• Amanda (8/5): Convenient if driving, - The property was easy to drive to with ample parking.Communication was excellent. It’s a little out of town but the free travel pass and the bus stop is right outside made it easy to get around. The apartment was spotlessly clean.

Was pretty sparse with no homely feel. It would have benefitted from a welcome basket, brush/hoover, hairdryer, spare loo rolls, mugs etc - just some simple extra touches. Sofas and floor were marked and it added to a feeling of it being a little worn.

The rooms were clean, comfortable, and overall the place offers very good value for money. Overall, a pleasant and comfortable stay. The kitchen setup is decent, though adding a dishwasher and a few more kitchen utilities would make the experience even better for longer stays.

• Izabela (8/5): A nice apartment for a few days' stay - The property is a bit far from the city center, but the city is very well connected, so it wasn't a problem at all. The bedrooms have comfortable beds, and everything is very clean. Thanks to the small capsule coffee machine, we had delicious coffee every day. The kitchen equipment needs to be upgraded. We were missing dishcloths, a washcloth, and a few more plates and glasses. We only ate breakfast and dinner there, but preparing lunch there would have been inconvenient. The bathroom was small, which automatically meant having to constantly bring toiletries in and out to make room for another person. But for a multi-day stay, this wasn't a problem. A small towel dryer would also have been useful.

• Ori (10/5): Excellent for families! - The apartment was spacious and comfortable, with two large rooms, a well‑equipped kitchen, and plenty of useful amenities. Everything was clean, tidy, and thoughtfully organized. We even received coffee capsules for the machine, which I enjoyed every morning. We cooked dinner in the apartment each evening, and afterward we relaxed with a movie, easily connecting our laptop to the TV with our own cable. The free parking was a huge advantage — very accessible and conveniently close to many attractions in Salzburg. The view from the apartment was also lovely. The apartment was fully equipped, including essentials like trash bags and even a baby crib, which we really appreciated. Overall, it was a wonderful stay and offered everything we needed for a comfortable visit. There was an issue with the shower in our room (21). It’s supposed to run for about two minutes before shutting off, but in reality the water stopped after roughly 20 seconds. This made showering uncomfortable and unnecessarily exhausting. Reaching the room was also a bit inconvenient, as you need to take an elevator and then climb several stairs. It’s tolerable, but still not ideal.

For the price paid I didn't feel it was good value for money. Nowhere to sit comfortably and relax .shower had a limited usage time of 2 minutes, I have never seen that before. The nearest bar shown on booking.com was called Roma, Its an adult Gentleman club, not something you should have on apartments aimed at families, there is very little in the immediate vicinity other than a petrol station and a Pizzaria, Salzburg itself is wonderful.

The TV was also an added bonus. The host who contacted us online was also nice and polite. The toiletries provided were bare minimum, and hand soap was not provided. We were required to fill a form, but there was no pen provided. As tourists, we were not expecting to write something, so we didn't carry pens either, and this caused a bit of an issue for us. The check-in and check-out times were also not flexible. The lady who came to clean in particular was a bit rude and asked us to leave immediately, although the reason we couldn't leave was because we were required to fill the form and one of us had to go to the town to buy a pen and fill it ourselves. She was not ready to wait for even 10 minutes.

When we made online check-in, we were told that we will get free mobility card, but we didn't. I also write to online chat, but I didn't get any answer. Also in the reseption was no one all days. Also we had apartmant for 5 People. Bed for one was very close to the dining table, so 5 people can not seat at the table. In the kitchen was only 4 glasses.

Мені є з чим порівняти, то ж я стверджую, що для таких апартаментяв без сніданку ціна завелика. Наприклад, на 4 осіб у Відні 2 окремі номери в отелі зі сніданком коштують так само, як ці невеликі апартаменти.

The kitchen has all we needed. It was queit, warm and either a short bus ride or 25-30 min walk to the central district. Because the local transportation card was provided as part of the booking, it was rather convenient to use public transportation. Nothing, we loved it!

We were given the The Salzburg Guest Mobility Ticket which provides overnight guests with free, unlimited, and sustainable travel on all public transport. It was very useful. We were in unit 14. The sofa bed was totally not useable, it sunken in in the middle. We have to pull the mattress to the room floor to sleep. The toilet don't have a extractor fan making it tough for 2nd person to use it after morning business, we have to air it for a while. If you are a shower gel person, get one before checking in. They only provide soap.

Ремонт на скільки убитий, що немає слів. Ламінат липкий, кухня брудна, плитка на підлозі в ванній побита, дивани в вітальні просівші, бильця на ліжках обдерті.

• Michele (8/5): Appartamento grazioso - L'appartamento era caldo ed accogliente. Dato che è posizionato verso la zona residenziale/parcheggio non abbiamo sentito troppo i rumori del traffico. Fermata dell'autobus vicina quindi molto comoda. Abbiamo apprezzato il fatto che il wc è in una stanza separata dalla doccia. Il letto era comodo. Le operazioni di check in e check out sono state fatte in autonomia senza difficoltà. Utile il parcheggio a disposizione. Carino ed originale il kit bagno in omaggio. Nel complesso è un appartamento grazioso, pulito e funzionale. Gli utensili in cucina sono troppo pochi ma soprattutto mancavano uno scolapasta e un mestolo per gli spaghetti.

• luis (6/5): Ligera decepción - Un apartamento que sea mucho que desear, pero para una estancia corta en la ciudad es útil, válido para dormir. A nosotros nos decepcionó. Las camas eran un poco incómodas y el sofá cama bastante incómodo y sonaba una barbaridad para dormir, cada movimiento se oía en todas las habitaciones . Además no teníamos agua en la cocina, algo indispensable. Por lado contrario, el propietario aporta un cheque para viajar gratis por la ciudad y deja un kit de viaje para su disfrute con jabón..etc La baja comodidad de las camas y que no había agua en la cocina.

• Muriel (10/5): - The bedroom apartment we stayed at was comfortable, clean and well equiped. We didn't cook anything so I can't day much about that. The building is quiet and the self check-in ran smoothly. The flat is about 4km from the city centre. There's public transport for free (the host will deal with that)..We had rented a car so we didn't use it. We did use the free parking space at the building. The toiletries are nice. The internet worked well.. The shower has a 2 minute timer, which means you need to turn it on until you finished. Water pressure and temperature were great
• Bernhard (9/5): Preisleistung top - Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt! Die Lage ist ideal und die Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber verlief absolut reibungslos. Die Zimmer waren sehr gepflegt und der Schnitt der Wohnung hat uns besonders gut gefallen. Die Zimmer sind schön schlicht eingerichtet. Die Küche ist eher minimalistisch ausgestattet, bietet aber alles Wesentliche, was man für den Aufenthalt benötigt.
