• Iole (8/5): Gorgeous view could be better stocked - The view was the best part, beds & bedding comfy and clean. The place was spacious, comfortable and mostly quiet, except when the neighbours partied. Great location for excursions and hikes. The appliances and the whole place are old and a bit quirky. The oven did not work well and some of our food got burned as a result. We had some trouble with the dishwasher. There were simple things missing that are needed in a kitchen, like a toaster, blender, garlic press, potato masher, mixer, drying towels, proper oven mitts. There was nothing in the house except salt and coffee, tea, & sugar packets which was nice, but if you go and plan to cook, you have to bring or buy everything, oil, spices, foil etc. The TV screen is also old, doesn't take a memory stick, or connect to laptop so we couldn't watch any movies.
• Marilia (8/5): - The house is as described, has a lovely balcony overlooking the forest, it can also accommodate a large group As noted by other reviews, small details left an odd impression, no kitchen paper was provided, there was a Nespresso machine but no Nespresso capsules and it would be nice to have some bottled water when guests arrive.
• Kanakis (4/5): Disappointing - Beautiful location and view The carpet in the room we slept in had not been cleaned properly in a long time and stank. The room had a bad smell, airing out the apartment all day long over multiple days did not help. There was a lot of closet space but also that has not been properly cleaned. In general the property is in need of renovation. The smell of old is prevalent on both floors (bedrooms and living area). The kitchen cupboards under the sink had a severe odour from either moisture or mold. Nice location but not worth the cost. Communication efforts on our end were useless and were not responded to, despite several follow ups and different communication channels used. We do not recommend staying here.
• Bb (8/5): Very good - Located just outside of Platres this duplex is a good location for any family wanting to explore the area. Upstairs is a spacious living room, kitchen and bathroom. Downstairs is three bedrooms and two full bathrooms. The balcony is quite spacious, however, it was too cold outside during our stay to enjoy. The kitchen is stocked enough to cook your own meals. Free onsite parking in front of the property. Furniture is dated but clean and comfortable. AC/heaters in every room. Strong wifi. Outside of getting our check-in instructions, we had no direct contact with the property managers who operate the rental other than a random email & WhatsApp message offering properties for sale. We have never experienced this on Booking before so it just seemed odd. The only concern that came up is the lack of hot water in the downstairs bathroom with the tub. This was less of an issue in the other bathrooms.

Hot water for master bedroom not working and inconsistent elsewhere. No info/details/user guides available regarding white goods etc. Would gave been a nice (normal?) touch to also provide details of surrounding area (attractions/restaurants, etc.)...

• Sefi (10/5): A dream house in the mountains - A dream house in the mountains and the perfect view. We loved the location and bed was so comfy felt like a very nice hotel bed. We will definitely come back.
