• Anna (8/5): Em va agradar viure a la part de sota d'una casa estil victorià - LA CASA ESTÀ MOLT BEN DECORADA I ÉS ESPAIOSA, les dues habitacions son amples i els llits còmodes. El bany i la dutxa molt be, Les tovalloles molt bé i tenia sabó i paper wc. Calefacció molt be. El barri està ple de lloc per sopar. i molt ben comunicat amb bus, però nosaltres vàrem anar sempre a peu a tot arreu. PER POSAR ALGUNA PEGA, POTSER FALTA ALGUN PLAT I ALGUN COBERT MÉS.. LES COIXINERES la meva ESTAVA BRUTA. . EL BARRI ESTÀ APROP DEL CENTRE , PERÒ NO DIRIA QUE ÉS EL MILLOR BARRI D'EDIMBURG.. potser s'haurien de netejar els vidres, però com que plou tant suposo que sempre estan bruts..

• Fredrika (10/5): - A fantastic and modern apartment within walking distance to the Royal mile. The apartment had all the necessities for a comfortable stay and was big and spacious. The host was very friendly and gave us all the information we needed before we arrived at the apartment. He was very flexible and granting later check out so it would match our flight schedule. When we arrived there was a magazine that the host had made with all the information needed about the apartment, tips for good restaurants and pubs in Edinburgh and a lot more, this was very appreciated. The pantry in the kitchen was well stocked with coffee, tea etc. which was a nice surprise. A great place to stay when you are in Edinburgh. Nothing that I can think of.

• Josephine (10/5): Lloyd was super helpful, we all enjoyed our stay, thank you! - When we arrived on a freezing snowy night the apartment was cosy warm! It’s very clean, the bathroom is great and the beds comfy. Everything was great, a little bit tricky to park.
• Perine (10/5): Comfortable and well located - Perfect for a short stay in the city. A lot of space for a family of 4, a cozy living room and an equipped kitchen. The location is also very good, 15 minutes walk to the city center, 2 minutes away from the bus stop, 10 minutes walk to the Holyrood Park. Animated neighborood, yet a very quiet street. For the very minor details: the apartment is in a "basement" level so accessible through a relatively narrow staircase which implies a little gymnastics with a stroller or suitcase (especially if you would have a big stroller); the kitchen doesn't have a window so you wouldn't want to cook something a bit smelly. But apart from those minor details, it was a very comfortable stay!

• Joerg (9/5): Gute Lage um Edinburgh zu erkunden - Sehr gut gelegene Souterrain-Wohnung in ruhiger Straße. Die Wohnung ist modern eingerichtet und die Betten bequem. Man ist zu Fuß in ca. 15 Minuten an der Royal Mile. Ein Parkplatz (30£/24h) befindet sich ca. 200m entfernt.
• Diane (10/5): An extremely comfortable and well equipped apartment in a good location. - Good location. We could walk into the city in 20 minutes and the buses run frequently just at the end of the street. Comfortable apartment with good amenities, good heating and we really appreciated the coffee pods and the jar of biscuits and chocolate bars. We were disturbed by the people who live above the apartment until late into the night and then one morning up again at 5am. However, we realise that that is out of the control of the apartment owners.

Basement apartment, neighbor above talked well past midnight and early the next day which kept us up a bit. Master bed mattress not that comfortable.

Excellent stay & - Very welcoming & homely, furnished with a real Christmas tree which was a treat for the children. Great facilities, bedrooms were both roomy, with good quality beds / bedding. Shower was good and user friendly (even for the kids to use) whilst the kitchen was well stocked and even some coffee, tea & biscuits for us on arriving. Special mention to our host, Lloyd, exceptional in his manner & approach. No negatives to raise. Great apartment.

Just a quick note that you need to set temperature control to manual otherwise the heat is on a timer and the first night the temperature reverted to 7 Celsius. No big deal if you take a minute to figure it out. Can’t think of anything.

Small bathroom with great shower inc shower gel and shampoo. Kitchen had everything needed including free coffee ,tea and hot chocolate :).Also a variety of condiments. Area full of shops, restaurants , takeaways and pubs . 15 mins walk to the Royal mile & centre.....Perfect ! Host Lloyd very friendly and helpful via messaging . • David (10/5): Great value to tour Edinburgh - Clean, comfortable, accurate instructions, and within walking distance (at least for us) of the Royal Mile, Arthur's seat and many other attractions. Bedrooms and living room are large. The bathroom is very small, but operational. Not spa like, but it's not advertised as such.

• Audet-b. (10/5): Very fun stay, comfortable and super clean! The host was very responsive and super kind, too! - The property was super cute, very tidy and clean, well situated. The rooms were comfortable and the living room as well. Very practical to also have a washer to clean some clothes during a long trip, too!

Easy to get into town etc. We initially booked this property for its closeness to the Festival theatre as we had booked a show for our daughter’s birthday. The bedrooms were a lovely size and the apartment overall was lovely and bright. Before we booked we were unsure of booking a hotel or apartment but was so glad we settled on this apartment. A lot more room and more comfortable than all being in a hotel room. Overall a lovely, clean and comfortable apartment. The only slight downside I could see was the kitchen is small but to us that was irrelevant as we were out mostly for food or ordered in.
• Theresa (10/5): Lovely place to stay - Location was excellent for what we needed. It was a lovely flat and the hosts had made it very welcoming. Little extras like coffee machine and plenty of tea and coffee. A hook on the bathroom door as the lock is tenuous.

• Jan (9/5): Superb - The accommodation was great and I definitely recommend it to everyone. Communication with the owners was smooth and fast. The apartment is well equipped, located in a quiet location, a short distance from the center. the only thing worth mentioning in my opinion is the locking of the bathroom, but it's nothing terrible and everything can be solved easily.

The bedrooms were very large and beds were comfortable. Everywhere was very clean, and the living room was perfect for spending time with friends. Overall a fabulous place and we would love to come and stay again! Nothing

There was fluff and toenails left on the dressing table in the bedroom. Presume it had been swept up and forgotten about. Chipped mugs which need replaced and extractor hood needs cleaned as it’s very greasy. Cleaning cupboard very untidy.

• Anke (9/5): Everything you need, a walk away from the royal mile - Very nice apartment which seemed to be newly renovated. The living room was a nice place to hang out with friends. There was enough hot water for four people to shower. The beds were comfortable. The apartment is a short walk from Cowgate, but in a nice quiet street. The internet wasn't working. After some time we got it working ourselves. The boiler is in one of the bedrooms, so it makes noise if people are using water. Fortunately, this doesn't really happen at night. It gets rather cold at night in the apartment, but the duvets are nice and warm.
• Pauline (5/5): Lounge and bedrooms nice, bathroom and kitchen dirty. Needs a good cleaner. - Location, bedrooms and lounge Although the property asked us to rate it as a 10 we simply can’t. At most this is a balanced 5. On walking into the property we were impressed with the lounge and both bedrooms, we thought we’d booked a great place to stay. However, although the base of the shower had been cleaned, the glass hadn’t. There were ‘traces’ of the previous guests. The kitchen was quite simply dirty. Not only was the cutlery dirty but the cutlery drawer itself was too. There was a set of crockery but lots of mid-matched items too. Pans were clinging with grease. We had a tea/coffee but wouldn’t dare use anything else. There were opened and pre used items which any previous guest could have tampered with so we stuck to our own stuff for safety. The weather was gorgeous so we wanted to sit outside. 2 chairs for 4 people. The yard was covered with cigarette buts, used handkies and rubbish. All it needed was a brush, a couple of pot plants and a seat per guest and it would be a lovely place to sit.

• Ian (9/5): Superb - Great location for visiting son at Edi Uni and close to good places to eat and drink. Easy walk to The Meadows and Arthur's Seat too. Away from the tourist spots but still only 30 mins walk to Prince's Street etc. Very clean and tidy apartment in a quiet street with everything you need. JustPark places around the corner if you get stuck for street parking. The host was very helpful and responsive with any queries we had before arrival. A larger cafetière would have been handy.
