Enjoyed our stay and we want to extend a special thanks to staff, Penny, who was kindly enough to go out of her way personally helped us mail a birthday gift to our aunt in other part of China. - Shreyas (10/5): - Super clean rooms, great service! Helpful in organizing taxis, and great breakfast daily.
- Tom (10/5): Nice and comfortable - Rooms were clean and comfortable with friendly staff. Hotel is close to restaurants, mall with a Walmart, and right across from the OCT Tram station to conveniently travel around the city.
- Elaine (8/5): - The old tower has now been renovated, and the condition of the building and interiors is fresh and modern. Very different to the East Wing, which remains the same for 10 years . Would recommend.
- WING SZE (6/5): 一般 - 我哋自駕遊，去到沒有停車場位，要搵公共停車場泊低，超級麻煩，這邊亦非常塞車，另外我哋已經係4:30 check-in，前台竟然說暫時沒有房，他們還跟進緊原因，房間沒有雪櫃，房間整潔乾淨。
