• Claudiu (8/5): Perfect location, ok ammenities - Good location, close to everything, easy to get in (once you found the location and already entered at least once). More information about how to find the location with proper photos, video or something. Needed to use google translate to understand the owner which didnt speak english, quite hard to do when you know no Italian.. The entry door to the room, was “very broken”, you could see from the hall, etc. Didn’t look like clean, not dirty either, but based on the broken door, the “night stands”, wardrobe thats what I assumed. Jacuzzi wasnt working properly 100%
• Elizabeth (8/5): A lively place to stay - I enjoyed my stay at Secret Naples. I had a few problems at first but they were sorted out promptly. I never met anybody except the chambermaid, who was very nice. The breakfast is not available at the property, I was given coupons for a café just around the corner, to get a drink and a pastry. The room and bathroom were both ample and it was nice to have a bidet. The fridge in the room came in handy for cold drinks. There is air conditioning which I didn't use as it was not that warm when I stayed. The place is in a lively area with several bars and restaurants right on the doorstep. Not far too walk back at night. I found the people staffing these places to be very friendly and kind to strangers. The decor looked like it had been done by a couple of unsupervised teenagers. It could definitely do with revisiting, especially the cold water pipe that was sticking out of the wall covered in black mould. I usually wake up with the sun, so the window into the internal courtyard did not give enough light for me, but would be ideal for those who prefer a darker bedroom.

Mensole che sembravano cadere da un momento all'altro, porta asciugamani che cadeva proprio, doccia malandata. Proprio sotto la finestra c'è un bar. Portare tappi per orecchie per la notte se volete dormire prima delle 2.

Purtroppo insufficiente nella quantità e nella varietà. La stanza era piccola e il bagno poco accogliente anche per quanto riguarda i detergenti per la doccia e lo shampoo.

• Lenka (8/5): Good value for money, comfortable stay for a couple of days/nights - Comfortable sized room with huge bath and shower as well. There is a mini fridge in the room and complimentary water. Good location also. Easy access although for the first entry you need to call someone to open the door for you. Some of the shelves/hangers were broken and the shower shelf was very rusty. I found the bed too hard also but that’s just personal preference. Kettle available but cups to hold hot water.

• Saggese (8/5): - La struttura si trova in pieno centro ed è ben gestita, nonostante il tutto avvenga a distanza. Il personale è sempre gentile e molto disponibile. Il rapporto qualità/prezzo è più che ottimo, considerando la posizione e la colazione inclusa. La stanza era pulita e confortevole, comoda anche per quattro persone. Purtroppo gli infissi non sono insonorizzati e il vicoletto affaccia proprio su via Toledo. Per questo motivo può essere difficile riposare.

Buona e varia la colazione nel caffè convenzionato. L’insonorizzazione: la posizione praticamente in centro della camera la esponeva a rumori di strade e locali adiacenti, perciò dei serramenti più isolanti avrebbero garantito maggiore confort nelle ore notturne.

Le petit déjeuner comprenait un café une viennoiserie qui sont excellentes et un verre d'eau . Sur le papier cela ne parrait pas alléchant mais tout est de très bonne qualité . Le code pour accéder a la porte du palier , il fonctionne par intermittence et 2 fois pendant le sejour nous nous sommes retrouver a attendre devant la porte que nous puissions retenter car trop d'échecs . Cela m'est arrivé au debut , normal le temps d'apprivoiser la serrure , mais aussi pendant le sejour et d'autres personnes de l'étage m'ont fait part du même probleme

• Mohammed (5/5): - Top location The room is not suit is a hotel room will toilet The bath is not necessary in the room because if you want to have a bath you need half day to fill with water bcs doesn’t work proper the tap and also give bad odours .the towels are changed after 5 days of our arrival and was smelling like not washed 🤷‍♀️. On toilet should have product for toilet if you don’t have cleaning services.

Ściany w naszym pokoju (Vesuvio) miały szorstką teksturę, ubrania się o nią zaczepiały, niestety ocierając się o ścianę można było zniszczyć ubrania - zniszczyłam tak sukienkę i piżamę. To był jedyny minus tego pokoju.

Unfortunately, we were not satisfied with the accommodation: 1) unpleasant smell 2) uncomfortable bed 3) no cleaning 4) we got a room that was not in the picture, which was very misleading. 5) parking was not available throughout the city, minimum 30€/day 6) there was not always hot water. I do not recommend it to anyone at all! The accommodation manager was normal and helpful. Upon our request, we received gluten-free biscuits and bread for the morning.
• Wing (6/5): Location is good - Room is reasonably priced and the location is super good very close to Via Toledo the main street Owner is not very responsive and we have issue to get entry to the building and need to wait outside quite a while as it needs someone to open the main gate downstairs to enable check-in. Same for collecting luggage on the day we left. And if you need a quiet room it may not suit you but we are no complaint on this point though.

I have seen people complaining about the check in procedure - just read the instructions they send you and it will all work. Never met the staff but they were quite responsive via whatsapp the psychadelic lighting in the bath does a number on you!

There is a kettle and some coffee in the shared area, I would’ve loved some paper cups or mugs for the hot coffee instead of plastic.

Beeakfast at the Espresso Napolitano bar around the corner. You may choose 1 hot drink and one pastry, which is okay. Good place for couples Communication with staff only via Whatsapp, and Booking messenger, which is somewhat cumbersome. They even open the front door via internet (if that works). Avoid the Volcano room, the other two are in far better renovated shape.
