complicadísimo con columna y curva. Muy difícil tanto para entrar con el coche como para sacarlo

• Mirthe (10/5): Very nice apartment with good beds and in a nice neighborhood nearby the city center. - Very good communication with the owner who was very helpful. Cozy apartment with good beds and shower. Also very convenient that there was a washing machine. Also the elevator was a big plus since we have a big suitcase and stroller for the baby. Great that it had a parking place, because Tirana is very full with cars. It is a steep slope, but doable when you take a run-up!

• Mary Ellen1982 (9/5): Beautiful apartment in Tirana center - The location is very central in downtown Tirana . It was easy to walk to the city centre. The appartement was clean, one bedroom was very spacious. Both bedrooms very tastefully decorated. Strong wifi.Franko was very accommodating. He gave all instructions beforehand. It was a bit of a hassle to find the accommodation through google maps. But eventually we found it. The only thing worth mentioning is the parking place. It is in the basement of the building with a very steep entrance with a sharp curb. It was quite scary to manage the (rental) car out. You need a car with 4wd car to conquer that steep hill . Our rental car had low horsepower so it slipped quite a bit before we could drive out.

• Malik (8/5): - Kommunikation im Vorfeld war super, Online-Check-In, Online-Zahlung, Self-Check-In. Die Wohnung ist sauber, schön und geräumig. Ausstattung ist klasse. Außerhalb der Wohnung: der Aufzug ist einmal fast steckengeblieben und dann ohne weitere Info ganz nach unten gefahren. Die Ein- und Ausfahrt in die Garage ist grauenhaft, eine Steigung von gefühlt 30%, die beim rein- und rausfahren gefährlich sein kann. Zudem ist die Lage zwar in Ordnung, aber am Eingangsbereich des Hauses hielten sich verdächtig wirkende Jugendliche auf und die Haustür war bis spät abends noch offen.

Er was een ochtend geen water waardoor we weg moesten en niet konden douchen of de wc doortrekken. We kregen wel gelijk updates maar het was niet fijn bij 34 graden… En er woont iemand boven dit appartement die een paar uur laat in de avond heel hard schreeuwde en huilde (leek op een ruzie) wat ons wakker heeft gehouden.

Leider war die Höhe der Tiefgarage falsch angegeben: Statt der angegebenen 2,30 m war die Einfahrt niedriger, sodass wir unsere Dachbox direkt auf der extrem steilen Rampe abbauen mussten. Ein Zurücksetzen war unmöglich, weil die Einfahrt so steil und rutschig war, ein wirklich heikles Manöver, das man im Urlaub lieber vermeiden möchte!

• Ramzi (7/5): Overall, a great-looking property in an excellent location, but service, amenities, and instructions need improvement. - Modern, well-decorated apartment in a fantastic central location. Air-conditioning in the master bedroom and living room kept those spaces comfortable. The bathroom was stylish, and when we requested a fan for the guest bedroom, it was provided. No air-conditioning in the guest bedroom. Toilet paper and washing machine detergent were not replenished after requesting, so we had to buy kitchen paper. Washing machine and hair dryer lacked hot air. Instructions for using the elevator key were unclear, and even the manager couldn’t resolve it—other tenants had to help.

We had a really hard time finding the apartment. The address on Booking is not correct and also the location the host provided us is not the entrance for the parking garage. Since all the streets are full of cars it is hard navigating trough it. But that was all
• Adeline (9/5): Super nice stay! - Very spacious Flat with tasteful decoration. Communication with our host was great - he is available and always in touch if something is wrong. The free parking is a real plus. Very good value for money! Only issue we had is that we couldn’t make the lift work. It’s not the fault of our host. But it was very annoying to bring the luggage all the way up by foot.

• Martina (9/5): Very pleasant and comfortable stay - The property was exactly as shown in the pictures . Every details was curated, everything was very new and clean. The surrounding area has everything you need, from bar, restaurants, grocery stores ,local food shops etc… You can literally walk everywhere you need to be . The mattresses and pillows are really comfortable. There has been just a small inconvenience with the wifi, but Franko was on top of resolving it very quickly . He’s always been very kind ,and ready to help for everything . I would change the quality of the bed’s sheets.
