• Martina (9/5): Skvělá lokalita, vybavenost i servis - Apartmán je v pěší vzdálenosti od hlavních londýnských památek, tři minuty na Trafalgarské náměstí. Proces ubytování velmi snadný, před příjezdem nám přišlo instruktážní video a pokyny, včetně řady tipů. Výtah v budově. Na apartmánu k dispozici vše potřebné, od kosmetických potřeb, přes tablety do myčky a pračky až po kávový a čajový servis. Bylo nás v apartmánu osm, takže jsme využili i rozkládací gauč, na kterém se spalo velmi dobře. Ulice je velmi rušná, ale vzhledem k našemu nabitému programu to nikomu nevadilo, všichni jsme dobře spali :) přes zavřená okna ruch slyšet nějak zvlášť nebyl. Byt byl pěkně uklizený. Není nejmodernější, ale to nám vůbec nevadilo. Byli jsme v Londýně podruhé a rozhodně bych si tentokrát dokázala představit, že se opět ubytujeme na stejném místě. Jediné, co by bylo k vytknutí, pravděpodobně to ale není v rukou majitele apartmánů - je opravdu nehezký vstup do budovy, ihned vedle něj jsou kontejnery, kde se srocují bezdomovci a zapáchá to tam. Věděli jsme o tom ale dopředu z recenzí, tak jen mohu potvrdit.

• Anna Paola (8/5): Excellent location, smooth happy stay. - Location, easy acess and comuncation with host. Everything as advertised. Clean, has all the things you could need. Found having a washing machine a real plus since we had more days traveling. Just note the room facing the alley in the back, there will be the sound of glass bottles being emptied in to the container in the back. Last time during the week is around 23ish. So only note if you are a light sleeper or go earlier than that to bed. This applies to Apt 8.

• Anna (9/5): Very positive experience. Would stay again. - Comfortable beds, convenient location central to everything including the underground. Management staff was wonderful- better than expected - went above and beyond to help us and very responsive. Apartment had everything we needed and felt safe. Very nice property. We would stay again. I don’t have anything to complain about that was specific to the property or management team.

• Joanna (6/5): Great location, property not cleaned well, safety/security issues. - Location. Capacity for 5 pax. Lots of extra towels. Basic cleaning products eg laundry detergent and wash in up liquid were provided, very thoughtful! Not clean, lots of sticky patches on kitchen floor. Dusty. Main lobby smelt like urine every day, despite providing feedback of same. Often times, the main door was not locked, so don’t feel safe in property.

• Jaanus Jantson (10/5): Excellent stay! 10/10 - Excellent stay! 10/10 Great location – everything is within walking distance: Leicester Square: 150m St. James’s Park: 750m Piccadilly Circus: 450m Oxford Street: 650m The Apartment & Facilities: The rooms were spotless and well-kept. We were a group of six, and each couple had their own private bedroom. The beds are very comfortable, and having two separate bathrooms/toilets was extremely convenient for a group of our size. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need, whether you want to heat up leftovers or cook a meal from scratch. There is also an elevator in the building. Check-in & Communication: The host was very pleasant to communicate with. Check-in was seamless; they sent a precise video guide showing exactly where the keys were and how to enter the building. Peace & Quiet: It was very quiet at night, at least in the courtyard-facing room. I’d imagine the street-side rooms are quiet too, as the apartment has new windows (a huge plus compared to typical London windows). Highly recommended!

• Michaela (6/5): - We stayed at this accommodation for two nights during our trip to London with our two children. The biggest advantage is definitely the location – excellent access to all major attractions and shops in the city centre, which made travelling with kids much easier. I also appreciated that there is an elevator in the building. The apartment itself is spacious enough – there were four of us staying there and the size was perfectly adequate. A positive aspect was the key collection via the lockbox, the clear instructions provided, and the fact that the apartment was ready even before the official check-in time. However, right next to the main entrance there are garbage bins, and the area smells strongly of urine and trash, which creates an unpleasant first impression every time you arrive. During our stay, we did encounter several issues. The main problem was the water pressure. The apartment has two bathrooms, but when someone was taking a shower in one, the water in the other ran only in drops. The cleaning looked fine at first glance, but upon closer inspection it was less satisfactory – we found black hairs in the bathtub, and there was dust in the cabinets above the sink as well as behind the radiator. Honestly, I didn’t feel comfortable walking barefoot and kept my socks or shoes on the entire time. The bedroom immediately on the left faces an inner courtyard, where people occasionally throw glass into the bins at night, which wakes everyone up. The beds also contain springs, so every movement can be heard. In the living room, the street-facing windows could not be fully closed. Since the weather was already quite warm, it did not bother us too much, but I cannot imagine staying there during the winter. Overall, the apartment’s furnishings are quite worn, although it did serve the basic purpose of our trip. Unfortunately, the accommodation did not convince me enough to book it again. On a previous visit, we stayed in another apartment owned by the same host above Monmouth Coffee, and that experience was on a completely different level.

• KAREN (10/5): Great location. Great price. Super instructional videos an all appliances etc. - Owners emailed video instructions on how to open lockbox and how to use key fob to enter building. Some of the decoration (paintwork) could have a more professional finish to it but this in no way detracted from our experience.

Υπήρχε σοβαρό θέμα ασφάλειας, καθώς η πόρτα δεν παρείχε επαρκή προστασία και στις 12 τα μεσάνυχτα άγνωστοι μας χτυπούσαν το κουδούνι, ισχυριζόμενοι ότι είναι από την εξυπηρέτηση πελατών. Το γεγονός αυτό μας φόβισε ιδιαίτερα. Παράλληλα, το δωμάτιο μύριζε έντονα λαδομπογιά, σε σημείο που δεν μπορούσες να αναπνεύσεις άνετα και προκαλούσε βήχα. Θεωρούμε απαράδεκτο να ενοικιάζεται χώρος υπό αυτές τις συνθήκες. Οι φωτογραφίες δεν ανταποκρίνονται στην πραγματικότητα.

• FAMIGLIA DI TOMMASO (9/5): soggiorno fantastico - Appartamento dotato di tutti i comfort, abbiamo avuto un problema e con Booking ci è stato risolto. Posizione stupenda in pieno centro proprio dietro covent garden. appartamento molto ben pulito, arredamento nuovo, cucina completa perfino di lavastoviglie e lavatrice. Temperatura gestibile con termostato. lo consiglio. rumori di notte fuori la strada dal primo piano si sente tutto perchè i camion scaricano al supermercato poco distante, ma è poca cosa.

İlanda 2 ayrı evin fotoğrafları karışıktı, ben 2 odalı evde 1 odada 2 adet tek kişilik yatak ve diğer odada 1 adet çift kişilik yatak var sandım resimlere bakarak fakat odanın birinde tek 1 adet tek kişilik yatak ve diğer odada 1 adet çift kişilik yatak varmış, 1 kişi salonda uyudu mecburen, ilan fotoğrafları karmaşık. Evin ısıtma sistemide bir garip kaloriferi sürekli tekrar aktife etmek gerekiyor çünkü kalorifer max 4 saat yanıyor sonra sönüyor tekrar açmak gerekiyor. Birde ev kapısına bir tane daha kilit takılsa iyi olur, kapı bana güven vermedi.

• Bernstein (10/5): We loved our stay and everything from check in to checkout w - The location was great. The unit was very clean and nicely appointed. Did not like the chemical smell in the lobby of the building. The unit smelled fine so it was not a big deal.
• Abdel Rahman (5/5): - The location is prime. Very central and accessible to all facilities visitors would need. The main disappointment with this property is that none of the displayed photos represent the actual unit we stayed in. This was highly misleading and created expectations based on visuals that do not correspond to the reality of the two-bedroom unit. In practice, the unit is significantly smaller than implied, and the interior quality is well below the standard suggested by the photos, especially considering the premium price paid. We strongly recommend that the property owners or management conduct a proper photoshoot of this specific unit to ensure transparency and avoid confusion or misrepresentation for future guests, as unfortunately occurred upon our check-in, when it was no longer possible to retract our booking.

• C_78 (9/5): - Fin och fräsch lägenhet, centralt. Nära till tunnelbana. Tre sovrum (men ett ganska litet) och två badrum. Dåligt tryck i den lilla duschen. Jättevarmt när vi kom dit! Fick sänka termostaten, men det tog tid att få ner temperaturen.

• Anna (8/5): Super location, comfortable accommodation - Very central right by Leicester Square tube station. Near Chinatown and loads of restaurant choices. Bedrooms were good size. Very good communication when we had an issue, it was resolved within a few hours. Entrance of apartment block smelt of urine, living space small for the size of the bedrooms but workable. Windows didn’t have keys for the locks.

• Jax (10/5): Group stopover, perfect location - The size of the apartment, the location and the cleanliness. Super helpful staff, and a wonderfully warm and inviting apartment. Decorated beautifully with everything we needed. Was better than the photos it has one huge bed with en suite (bath in en suite) and then a good size double and a twin just off the kitchen. Sofa becomes a really large bed for 2 all set up ready for us. A convenient shop directly next door. It was the perfect place to spend some time with friends.
• Jacquelien (7/5): Good - We really liked the location, you are very close to some nice streets with shops and restaurants. Underground and busses are very close by. You can walk quite easily to some great sightseeing things. The host responded quickly and gave the necessary information. The water pressure was too low so you couldn't take a shower at the same time in the 2 bathrooms, that would have been nice for a family of 7 to get ready in the morning. There was a mouse in the bathroom, that can happen but not so nice to have. The Wi-Fi was very slow. There are no converters to charge electronic devices.
