Racheal (2/5): Spoilt the holiday. - The mattress was acceptably hard for my bad back. The room was not at all cleaned, the bed had a mouldy base, the bed settee had a large unpleasant stain, the room smelled of sweaty cheese and smoke. Worse of all there was no bedding so we had nothing to sleep on. The owner arrived with bedding around 10pm after several complaints.

Amakor (6/5): Good location, close to bus stops and train station. Good space at back of the building for exercise - Good location, close to bus stops and train station. A good space at the back of the building which was very useful for me and my wife for exercising. Spend 20 nights on same beddings. We were not given new beddings even on request nor the room cleaned. We didn't like this aspect.

Liga (5/5): Passable - Nothing really to highlight In the property description it was not clearly indicated that there is no private bathroom. You could here the doors from the other apartments as well as the noise from the toilet whenever somebody uses it. The floor was not clean. There was no plugin for European needs. Staff responded with a delay. The territory is dirty. Foxes and rats running around and fighting at night.
Hannah (6/5): Pleasant - The place was very clean. We had our own cupboard with plates, bowls, cups, cutlery, tea and coffee with a lock on it. Loved the ensuite, shower had hot water we were in room 1 The mattress was lumpy and could feel the springs, if it hasn't already been changed it needs replacement. The kettle needs a serious descale, it was unusable
Ciara (10/5): Exceptional - This is the second time I've stayed. It's in a good location to shops, tubes, bus and rail services. The house has everything you need. Good value for money. Located on a quiet street will definitely stay again.
Ron (8/5): Very good stay - Good location near Cricklewood train station with a direct line to St Pancras. The nearest subway is a 12 minute walk. Lots of grocery stores in the area and a very nice breakfast place (Meral's Bistro). They don't serve meals but there is a good kitchen available and also an outdoor seating area. We have not seen any staff but all the instructions were clear and correct. Nothing really.

Dear all, I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with the experience I had at during Cricklewood Deluxe Ensuite Room5 my recent stay from 27th July. The issues I encountered were numerous and unacceptable, leading to a significant disappointment, especially as we were in London to celebrate my daughter’s graduation. Upon arrival late on Saturday, we were shocked to discover several issues that were not disclosed in the room description: Shared Kitchen: The listing did not indicate that the kitchen would be shared. This was an unpleasant surprise and affected our comfort and privacy. Poor Quality Bed: The mattress was extremely uncomfortable, and the bed itself appeared to be held together with pieces of cardboard boxes. This makeshift repair was concerning and unsafe. Uncleanliness: The room was dirty and dusty, causing an allergic reaction. This lack of cleanliness is unacceptable and affected our health. Inadequate Supplies: We found only two rolls of toilet paper, one of which was already partially used. Additionally, there were no toiletries provided, which is contrary to the standard expectations for such accommodations. Theft of Personal Items: We left items in the fridge overnight, only to find them missing the next morning. This is highly concerning and unacceptable. The description of the room on the booking platform did not match the reality, misleading us about the quality and amenities of the property. This has not only ruined our mood but also severely affected our experience, leaving us sleepless and uncomfortable. Given the numerous issues, I request a full refund for this stay. If a full refund is not possible, I would appreciate a credit on Booking.com to be used for future stays. As a frequent traveler, I have never experienced such a poor standard of accommodation and service. I have attached pictures documenting the conditions of the property for your reference.
Tina (9/5): A very nice room. - Nice spacious room, great facilities, modern, clean, and an ensuite bathroom. The double bed was a little small and uncomfortable for two people.

Tiffany (4/5): Bad first impression. Do not recommend. - It was quiet. Even though the check in details say check in is from 2pm, the room wasn’t even ready when we got there around 4pm. We did the self check in and noticed the bed was poorly made but after 24 hours of travel and being the time it was when we checked in, we just figured it was a poor standard. Well, the standard dropped a lot lower. About 10min after having a shower, we had a knock at the door. The cleaner was there to advise the room had not yet been cleaned so I was mortified to learn we had just showered using DIRTY towels. Not happy at all with that first impression of the place. I wouldn’t recommend staying here.

Stella (9/5): The excellent basic organisation and facilities left me free to make the most of my time in London - The house is clean, well organised, there is good heating, good wi-fi, constant hot water, a good washing machine, a place to dry the laundry outside. The kitchen has two fridges, two hobs, two ovens, also a microwave, adequate pots, pans, utensils & cutlery. Good transport hub. Local supermarkets and restaurants. Owners helpful and friendly. Personally i found the pillows too bulky but it's difficult to find one pillow to suit all tastes : )

Bernadette (6/5): Lovely property if you don’t have to make adjustments. Make sure to message property about room descriptions. - The kitchen was well equipped and bedroom 1 was spacious and clean. The property is close to bus stops and a train station as well as multiple grocery shops. The property itself is lovely however we had multiple problems when having to deal with the rental agent. We were assigned the wrong room initially after a long haul flight and had to stay in a room that had not been prepared (no linen etc). We then had to extend our stay and booked a room that then didn’t match the description (displayed that had a private bathroom but then they wanted to give us one with a shared bathroom). We had issues with the extension as we went through booking.com and were not refunded the full amount that we discussed with the property for the description issues.
Ciara (8/5): Very good - Its very central near shops cafes pubs the tube and bus routes would definitely stay again highly recommended 😊 I couldn't find any cups or plates and didnt find any towels i thought they were supplied maybe i didnt look hard enough 🤭 also there was no mirror in bedroom but its newly renovated so perhaps its on the way.
