• Irene Connelly (5/5): Beautiful views of Lake Mburo and the national park - The ambience is lovely with a spectacular view to the lake. It was nice to have a campfire at night. The owner was friendly and attentive. The water source in the room was unclear. We would have preferred sealed and labelled water. I got food poisoning on the day we left; it was really bad and we had a long drive... I only ate at the lodge for 2 days so there was no other possible source. The mattress was very hard and sleeping was not comfortable. I asked for the the room to be prepared in the evening (it was offered and I said yes) but it was never done. The wifi doesn't reach the room and we were in the room closest to the reception area. On our last morning there was no WiFi at all and we had to request that it be topped up. The package had run out but the waitress initially told us that she was connected to it and the problem was with our phones...
