Sarada (4/5): average place to stay, but lack of security made us feel isolated. - fine The absence of any security personnel on the property was deeply concerning and made us feel isolated, particularly during the rain. Moreover, the housekeeping standards were not good, as we found dust throughout the premises, indicating a clear lack of proper cleaning.

Anish (7/5): Very good place to stay exept cleanliness and bathroom smell. - Property was very good in very accessible and convenient location , and if you are travelling with family ut will be very comfy as all you need is there available. rooms where not cleaned properly not sweeped or mopped ,as we have babies with us hard and we asked for a broom and sweeped own out own ,bathrooms was having stingy smell, Balcony was full of dust and dirt and and very poor blacket was given which was smelling .... property is too good but very poor maintenance by the staff ...of this is clear it's is a very superb property. 4500/- per day it cost

An experience that I will never forget! - Immediately from the point of booking the apartment, the owner, Mr Biju was in contact with me. He guided me through the entire process of accessing the apartment even prior to my arrival in Kochi. His constant communication with me was very reassuring and made my stay extremely pleasant and stress free. The apartment itself was of an excellent standard. It is spacious, comfortable, clean and was conveniently located. I highly recommend this apartment to people who have business, medical matters, academic reasons to be in Kochi or who simply want to tour the city. I will certainly consider staying at this apartment on my return to Kochi. There was nothing that I did not like about the apartment.
