- Tunde (9/5): Wonderful property in great location - It was a great property, clean and wonderfully equipped. The location was great for the conference I was attending. The 20 minutes walk to Salt Palace was just right to get some exercise during a busy conference!
- Rampton (9/5): Good place - Very convenient, clean and comfortable Saturday night, the neighbors were very noisy up til midnight. Also a neighbors dog was barking non-stop for a while. I know this is not on the owners; but it was a negative . otherwise, good.

- Shane (8/5): Perfect location in a bright and functional townhouse. - We were working a trade show at the Salt Palace Convention Center, so this location was ideal. It is tucked away in a row of other townhouses so it feels welcoming. Modern appliances and furniture with a fully stocked kitchen made it easy to get settled quickly.
My favorite part was waking up and seeing the city skyline from the master bedroom. The things that we didn’t like didn’t have anything to do with the property itself. Two of the drains in the master were slow to drain, but I notified the homeowner and they were quick to respond.
There are two things, my full size truck had about 4” of clearance to fit in the garage (length) so proceed with caution.
Second, and not the fault of the owner- music/dogs. The backyard neighbor had a dog that barked continuously past midnight. Almost always, there was barking. The front faces an apartment complex that was playing loud music every night. Noisy is the only thing that makes it not an enjoyable experience.
- Jonhocken (10/5): Exceptional - Great location close to the city center, restaurants and shopping. The unit is on a very quiet alley. Neighbors were friendly. The place was exceptionally furnished especially the kitchen. We cooked quite a bit including a couple of big meals and found everything we needed in the drawers and cabinets to have a wonderful cooking experience. The place is spacious and comfortable. It really doesn't lack for anything.
