• Josefina (8/5): Bueb ambiente, piscina y ubicación en punta zicatela - Lugar bien cómodo, ubicado en la punta de zicatela que es donde está la parte más ondera de Puerto. Las camadas y espacios son cómodos. El área de la piscina muy agradable. Fácil de conocer gente de todos los lugares. Personal muy amable, en especial Ivanna. Debería tener un área de cowork mejor, gente ponía música y era difícil mantener reuniones importantes. Se agradecería un área más cerrada y con aire para trabajar, ya que hace mucho calor en Puerto. El aire de las piezas solo funciona de noche. Debería existir un ventilador o algo similar para el día.

Laundry on site, bar, restaurant, filtered water, convenience items for sale, coworking etc. My second room had quite a lot of black mold in the bathroom and on the pipe connected to the AC. I said something to the staff and they said it was normal. Also a lot of dirt and hair left in the room before I got there

Free activities good like yoga and we had a free salsa class However other ones might depend on who else is staying as not a very social hostel, not many people take part in activities. Private room was clean. No shampoo or conditioner given. 90mxn for beach towel rental is a bit much. Drinks were not that good for the price, mezcalitas didn't taste right. Bit of a walk to the beach. Not much hot water.

• Radu (9/5): - Je me suis très bien senti, la chambre est confortable et propre. Le personnel est très aimable et toujours attentif. La piscine centrale amène une très bonne ambiance et il est particulièrement facile de faire des rencontres. Rien en particulier. Tout était conforme à la description. J'aurai apprécié un petit bureau pour poser l'ordinateur portable de temps en temps, mais c'est vraiment un détail.
• Laura (10/5): Bailed me out of jail 10/10 hospitality 😂 - Viajero may be a popular chain but it’s for a damn good reason! This time, Pato the manager gave an extra special service by bailing me out of jail after the cops tried to extort me for smoking a cigarette on the beach (don’t do this!) and Estefanía the volunteer made me feel like a celebrity after the fact 😂 There’s also a yoga session for free most mornings ! Nada. Just don’t go on the beaches after dark

(Musik stops at 11pm!) so you can really sleep - the french volunteer (fabian?julian?) was really really nice and helpful -location is good, 5 min go the beach, close to bars and shops etc - kinda expensive - most of the staff speaks no english and does not seem like they really know what their doing - not enough sunchairs for the amount of people in the hostel. - cleanyness and comfort are „okay“, but could improve

Besonders hervorheben möchte ich das Personal – alle waren unglaublich freundlich, hilfsbereit und haben sofort dafür gesorgt, dass man sich willkommen fühlt. Auch die Lage ist ideal: zentral, gut erreichbar und perfekt, um die Umgebung zu erkunden. Alles in allem war wirklich alles perfekt – ich würde jederzeit wiederkommen und kann das Hostel nur weiterempfehlen!
• Helene (7/5): - I really enjoyed my stay at the Viajero Hostel. I loved the hostel’s terrace. It’s a great place to do yoga, work remotely and cook in the kitchen. The hostel offers a good balance between a quiet retreat and a place for activities. The beds are very comfortable.
• Viveka (8/5): - Great location, walking distance to everything you need in La Punta. Private room was very comfortable and clean, also happy with the co-working and the kitchen upstairs. Staff was super friendly and helpful and there is a lot of activities. Overall goos value and a great option in Puerto! As mentioned in other reviews the music is blasting even when there is barely anyone around so keep that in mind. We used the laundry service and our clothes got mixed up with someone elses. Also the fridge seems to be too cold, our products came out frozen the next day and we couldn’t use them.

Siempre hay dinámicas padres de integración. Es mi 2do Viajero y no lo cambio Yo me quedé en habitación privada y todo excelente solo que había olor a caño ocasionalmente en el baño, supongo de la coladera o de afuera, pero no permeaba a la habitación. Probablemente cambiar algunas toallas. Pero de ahí en fuera todo fabuloso. Amo viajero !

• Lucie (6/5): - If you are looking for a party Hostel, this is a great choice, this was not my wish and that's why I didn't enjoy this hostel thaaaat much, even if this is clean, staff is super friendly. If you are in your 20s, this should be a very good choice! The loud music the whole day at the pool and the fact that the girls in my female dorm came and went during the night, talked, switched on the light etc, made it a bit difficult for me to really like this place.

• Vincent (9/5): Great place for solo travelers - Very chill hostel with a great atmosphere. The courtyard with pool is a great place to hang out and meet other travelers, facilitated even more by regular events. So it‘s a good spot for solo travelers. It‘s a bit of a party hostel, so there‘s music playing from about 11 am to 11 pm. So if you‘re looking for quiet, it might not be the best place. I did not mind.

• Povilas (10/5): Loved every minute of it! - The location is perfect, close to all the important places it's not what matters here. The hostel just has that "home-for-a-few days" atmosphere and seems to attract great people. There were some common activities organised, but nothing too pushy if you don't feel like joining. The common area is vast and the staff does absolutely everything to answer all your questions and I DID have some stupid questions, trust me. Would gladly come back here (probably will)
• BILGAI ZIARELI (10/5): Very Good hostel . Best hostel in la punta. - Great location near everything. Best staff, chill area is amazing. Good quality at bar and restaurant. Many acitivies to do every night.
• Zora (9/5): Leuk hostel met schone kamers en comfortabele bedden - Fijn verblijf gehad! De kamers waren lekker koel (niet te koud) en er hing een gezellig sfeertje. Het ontbijt is echt heel lekker en het zwembad geeft lekkere verkoeling. De bedden zijn erg comfortabel en je kan je fijn terugtrekken in je holletje door de opbouw van de kamers en de gordijntjes :) De muziek staat elke avond erg hard tot 23:00 en de bas dreunt erg door dus als je vroeg wil slapen kun je beter een ander hostel kiezen. Maar zo niet is het echt prima.
• Isaac (8/5): Clean and well run social hostel! - Really helpful staff (thank you Iscas!), nice pool, felt very clean for a hostel: communal areas were always tidy. Bed was pretty comfortable for a bunk, and they were very strict with turning the music off at 11. When you want to be social you could be social, and when you wanted to chill it was easy to chill. Not much to say at all

• Mar (10/5): Amazing stay! - I love the vibe of the hostel! Facilities were great and the bed was really comfy. They also offer plenty of activities like yoga, dolphin watching, turtle release, sunset hangout... The staff is supernice and helpful. I ended up extending my stay.

• Philip (9/5): Nice Hostel near the beach - It was not too busy at the pool and quite in the night. I met a nice group of people the first evening at the introduction event. It was nice to have some exchange. For a towel I had to pay 90 pesos extra. For the relatively high price for the night it should be included like it usually is. Also selling locks for the luggage locker is unnecessary. Just have a number lock on every locker instead of trying to charge extra for everything.
