• Mark (4/5): - The apartment itself was fine and clean, albeit quite small. Air-conditioning worked a treat but you have to keep emptying the waste water. It is in a very run down housing complex in an industrial estate next to the main motorway. There is no safe walking access to property and limited parking even though it had a half empty underground car park. There are no safety instructions for the building, nowhere to throw away trash and the pool was green around the edges with what looked like algae.

• Avalmo92 (2/5): Very poor - The bed was comfortable and there were plenty of cutlery and dishes if you needed anything. The hosts were friendly. The room is located in an old hotel where some people live all year round, so it can be noisy and crowded. The hotel building is surrounded by old abandoned buildings and some parts of the building itself are closed like a construction site. The vibe is of an occupied building lot. The rooms have had some minor / cheap reforms done to have a new room look and feel, but there are major flaws that haven't been dealt with. The walls are paper thin and on top of that there was a door separating the room from the one next door (right by the bed) and we could hear everything, and the light and smells are not blocked in any way. I requested a room change but i was told all the rooms were the same. Also the shower was slippery and the installation of the glass shower bulkhead was faulty and caused water to leak onto the bathroom floor making it a hazard. When you look at the description, photos, and even the google location (there's 2 entrances, the back garden entrance and the main building entrance) shown on Booking, it's clear that they're doing their best to hide all these major issues to try and justify the price, at the expense of cheating the guest into making an overpriced and under informed reservation with them. Definitely not what you expect at this price point, especially when you have nice hotels 5 mins away in the same price range. Very disappointed.
