• Laura (3/5): - Gute Lage, moderne Ausstattung Die Wohnung war modern eingerichtet, der allgemeine Zustand entsprach aber dem Gegenteil. Im Bad tropfte es ganz schön viel aus einem Wasserboiler in einen Putzeimer, der ab und zu ausgeleert werden musste. Im Flur an der Wand vor der Schlafzimmertür haben wir einen großen Schimmelfleck entdeckt. Außerdem hat der Herd nicht funktioniert. Wir haben der Unterkunft direkt Bescheid gegeben und wurden nach einem Video gefragt, was wir dann auch geschickt haben. Danach hat sich nie wieder jemand bei uns gemeldet. Wir haben eine Ferienwohnung gebucht, damit wir uns selbst verpflegen können und nicht immer auswärts essen müssen, konnten dann aber die ganze Woche über nichts kochen. Auch im Nachhinein, als wir uns noch einmal bei der Unterkunft beschwert haben, hat niemand geantwortet. Keine Entschädigung, nicht einmal eine Entschuldigung!

• Guest (10/5): Heel tevreden - Comfy bank, bed en de badkamer was heel mooi. Tv in de avond was heel chill, dichtbij supermarkt en station. Niet zoveel, we hadden kortsluiting door de oven telkens maar ze hebben het heel snel en goed opgelost en we mochten later uitschenken als goedmaker
• Viktor (1/5): No one to stay there! - nothing it was dusgusting! There was no electricity! No one try to help me during a few hours! I had to disturb neighborhoods to solve HOSTS problems! I wasted a half day to connect with someone to help me! Also , they said, that take me back 50 euro due to the inconvenienced caused, but when I checked out, they proposed me ... 10 euros!!! I rejected their miserable offer

• Osman Ana Maria (10/5): - Un apartament frumos curat situat în vecinătatea gării centrale Milano.Personalul a fost foarte receptiv cu ora chek-in-ului mai ales ca avionul a avut intarziere și am ajuns la ora 12 noaptea
• Viktoriya (9/5): Perfect place for enjoying the town and nearby locations. - Communication with host was fast and easy. Entry was easy. Location is perfect for people to enjoy the town (only 4 metro stations to Duomo). There are many cafes and nice local restaurants around the flat, small shops for daily necessities. Location of 10 minutes walk from the Central train station is incredibly convenient for exploring nearby places like Bergamo and visiting lake Como. The apartment is perfect for a couple, spacious bedroom and comfortable bed. The kitchen has all needed equipment. The terrace was not very clean and tidy but considering the hot weather we did not use it.

• Jelena (10/5): Perfect place - Everything. The location was close to the main metro station, just as we wanted. It took us only 5 minutes by metro to reach the Duomo. Some reviews mentioned noise and difficulty sleeping, but that was not true. It was so quiet that we couldn’t even hear the cars on the street. The bed was extremely comfortable. It was warm inside, even though we stayed in January. The check-in process was easy. Communication with the hosts was excellent. We received responses within 5 minutes to all our messages, and I asked a lot of questions. 😅The hosts were very kind. The place was clean and smells really good. No bugs. Everything was perfect, 10/10. Thank you! Everything was good.
• Gemma (8/5): Location, Location, Location - The location was brilliant, 10 minute walk to central station, close to Loreto metro station, supermarkets. Bed was comfortable, shower room decent sized with plenty of hot water, just ideal as a base for 2 people for 5 days.Didn't cook as was out majority of the days, saw there was lots of utensils, plates etc in cupboards & drawers. room wasn't ready on check in, issues with keys and the door not locking - however after communicating with management the issue was fixed within 48 hrs, much appreciated, i would recommend a safe. I would also like to recommend a full length mirror for the bedroom for us fashionista's :-)

Was promised 30% refund for how bad my stay was and never received after multiple follow ups - Nothing I arrived early at the accomodation as that was when my flight got in and told there would be a place to leave my bags, there wasn’t. My room wasn’t ready until an hour after the check in time promised. When I finally got into the room there was no hot water including the shower. I spoke to the WhatsApp person connected to the accomodation, Frederico was extremely slow to respond and said he would try and get someone out to look at the problem the next day, this never happened. After I asked if he could transfer me to a different room, he offered me a room on the other side of town where I would have to pay for the cab or train to get there myself. Considering the hassle and discomfort of my stay, it was agreed I would be refunded 30% of the cost. 4 weeks later and multiple follow ups, no refund has been processed.

• Martin (8/5): Nice and cosy studio flat - Cosy and modern one bedroom apartment, 15 minutes walk from Central Station and 7 minutes walk from nearest Metro station Pasteur. Kitchen fully equipped with all appliances and cooking utensils and cutlery, one bedroom with double bed and ample storage space, wifi speed was great but more about this later. Apartment was on 1st floor and elevator is also available, for the smokers there is also a balcony which can be accessed from the living room. Easy to check in and instructions from landlord Karim were easy to follow. Very nice stay and I hugely recommend. Only negative was that the wifi details in the instructions sent by Karin were not accurate, he wrote a different wifi service provider and password to that actually available in the studio flat. It wasn't a problem for me as I am technologically savvy and I logged in without any issues but it could be hard for other guests to access the wifi as the information sent on the introductory email is incorrect.

• Tanya (10/5): Exceptional - We had an amazing stay at the apartment! It was spacious, clean, comfortable, luxurious and well priced. Excellent location, a 10-minute walk from the Central Bus Station and the Central Railway Station. There are 2 metro stations nearby - M1 and M2. You can travel anywhere with them. There is also a supermarket, restaurants and local bakeries. If we need to stay in Milan again, we will definitely choose this place again! There is no Wi-Fi, or at least we didn't understand. I wrote to the host but got no reply. We used up a lot of mobile internet in 5 days. The apartment is equipped with everything you need, but there was no iron and hair dryer.
