Next to the beach, has a GS25 in the building and a CU and 7Eleven around the corner. Would have been nice to have gym access included and maybe even access to the pool for a perfect stay. Both are available at an additional cost

• PEI-HUA (5/5): - 床是一般大小的雙人床，不太好睡，可能睡習慣雙人加大，房內有洗衣機，但衣服洗完找不到曬衣服的地方，廁所水壓有點小，洗澡的地方也有點擠，整體格局很不順暢，餐桌距離電視太遠，看不太清楚，唯一覺得不錯的地方就是距離海雲台主街步行只要5分鐘左右，東西買一買可以先拿回去放在出門繼續逛 床太小，沒有曬衣服的地方
• Elisabete (8/5): Very nice and convenient stay - Very comfortable bed and all needed amenities. Very nice to be in Haeundae and very close to Mipo station for the sky capsule. Line 2 is nearby and there are multiple buses going to multiple areas of the city. Very small trash can, specially for a 4 night stay. Could use a water purifier, by the end of our stay we had accumulated way too many plastic bottles…
• Alice (9/5): Modern, urban living next to the beach - The location was ideal, it was newly renovated, the shower was excellent and we loved the in unit washer dryer. There was a kitchenette and stove with cooking utensils and a lovely gooseneck kettle. There were tons of windows which we loved. Light switches and electronics were a little confusing but we could figure it out with some experimentation.

• Edric (8/5): Wonderful and suitable stay for couples and families! - Exactly as advertised, spacious, clean and well decorated rooms that come with all the necessities! Incredibly convenient with luggage storage and a convenient store just right in the lobby. Location was pretty good, right beside the beach and a 5-10min walk to plenty of restaurants, convenient stores and the food street! No comments about location relativity to public transport as I didn’t use it. Staff were friendly and helpful! Had an issue with a choked sink, but they responded immediately and fixed the problem! Not so much as a “didn’t like” but more of a precaution. Everything is provided online via message/email, room and elevator access and etc, hence it could be confusing for people whom are unfamiliar. However, it’s not a complicated process. Room access is provided exactly at the allowed check-in time hence I wasn’t able to check-in early. I’m not sure if it can be requested, perhaps it could be, but just be aware if your flight arrives very early.
• Peter Schrammen (7/5): Clean and near the beach but nothing special. - The apartment was spacious and well soundproofed. Everything was very clean and we felt comfortable. There was a service of renting at additional cost a high chair and a bed barrier for the baby which we appreciated. The gym and pool costed extra (which was written when we booked it) but we didn't expect it to be so expensive. It was more expensive any gym around even when we stayed there. We didn't try the pool since it was too expensive. We were only in the 7th floor of 38 and it's kind of dark down there between the skyscrapers. There were no real curtains on two windows and so it was not super dark during the night. The rooftop bar required everyone to eat minimum a main or two starters but since they didn't have a vegetarian dish we couldn't enjoy this neither.

The kitchen is very big, there were 2 bathroom, one is separate, one is part of an ensuite. There is a dual wash/dryer function. There is also a separate room for walk in wardrobe. There are lifts so easy access for those with luggage. There is a GS convenience store, luggage storage service. Easy walk to bakery, McDonalds and other eateries. There seems to be a underground parking for those who drive. Easy access area outside for taxi pickup/drop off. There was no clothing rack to dry clothes, especially for material that I did not want in the dryer The pillows were quite soft and a bit uncomfortable.

• Suree (9/5): Perfect new luxury apartment at - Location was great. Just a 15mins walk to the Main Street of Haeundae. View from the apartment was so lovely. We spent a good time just staring out to the Beach and Sea. Apartment was spacious with good amenities. E-Mart express just downstairs. Parking was convenient and the online receptionist helped us to make the carpark booking for our stay there. So easy to get in - an email with the door passcode was sent. Didn't see or speak to a soul from the host accomodation but they had an online chat that was helpful. nothing. the stay was great for each family member.

The apartment has everything you could need, including a washing machine, and it’s a novelty feeling like we lived in Busan for a few days. It’s a short walk to the beachfront and there’s a convenience store on the ground floor. Highly recommended and good value for money

• Jennifer (9/5): Comfortable stay in spacious apartment - Spacious apartment a short walk to the beach and the main restaurant area of Haeundae. Very clean, and felt new. Comfortable beds. Check in / check out were smooth, with automatic e-mail with access instructions sent at 11am on the morning of check in. We stayed with a 2 year old toddler who loved the hot tub looking out over the sea, especially on a rainy afternoon when we couldn’t go to the beach! Small bins for general waste and lack of any extra bins to place recycling in the apartment.

In addition to having two bathrooms, there was also a bathtub facing the beach, allowing us to enjoy the beautiful sea view from a high floor — it was truly relaxing. The overall setup of the space was excellent: the air conditioner was LG, the TV was Samsung, and all the home appliances were well-equipped, including a bidet toilet and a washer-dryer. The kitchen was fully stocked with utensils, plus an oven, microwave, and coffee machine. The lighting was also controlled by smart switches. • Sean (4/5): Highly recommended if you are Korean or can speak Korean ... if not .... it's not easy when you arri - Room is clean and ultra modern. Location is great and shops 24/7. So much could have been better. This place would rate a 9/10 if you speak Korean. OK why? Had an entry code but after long flight could not figure out how to use the door pad. Downstairs NOBODY to help. OK dial the 24/7 numbers answerphone in Korean. Luckily 2 Koreans were so kind and summoned help but felt desperate on arrival. Then in the room only USB connections so OK to charge phone and laptop but nothing else worked and I have every adapter known to science. Plus Booking.com picture showed seavie for my Studio, was actually just nearby tall buildings. Great shops and facilities downstairs and upstairs and after first 24 hours was fine but nobody cam to the clean the room over 3.5 days.

• Lauren (4/5): I absolutely wouldn’t recommend this apartment stay. Looks nice, but serious corners have been cut. - The location was good. The building itself was new and the upstairs bar was nice. The building was literally half under construction / not complete. It felt like we were staying in a place that was only half-finished. Our room was small, which we knew, but it was frustrating that all of the example images of the property were of large, spacious rooms. It was a bit of a let down when we arrived, but honestly we had a fairly positive opinion upon entering. That impression did not last long. Amenities like the pool and fitness center were not included — you needed to pay extra for them, and they were quite expensive. No discounts for anyone staying in the building. The apartment came with a tiny kitchen but there wasn’t salt, oil, etc — hard to cook. Those basics are often included in rentals with kitchens. The same goes for laundry — we traveled throughout Asia for 2.5 months and all places that had laundry in unit (like in the apartment itself, not shared among residents) had detergent available. It felt a bit cheap not to have it. In addition, it was really frustrating that it was impossible to open a window. The room felt very stuffy and the air conditioning unit wasn’t effective at removing humidity. Our towels had trouble drying. Finally, the bed linens were absolutely horrible. I swear on my life I am never ever picky / sensitive when it comes to linens. These linens felt insultingly cheap / bad. Extremely plasticky. It was really bizarre. They were quite literally the worst bed linens I’ve ever slept on in my entire life, and combined with the humidity in the apartment, made it difficult to feel comfortable.

• Sébastien (9/5): It was a comfortable and convenient stay. - Great location and it was convenient to be able to wash our clothes. We needed help with the washer (no translations), and the mobile front desk had no English chat/help.
• Divina (10/5): Great apartment for family, highly recommend! - The room was very clean, high tech with everything controlled electronically, location very close to beach and main strip, check-in was easy via code sent through email, lots of storage space, drinking water supplied, loved the shampoo/conditoner/hand wash/face wash supplied. Being a foreigner, It was a bit hard when we first arrived to figure out how to use the electronics to control things like lights, kitchen appliances, washing machine etc as everything was in Korean. There was also a bad smell in the lobby and when we first entered the room and bathrooms.
