( board walk) Nice hot tub Very specious room. Comfortable beds. Nice restaurant Good morning buffet No beach but we knew that. The view from our room was not bad. No mosquitoes screens in windows and sliding doors, so you couldn’t let the breeze in. The beds were double sized .

- Angela (8/5): Lovely suite in the marina. - Loved the large balconies in the suite. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. The jetted tub was awesome. Nice amenities. The breakfast was good. The pool was very nice. It was very odd that you had to walk in front of people’s table and chairs to get to our room. Layout of hotel was strange except for the suites at the ends.

Facilities, rooms are a little dated and bathrooms need update, mold on doors and fixtures in shower were old and in need of replacement. Luggage racks or benches in the room would be helpful since there are no dressers for clothes storage, we had to keep all suitcases on the floor without a place to put our clothes. Staff was very pleasant and helpful. Very attentive at the spa, restaurant and hotel.

The reception is very tiny,they don't have or don't respect the order in the line because there is no lanes,2 or 3 staff at the reception and only one doing the check ins,the shower wasn't working until I call the front desk to fix it.

- Raquel (7/5): Overall, it was a good stay. I think I most appreciated the attentive staff. - The location was fine. A bit of a walk to the Malecon but it's a nice and safe walk. The breakfast was okay. Just what you would expect from a buffet. The drinks were good for the most part but the staff was very attentive. I would have liked to have more towels available in the room. Also there was no place to set your suitcase on, other than the desk or chair provided. That would have been useful since there is no place to unpack your clothes. The closet is pretty small. It would be nice if the pool was bigger. It appears bigger in the photos posted on the website.

Mi habitación nunca sacó agua caliente, probé solo una vez el buffet de desayuno y creo que está algo caro para lo que es. No me gustó que al estar en la alberca, el personal del hotel no se acerque para preguntar si se te ofrece algo de tomar.

Staff were very friendly. - Had to change rooms because we found dead cockroaches in the hotel room. - Had to request repairs to balcony doors, lamps and faucets. - Breakfast food was ok but could be better. - Restaurant had a fly issue. - Large septic tank at the front of the property often led to smells in the evening.

Staff was friendly, the hotel was well secured gate was monitored and the parking has a security that makes sure you are a guest before you enter. Hotels has live music on weekends at the bar. The food at the restaurant was ok but had a few flies could do better job placing something to avoid flies stopping on food.

There was a cockroach in the bathroom. The hotel wanted an ID or passport left at the front desk to use beach towels. I’m not driving around with my license and definitely not leaving my passport with strangers for towels.

- Janaína (10/5): Hotel charmoso, acolhedor, com visual maravilhoso em La Paz. - O hotel é bem localizado e ter uma Marina do lado o deixa ainda mais charmoso. Os funcionários são ótimos, gentis, o que nos deixa à vontade. A piscina é velha, a hidromassagem externa não estava aquecendo direito, e o jardim merece cuidados. A grama artificial não combina com o estilo do hotel.

Pool was nice but I was leaning against the side of the pool and blue paint wore off and got on my chest and bathing suit. Rooms were ok. Zero water pressure in the shower. Paint at pool wearing off, no water pressure in shower, no water coolers on site for water bottles. Don’t provide coffee in lobby. Staff was not very helpful. I went to check out and the staff had me sit and wait for them to take a phone call that was unrelated, talk for 10 minutes and then tell me I was good to go rather than just tell me that before they took the call or put the call on hold. I don’t think this place is worth the money.
