- Catherine (10/5): One of the best things about our trip to Bath was this gem of an apartment - The location is fantastic just a couple of steps from Putney Bridge. Also across the road from a gorgeous park. The beds were very comfortable and the flat is full of everything you’ll need for your stay including lots of information on things to do in Bath. Very quiet at night. The owners are very pleasant to deal with. Will definitely be back for a return visit. It is up quite a few steps but we were informed of this at booking so there were no surprises. It does get hot because it’s the top floor but there are fans available.

- Louise (9/5): Great weekend away! - Great central location, really comfortable, and had everything we needed for our stay! Lovely views as on top floor :) Stairs could be an issue for some people, but really didn’t bother us!
- Kay (10/5): We had a fab time in Bath and the apartment was perfect. Dan is a great host. Great communication and he worked hard to - The apartment was clean, warm and cosy. It’s centrally located. It’s very close to Royal Crescent and The Circus, as well as the Jane Austen Centre. It’s on the ground floor [I’m glad Dan was able to swap our accommodation as I had originally booked a flat on Henrietta St but it’s up a few flights of stairs, which I wouldn’t have managed]. There’s a designated parking space which is very handy. We really loved this apartment. It had everything we needed. I have mobility issues and the apartment is up a couple of steep roads but you can take the car into the centre of town if you’re not able to walk up the steep roads. There are no issues with the apartment itself.
- caroline (9/5): Long weekend in Bath - Excellent location. public transport nearby walking distance to all the sites as well as all the shops.. No trouble finding anywhere to eat. If you're less mobile , you might have trouble going up all the steps to the apartment
- Carmen (9/5): Céntrico y limpio. - Ubicación perfecta para ir caminando a todos los sitios turísticos de la ciudad. Todo limpio y cuidado, hemos estado cómodos. Demasiados tramos de escalera.
- Anja (9/5): Quiet apartment in a central part of town - I loved the interior design and the kitchen was well equipped
The bed was comfortable two It wasn’t easy to open the windows, but that’s really a minor problem
- Helen (8/5): A relaxing, comfortable stay in Bath. - The apartment had everything that we needed to make the stay comfortable and relaxing. It was cosy, light and lovely and peaceful.
The location couldn’t have been any better for our trip. The kick plate below the oven fell off onto my foot - ouch! The door handle to the bathroom could do with some attention too as it is loose.
The stairs with luggage but fortunately we are both fit!
But these are minor issues, and if we’re ever visiting Bath again we will definitely rebook!
- Andrea (9/5): Dan was very helpful and accommodating. Lovely apartment and very well located. - Perfect location - quiet but central. 57 steps up to the top floor!

- Maya (10/5): Wonderful for a long weekend in Bath - Amazing location, really near the center but away from the nightlife noise. Wonderful views over the historic center too. Very spacious and very comfortable beds. Absolutely nothing!
- claire (7/5): Perfect location & helpful hosts; ample comfortable beds; up lots of stairs. - Professional, rapidly responsive host who supported our arrival and check out and checked in with us during our stay. Amazing location, a minute's walk from Laura Place, Poultney Bridge and all of Austen's Bath (& cafes and food etc). We had all the facilities we needed. Condensation drips from the skylights (perhaps a function of lots of people being there on an especially cold day in winter).
- Kevin (8/5): Period flat with great views over Bath, in a central location. -
- zoe (8/5): Blissful post Xmas get away .. loved it - Great location Lots of stairs, that was fine for me but would be difficult for some
- Christine (10/5): -
- Kevin (8/5): - The location was amazing, everything was well organised and very easy The internet was very poor in the apartment often with no signal at all. Also we couldn't use the streaming service on the tv as the internet was so poor
- Anne (10/5): Spent a lovely weekend with friends. The apartment suited us perfectly. The beds were comfy and plenty of hot running wa - Location was great. Easy walk to central area of Bath
The apartment was spacious, clean and very comfortable. Nothing to dislike
- Tyler (10/5): Great place would definitely recommend - Very close to the city centre lovely views from the windows very comfortable beds. Kitchen could do with a slight update but is still perfectly useable.

- Juliet (9/5): We had a fabulous stay! Great welcome to Bath! - Great location! Very clean, well equipped and comfortable. Dan, the owner was very helpful and answered any queries we had quickly 😀 -
- Stewart (8/5): - Great location. Everything we needed for our stay. A lot of stairs to climb with luggage.

- Delphine (9/5): Parfait !
- Jeremy (9/5): Double the size and half the price of a central Bath hotel - Location is perfect If the windows were all fixed it’s 10/10
- Nicolas (9/5): -
- H C (10/5): Wonderful stay - It’s absolutely well maintained and clean Everything was great
- Gm (7/5): Good - Amazing views, clean and central apartment. Well equipped kitchen. Window louvres great during hot spell. The mattresses were super soft- too much so for our tastes.
- Jeni (8/5): This is a charming flat with a helpful host. We were happy with all that was provided. - Charming; in a quiet area; walking distance to attractions, restaurants, and shopping; all items we needed were provided Pillows are hard and flat making sleep uncomfortable
- Lesley (8/5): A wonderful stay in a lovely gem of a flat. - The location was fantastic. Having lived in Bath before, we knew we wanted to be within easy walking distance of the town center. The flat was roomy and perfectly appointed, with everything you would need for a lovely stay. As the flat was 4 flights up, navigating the stairs was tricky with heavy suitcases. Also, as the flat was on the top floor, it could get very warm. Thankfully, the hosts provided fans that cooked off the rooms.
- Barbara (10/5): Had a great visit and would definitely return to this accommodation. - Excellent location and comfortable, clean property. Very easy to relax and enjoy our trip. Appreciated the thoughtful extra touches like milk and coffee, and local information.
- Caroline (10/5): Exceptional - The appartment had everything we needed and more and was very comfortable. The location is perfect for enjoying Bath and surrounding area. Beware though, it is up four flights of stairs. We are fitter than we were!
- Hazel (8/5): Comfortable and convenient flat - Perfect for a weekend in bath and close to rugby ground
- Clare (9/5): Superb -
- Tracy (9/5): Would definitely stay here again if returned and would recommend to friends - Within a short walk to the city, restaurants and bars. Everything you could have needed was included and very spacious and comfortable accommodation
- Brian (9/5): Ideal location for a weekend in Bath. - Great location & easy access, good communication from host. The steps up to the apartment. There may have been info about it which I missed& we are quite mobile for 70+, we have friends who would have had to sleep in the car!😅
- Libby-mae (10/5): Home from home - It felt like a home from home, everything you needed was there and more. A comfortable and cosy space for a relaxing trip away. There are a lot of stairs to the flat, however once you’re up you’re up and it’s definitely worth it.
- Sarah (9/5): A fun, family trip to explore Bath. - The apartment suited us perfectly for a family of two adults and two teenagers. The location was perfect as it was quiet but virtually in the centre of Bath. The beds were comfortable and we had everything we needed. The hosts provided us with lots of useful information and advice on where to park and things to do, which we really appreciated. It wasn’t a problem for us, but some people might have difficulty with the stairs…although we enjoyed the view!
- Simon (9/5): Superb -
- Nessa (9/5): Superb - The apartment was very cosy, clean and comfortable. The location was ideal. It was very easy to get in. There were lots of stairs up to the apartment. This could be highlighted more.
- Weekes (8/5): Excellent property, good value for money, good location - Clean, excellent location The stairs
- Melody (10/5): Place was beautiful and convenient! The host was very kind, attentive, and helpful! -
- Jennifer (10/5): Exceptional -
- Stanford (10/5): Exceptional -
- Ivan (10/5): The apartment made our Christmas Market shopping trip flexible and convenient. - Close to the centre of Bath,
The apartment was very nicely decorated and furnished. You can self cater if you want.
Communication with the owner very good.
- Darren (10/5): Perfect location for bath centre - Cleanliness , comfy and location was spot on Nothing
- Karen (9/5): Superb -
- Lindsay (8/5): Very welcoming, great location, easy to see the best sights and walk about and a great view from the windows. Lovely! - Really liked the location, the interior, the bedrooms were welcoming. Quiet. Our only little concern was that it was a colder than we’d have liked but we put extra duvets on the beds which was great. But the temperature did drop quite low.
- Kerri (9/5): Superb -
- Alison (8/5): A fantastic weekend exploring the Royal Crescent and all of the bookshops. - A perfect location for our first visit to Bath. We came on the train but we could walk everywhere we needed to go very easily from the apartment. It was quiet and comfortable with elevated views out over the city. It was nice and warm with plenty of hot water for the bath.
- Anna (8/5): Very good - WiFi was rather slow
Heated towel rails in bathroom didn’t work
- Laura (9/5): Excellent stay - Great location very clean and well equipped. Comfy beds and oifas Would be good to have a wall mirror in double room and dripping kitchen tap was annoying when sitting quietly
- Anna (8/5): Comfortable top floor apartment perfect for a Bath city break - Excellent location, very handy for central Bath. Light airy apartment with lots of space. Well equipped kitchen and a nice shower in the bathroom. We visited the Roman baths (recommending pre booking as there were large queues for the walk-up tickets) and we went on a brilliant, free, walking tour with a Mayor's office volunteer guide. These are on every day at 10.30am and 2pm, meeting in front of the Roman baths. No need to book. Also would strongly recommend Antica, a family run Italian restaurant on the Pulteney Bridge, a short walk from the apartment. None of these are criticisms, just observations to assist other travellers in deciding whether to book. Beds were a little firm, and the apartment was very warm, with sash windows that could only be opened a few inches. I think the listing should also make clear that the apartment is on the top floor of the building with a lot of stairs to climb up to it. It wouldn't be suitable for elderly or those with disabilities.
- Doreen (9/5): Excellent location, clean and functional. - Clean and comfortable with every amenity we needed.
- Ben (8/5): Excellent facilities with a nice warm flat with a very warm atmosphere. - Excellent facilities for cooking etc. Having to climb seven flights of stairs to reach the flat.
- Michael (8/5): We experienced fully to live in elegant Bath. - Location and ambience The stairs!
- Anna (10/5): Exceptional - Great location and a wonderful flat
- Mike (9/5): Great! - The host was extremely helpful.
The property is very nice, well supplied, very comfortable and very clean. It is also very close to the historic parts of the city and to many decent places to eat.
- Briony (10/5): Exceptional -
- Arsen (10/5): A lovely apartment near everything you need to enjoy Bath. - This apartment was perfectly located on the edge of the City Center. A top floor apartment, it afforded nice views and lovely open windows. The apartment was clean and had just about everything a family of 5 would need. The host was easy to reach and answered all our questions. I really hope we have the opportunity to stay here again. No problems at all. A top floor apartment means climbing a few steps, but this was not an issue.
- Heather (10/5): Wonderful roomy bright place with everything one needed in a kitchen. Great location and perfect and for the kids and I - Very central great location and spacious close to all sights. On the top floor. Many steps to get there. Not suitable for elderly people.
- Sandra (9/5): Superb - Perfect location.
The hosts clearly took time to think of everything a guest might need.
A genuine recommendation from me. All ok.
The seagulls were a surprise!
- Sarah (10/5): The location and apartment were perfect for a walking visit of Bath. - Great location, very spacious, and well maintained and equipped. Host was responsive and helpful. We loved Bath and this was a nice home to come back to. It’s always nice to have things like shampoo, laundry detergent and a few other personal necessities when traveling. These would be a nice touch. I didn’t mind the 4 flights of stairs up but, good for folks to know in case it’s a physical challenge
- Julia (9/5): Superb - The flat is located in a very central location, everything important is in walkable distance. We had no problems checking in using the lock box, very convenient! The flat is nicely furnished and for a holiday flat the kitchen is better equipped than most. Due to some some issues out of everyone's control we got to meet the owner who was friendly and got things sorted out as soon as possible. Thank you for a lovely time in Bath! It would have been nice to have a vacuum cleaner in the flat
- Aine (10/5): Exceptional -
- Jeff (9/5): Superb -
- Janet (9/5): Superb -
- Kieran (9/5): Great location. -
- Valerie (9/5): Great location for a trip to the city with everything close by - I chose it because of the location & wanted the freedom an apartment offers instead of staying in a hotel. The owner was very prompt replying to any questions I had before/during our stay👍🏻 Nothing really, just be aware it's a top floor flat with a lot of stairs to negotiate so not recommended if you have mobility issues.
- Victoria (10/5): Exceptional -
- George (10/5): Hope to stay at the property again. - Unbeatable central location within easy walking distance of all the visitor attractions. Difficult to increase the temperature as the heating seemed to be preset and could not be overridden. No hot water whatsoever on the last night of the stay that required the immersion heater to be switched on.
- Anonymous (7/5): Great value for money town apartments - It’s was really convenient for the town centre. We were a group of 4 and we felt like the flat had loads of space. I also liked that we had wardrobe and door space to hang our clothes. There where a few minor problems with the flat a lot of the door handles kept falling off whilst we where there. The roof window in the shower had a leek in it so would get dripped cold water on us when it was raining. One of the hobs did not work.
- Deborah (9/5): Superb - Owner extremely helpful.
So central just round the corner from café and shops. Lovely views of the city. Very specious. Best equipped kitchen I have seen. Just to be aware top floor so lots of stairs if you struggle with mobility. But great views.
