Siddharth (10/5): One of the best family homestays in kufri - The couple who own the homestay were very polite and courteous. Possibly one of the best homestays I've been to. They even showed us around their orchards and offered us to stay in their home when it started raining. They also have food and a general store right below the property where they provide homely food and the food was actually good. Rooms were clean and well maintained. Do try their apple chutney, jam and juice. All of it was really good. Honestly one of the best experiences I've had in a while. The location is a bit off the main highway so having a personal vehicle or a cab which is available is a must. There is a direct route that goes from the property to kufri for trekkers but that route is used by horses due to which there are a lot of flies and horse dung smell around the property. The rooms have a low roof so tall people(6'3 or above) might have issues.
