• Melissa (3/5): Will never book again. Don’t stay here - The only nice this about this property was the pool area on the rooftop. The hallways were decent My room was a box. I paid for a DELUXE and it was no such thing. The staff was super unresponsive. I told them my sink was not working and they did not come to fix it. It was just an unfortunate experience. Especially having to pay for my full stay when only stayed 2 nights. The staff were more interested in their phones. Paid no attention to me or my needs

• Nana-Serwaa (1/5): Inakzeptable Unterkunft – wir sind keine einzige Nacht geblieben - Das einzige was einem an der Unterkunft gefallen könnte wäre die Aussicht vom Pool auf den Strand, aber mehr auch nicht. Der Eingangsbereich verfügt über keinen Aufzug. Das Personal war beim Check‑In und Check‑Out unfreundlich, unkooperativ und wirkte überfordert. Besonders irritierend: Die Rezeption wird offenbar von zwei unterschiedlichen Firmen betrieben. Die Mitarbeitenden teilen sich denselben Tresen, kennen sich aber weder namentlich noch haben sie Kontaktmöglichkeiten zueinander. Entsprechend chaotisch verlief jede Kommunikation. Beim Auschecken mussten wir über 25 Minuten warten, bis überhaupt jemand erschien. Das Zimmer war in einem völlig unzumutbaren Zustand: recht klein, unsauber, der Kühlschrank funktionierte nicht wirklich und gab alle paar Minuten laute, besorgniserregende Geräusche von sich, als würde er gleich explodieren. Die Sitzbank war verrostet und beschädigt, das Badezimmer war verschmutzt und bot kein warmes Wasser. Über dem Bett liefen Ameisen und das WLAN war nicht nutzbar. Statt eines Hotelzimmers erhielten wir ein Apartment, das lediglich durch eine dünne Verbindungstür vom Nachbarzimmer getrennt war. Privatsphäre oder ein Gefühl von Sicherheit waren damit nicht gegeben. Ein großer Teil des Hotels befindet sich zudem noch im Rohbau, wodurch jederzeit mit erheblichem Baulärm zu rechnen ist. Als wir die Unterkunft aufgrund der unzumutbaren Zustände verlassen wollten und eine Stornierung bzw. Rückerstattung verlangten, wurde uns mitgeteilt, dass man uns dabei nicht helfen könne und wir das selbst über die Buchungsplattform klären müssten. Verantwortung wollte niemand übernehmen – was die bereits erlebte Inkompetenz und fehlende Kooperationsbereitschaft nochmals deutlich bestätigt hat. Wir hatten 7 Nächte gebucht, sind jedoch nach der Ankunft keine einzige geblieben. In ihrem aktuellen Zustand ist diese Unterkunft aus unserer Sicht nicht ansatzweise empfehlenswert – wer eine seriöse, saubere und verlässliche Unterkunft in Playa del Carmen sucht, sollte dringend Abstand davon nehmen.

Gillade inte hur oorganiserat det var, svårt att få hjälp, ac slutade fungera mitt i natten, svårt att kommunicera med vissa personer, la på luren när man bad om saker. 2 personer var trevliga och hjälpsamma resten inte alls service personer. Städning var undermålig.

Nous avons eu une grosse fuite du au climatiseur et avons été relogé le lendemain ( parfait) Nous avons aussi eu une coupure d électricité de 19h pm a 4 h du matin am .( pas d assenceur, pas de prise; pas de wiffi; plus de clim et plus de lumière) j ai eu l impression de vivre l époque de l homme de cro magnon et nous avons survécu.. Roof top superbe Bon Emplacement Très bon séjour ( 8 jours au total) Wiffi vraiment très mauvais..vous pourriez en prendre un plus performant .

Para os dias de passeios nao dava tempo de tomar café.
• Brenes (8/5): Buen hospedaje - La ubicación y la seguridad del lugar Que el aire acondicionado no funcionó bien se apagaba mucho y hacia demasiado calor para dormir y además después de cierta hora hora en la noche no había nadie en recepción que lo ayudara a uno. Si me llamo la atención que en la noche hablamos con un hombre que estaba en recepción y le pedimos que si podíamos pagar una noche más y nos dijo que si, pero eso si teníamos que pagarle en efectivo y que teníamos que pagarle eso si máximo a las 10 pm esa misma noche y cuando fuimos a pagar a las 10:1 minuto ya no estaba, por lo que bajamos el otro dia temprano a pagar y la encargada nos dijo que ese hombre no huviese podio reservar porque solo ella estaba autorizada para reservar y reviso y no habian más habitaciones disponibles. Pero bueno si lo recomiendo para hospedarse y si volvería a este hotel.

The hotel is not even close to the beach it’s more than 5 minutes walking distance away from the beach… What I don’t like is being lied to about the distance of the hotel from the beach!

• SONIA (8/5): Confortable et super emplacement - Le rooftop incroyable, la chambre spacieuse et le lit très confortable. Une proximité avec la 5 eme avenue mais dans un calme absolue. Possibilité de laisser ses bagages en toute sécurité. Problème avec la douche nous n’avions pas d’eau chaude malgré l’aide d’un technicien sur place. Il a tout essayé nous avons dû nous laver dans une autre chambre. Le personnel a été très attentif. Le petit déjeuner nous l’avons payé mais nous n’avons pas pu en profiter il ne commence qu’à 8h.

Hotellet var upersonlig, og det har med personalet å gjøre… Da vi kom var ingen informasjon om hverken hotellets fasiliteter eller hvor og når frokosten var. Treningsrommet som var veldig bra, måtte vi finne ut av selv. På bildene ser det ut som om hotellet ligger rett på stranden… det gjør det ikke, og man må leie seg inn på beach club’en som er avbildet flere steder på hotellsiden. Det var mye sjøgress på stranden, men det er sånn det er - og ikke noe å gjøre med. Sikkert ikke sånn hele året. Hotellet er fint, men med litt innsats ville det vært enda bedre med tanke på personligheten som var helt fraværende.

Przez cienkie drzwi wszystko słychać i czuć, sąsiedzi imprezowali a my nie mogliśmy spać o 3 w nocy smażyli jedzenie . Jest to absolutnie nie do przyjęcia, czuliśmy się oszukani, musieliśmy dopłacić do lepszego apartamentu, bez żadnej rekompensaty. Dodatkowo jak na hotel żadnej zawieszki na drzwi, żadnej informacji o WiFi czy czymkolwiek w pokoju.

Nice pools etc. And the design of the place is very nice and modern. staff are always irritable and seem like they're annoyed you're there. There were no extra blankets or pillows for the pull out couch, despite having booked it as a bed. We had to share and divide the blankets. It wasn't as clean or as in good shape as the last time i was there. Upkeep is getting a little slack.

Proximité de la plage, des restaurants, des épiceries. Certains nuits il n'était pas facile de dormir à cause de bruit nocturne causé par les gens irrespecteux. Manque d'équipement de la cuisine. Manque de l'eau causé par manque d'électricité (Une journée, pendant plusiurs heures)
• Anaïs (5/5): - Le rooftop, quand il est accessible... Le ménage et changement de literie quotidien. Nous sommes globalement déçus par notre séjour. La chambre ne correspondait pas totalement à la description : elle ne disposait pas de fenêtre, ce qui n’était pas clairement indiqué lors de la réservation (impression d'être enfermé car aucune lumière du jour). De plus, elle était communicante avec une autre chambre, ce qui donnait vraiment l’impression de partager le même espace en raison du manque d’isolation phonique. À notre arrivée, la propreté laissait à désirer (présence de chaussettes sales, coussin taché sur le banc de la penderie), ce qui est regrettable. Nous avons également rencontré un problème majeur : une journée entière sans eau ni électricité, sans aucune information ni communication sur un éventuel rétablissement. Cela a par ailleurs rendu les ascenseurs inutilisables et le rooftop inaccessible. Concernant le personnel, l’accueil a été assez froid et peu aidant. À plusieurs reprises, nos questions ont reçu des réponses brèves et peu constructives, sans réelle volonté de proposer des solutions (à l’exception d’une jeune femme qui s’est montrée plus agréable). Enfin, certains services annoncés ne correspondaient pas à la réalité : le parking indiqué n’était pas disponible, et le “service de conciergerie” se limitait à laisser les bagages à l’entrée, sans surveillance ni espace sécurisé, ce qui est trompeur. Au vu de ces éléments, notre expérience n’a pas été à la hauteur de nos attentes.

Muzika, buka i seksualni odnos iz drugog aprtmana su de culi kao da su u nasem apartmanu ,sto je bilo izuzetno neprijatno. •Sobe su bile prljave i nakon ciscenja. Posteljina nije bila zanjena u toku celog boravka. •Recepcija radi 24 sata ,ali kad smo ujutru u 7h izlazili iz hotela ,nikog nije bilo na recepciji, ostavili smo poruku kljuc i peskire na recepciji i izasli iz hotela. • Soba nije imala terasu tako da ako zelite da susite ves u stanu ili tako nesto ,mozete da zaboravite na to. Pokusali smo da zamenimo sobu ,trazili smo to odmah prvog dana i naravno da se to nije desilo. Rooms can be hit and miss sometimes but most of your time you will spend on pool side anyway. Some rooms are better than others. I have been here several times already and you can get one time perfect apartment with sea view and other time you can`t get any view at all by the same amount of money. Rooftop bar is totally worthless for food wise. Sometimes they close kitchen in middle of day and you have to use Uber Eats etc. Food selection is extremely bad.
• Melanie (1/5): Worst stay ever - The swimmingpool on the rooftop was nice. The staff was not kind at all. When we checked in we got a wrong key twice. We asked what time breakfast was they said 8:00am. Next day at 8:00am it was suddenly 8:30, while planned it like this because we had an excursion to go to. Last but not least we had a cold shower for 3 days, when I told the reception they said ‘Ok so do you want to make an report or’. WiFi was not working at all and when you entered the hotel they didn’t even look up there phone to say Hi. And not even a sorry for one of these things, worst stay. Would have listened to the reviews.
• Jacques (7/5): Plus de positif que négatif j’y retournerai - Le condo correspondais aux photos représenter, la vue était magnifique avec une belle terrasse avec table pour 4 personnes nous avons mangé sur la terrasse tout les jours La terrasse et piscine sur le toit magnifique avec des très beaux meubles et ils en avaient beaucoup un service de bar et nourriture à des prix abordables En arrivant un escalier majestueux environ 10 m de large et 20 marches à monter. Le problème c’est qu’il n’a pas de rampe avec une allée pour monter nos valises il faut faire ça avec les marches il n’a pas une rampe pour se retenir non plus au centre, je pense surtout aux personnes âgées, même pour moi c’était difficile et je suis en forme ça c’est le début. Ensuite ce que je n’ai pas aimé. Le condo est magnifique mais aucun plats de cuisson donc si vous pensez vous faire à manger apportez vos équipements .côté propreté, je trouve que c’est laisser aller autour de la piscine toute la peinture e décompose nos condos, ils n’ont jamais lavé la terrasse, je leurs est demander ils l’ont fait une fois ils ont passé le balai, les draps n’ont jamais été changé en deux semaines. Pour le ménage c’était Basic les planchers laver les coins ronds ils change les serviettes c’est tout.

• Alba (1/5): Pesadilla sin fin. - Imposible dormir en ese lugar,, se daño el aire acondicionado, no había agua, no fue posible bañarnos ni usar el inodoro, la peor experiencia de mi vida. Nos tocó hospedarnos en otro hotel, yo envié un correo a Booking solicitando la devolución de mi dinero.

• Paula (8/5): Vacaciones de 1 semana en pareja - Lejos lo mejor es el espacio de los departamentos y las piscinas del hotel, son simplemente geniales! El desayuno, no era continental ni buffet, había una carta fija bastante limitada y cuando ya llevas varios días hospedado, empieza a aburrir comer lo mismo.

• Esperanza (5/5): Gli addetti non hanno idea di cosa sia un sevizio - La struttura I servizi che vendono su Booking non sono chiari, la colazione totalmente deludente, sono appartamenti, non un albergo, per cui se credi di poter avere il sapone per lavarti, non esiste. Pieno di regole senza senso, se sporchi gli asciugamani o le lenzuola ti fanno pagare una multa di 100-200 euro.

• LIAM (7/5): Good but hoped for better - I have stayed here 3 times. It’s a nice building and the beds are very comfortable. Location is perfect. This time I was given a room on the ground floor and there was no hot water. That might be fine in July but it is the end of January and it is cold in playa del Carmen. The internet didn’t work this time. And when I asked for a room change I was denied even though I could see there was availability on the website. Disappointing

Personnel au lobby incompétent , 4 nettoyages de chambre 9 nuits ( lits uniquement pas de salle de bain nettoyer) coupure électrique 24h du au travaux à côté du Bulding ( Chambre 403 en Lowcof une horreur on entend tous les bruits la nuit )
