• GIANNI (8/5): Il nostro soggiorno è stato all'insegna della Semana Santa. - Ci è molto piaciuta la localizzazione dell'appartamento, proprio in centro città, però nello stesso tempo molto silenzioso. Vicinissimo alla metro, alla stazione ferroviaria che permette in tre fermate di raggiungere l'aeroporto. La struttura è dotata di ascensore. La stanza è troppo spartana, non ha un armadio, un tavolino sufficiente per bere un caffe. La caffettiera non ha sufficiente filo per agganciarsi alla presa. Nella doccia aggiungerei qualche maniglia per potersi aggrappare, un paio di mensoline dove appoggiare lo sciampo.
• Richard (1/5): Chambre avec odeur d'égout - Les instructions envoyés le matin de notre arrivée étaient très clair, La situation de l'appartement est parfaite pour visiter. Le wifi est vraiment mauvais même la télévision fonctionnait très mal (beaucoup de pixelisation). Le problème majeur et inacceptable est l'odeur d'égout surtout le soir et la nuit entre 21:00 et midi. Voici un compte rendu des échanges entre nous et la gestion de l'appartement. Séjour du mercredi 11 mars au dimanche 15 mars au Sunset Malaga Alameda 11 mars 15:30 : Arrivé à l'appartement. 11 mars 16:04 : Envoie message à Sunset Malaga Apartments pour dire que ça sent vraiment mauvais, que ça sent les égouts. 11 mars 18:54 : Demandons si il y a un autre appartement de libre. 12 mars 06:31 : Ils vont envoyé une équipe 12 mars ??;?? : Ils disent qu'il n'y a pas d'odeur 12 mars ??:?? : envoi d'un message pour dire que l'odeur est encore présente. 13 mars 05:54 : Demande si ils peuvent venir vérifier 13 mars 06:27 : Je répons OUI, mais nous leur indiquons que nous sommes à la recherche d'un autre hébergement car l'odeur d'égout surtout la nuit est insupportable. 13 mars 08:23 : Michaela nous dit qu'il n'y a pas d'odeur et qu'actuellement le parfum de  l'appartement sent très bon. Elle nous dit aussi qu'il n'y a pas d'appartement de libre. 14 mars 12:18 : On avise Michaela que nous avons quitté l'appartement, on lui dit d'aller passé la nuit ou la soirée pour qu'elle constate d'elle même l'odeur. 14 mars 12:43 : Ils nous répondent encore une fois qu'il n'y a pas d'odeur significative et ils mentionnent qu'ils ne CROIENT pas que cette raison justifie que nous quittions l'appartement. 14 mars 13:16 : Ça fait 50 ans que nous voyageons et que c'est la première fois qu'un chambre contient un absorbeur d'odeur et d'humidité et un diffuseur d'huile essentiel avec de l'encens dans une chambre.
• David (9/5): Great value, easy access, large comfortable studio room. - Right in the heart of central Malaga - the entrance is on the stunning Alameda Central - easy walk from train station (and lots of buses). Large, clean, huge comfortable bed, big sofa, coffee table and equipped with TV, fridge and kettle. Stayed in Room 3 on First Floor, which was really quiet - despite it being on the bustling main road (it is on the inside of the building). Being picky, the window has no view (just the building interior) but did open for a bit of fresh air. Codes to access were a bit tricky to use (as they are part of the actual door handle) but ok once you got used to them.

I really appreciated the quick deposit refund. I would happily stay here again and recommend it to other travellers ⭐️

• Elgin26 (2/5): Worst place I have stayed - Nothing beside location Terrible experience. The apartment was absolutely unacceptable. There was a horrible, unbearable smell coming from the bathroom, making the place feel dirty and unlivable. On top of that, the password lock did not work, leaving us outside in the cold for over 3 hours. No proper help, no urgency, no responsibility taken. The wifi was not working for the whole stay . This was one of the worst stays I’ve had and a complete waste of time and money. Avoid this place.

Soprattutto il bagno scomodo e senza possibilità di appendere asciugamani. Lavandino piccolo e scomodo. Potevano fare meglio. Per il resto posizione eccellente.

• Piotr (9/5): Super miejsce na kilkudniowy pobyt - Gospodarz udostępnił nam obiekt kilka godzin przed ustalonym termin za darmo. To był miłe. Fantastyczna lokalizacja, wszędzie blisko. Idealne miejsce na nocleg. Cena rozsądna. W pokoju łóżko oraz rozkladana sofa. Prysznic, osobne WC.

• Michael (3/5): Mala experiencia en Sunset Málaga Exclusive Alameda - La ubicación La falta de limpieza, los malos modales de la persona que contestaba el teléfono, la falta de un sitio donde colgar las toallas, la falta de un sitio donde poner los artículos de baño, el aire acondicionado dejó de funcionar, tardaban mucho en responder a preguntas y, lo peor de todo, había momentos cuando había un olor a alcantarilla.

• Ruth (9/5): Angenehmer Aufenthalt in Bestlage - Die Lage könnte nicht besser sein. Roberto hat sich grosse Mühe gegeben, wir konnten gleich bei unserer Ankunft noch vor 15 Uhr einchecken. Da wir keinen Wasserkocher im Zimmer hatten hat er uns einen zukommen lassen. Auch die Frotteewäsche wurde in den 7 Tagen einmal ausgetauscht, wir fanden einen Plastiksack mit frischer Wäsche vor der Türe, all dies haben wir sehr geschätzt. Das Zimmer war genügend, in der Dusche wäre ein Ablage/Haken sehr willkommen. Ja, morgens hat die Toilette übel gerochen, das liegt aber vermutlich an der Kanalisation und war nach einiger Zeit wieder weg. Mehr Ablageflächen/Haken in der Dusche. Einen besser bedienbaren TV.

• Nazaret (5/5): Si pero NO - El apartamento, hay que reconocerlo, está muy bien situado y tiene un aire moderno que entra por los ojos. Ahora, lo de la atención al cliente… eso ya es otro cantar. Llegamos a Málaga sobre las seis de la tarde, con el check-in hecho desde el día anterior y la hora de llegada confirmada (que nos la preguntaron, ojo), y aun así tuve que mandarles un WhatsApp diciendo: “¡Que ya estoy en Málaga y todavía no sé cómo entro en el alojamiento!” Primera sorpresa: en la habitación no había papel higiénico, ni gel de ducha… y la tele, no se veía. Al día siguiente les comenté las tres cosillas, y nos contestaron con un “perdonad, es que hemos tenido trabajo, ahora os lo ponemos”. Pues muy bien, pero ni papel, ni gel, ni tele, ni toallas limpias, ni las papeleras vaciadas. Tres noches y cuatro días con la misma toalla: eso ya no era una toalla, era un familiar, te daba los buenos días. ¿La solución? Ir nosotros al súper. La televisión, por su parte, se quedó muda: vino el recepcionista la segunda tarde, vio que faltaba el cable de antena y nos dijo que no le daba tiempo a comprarlo. Y claro, al día siguiente tampoco. Total: más de 100 euros la noche y lo único que funcionaba sin problema era el WiFi.

• Kristina (5/5): It was Not a worthy stay - It is new and the location is great - it's in the city center, near to the lighthouse. The price wasn't worthy - the bed was pretty ok but the pillows are not comfortable at all. There were only one 30 ml shampoo and one 30 ml shower gel for my friend and me together (2 girls). As well the bathroom is very small and there is only shower, nothing else - you must leave your stuff on the floor (no shelf, nothing). The room is not big as well.
• Marisa (3/5): Will not come back. - The location is excellent but the neighborhood is dirty and full of beggars. One morning, I found one sleeping in the hall, he was in a corner so I didn’t see him right away. In the end he was not dangerous but, he scared the hell out of me. Most handles were loose, starting with the main building door, the window that couldn’t be locked and the sink tap that moved in all senses. Entrance to the building dirty and not in good condition. For a 5-days stay I’ve got 2 mini toilet paper rolls and 1 mini soap so, I had to go buy. Airbnb and no kitchen or table to sit and eat, found it strange. Should be clearly specified. Pigeons’ nest next door was unbearable. The buttons to open the external curtains was hidden behind the lamp, impossible to see. The water was cut and no info received from the host who told me on the phone that he had sent me a message; THIS WAS A LIE. Only hard pillows. Only hungers, no shelves to put your clothes.

• Lyndsey (8/5): Great place for a couple of nights - The location was excellent. The room is a good size. The building and room was very clean. Check in was very easy and responses from the management company were prompt and helpful. There would be no negatives had we only stayed a couple of nights but we stayed 4 nights. The room is like a hotel room, small fridge and a kettle etc however it runs like a self catering apartment, without the self catering provision. 1 towel per person per stay, dish clothes and a welcome toiletry pack were provided along with information of where to dispose of our rubbish but nothing was ever replenished or information provided as to how to access replacements should we need them, although in fairness I didn't enquire at the time.
• Leslie (10/5): A DEFINITE YES TO STAY HERE. - The location of this property is exceptional. It's across the street from the old town shopping, restaurants, people watching and just a generally great location. Can't think if anything. The best (king size) was a tad hard for my old back, but that's just me. Everything else was just fine at this property and I would stay there again.

We really enjoyed and happy to choose Sunset Malaga apart. Thanks a lot again! Everything was perfect and enough to stay for few days.

Close to a ton of restaurants, beach is walkable too. It is very compact and has all key things. I wish there was a bit more toiletries left for us

Modern room, comforable beds. More like a room than apartment, two mugs and kettle but one glass no teaspoons, but sure if iasked they would have brought them.

When looking on booking.com I always aim for properties 8.5 or over in terms of reviews, but I liked the look of the apartment and the location so I took a 'risk' and wow, it paid off! the location was so so good, but the room wasn't compromised by noise (as long as the balcony doors are closed) Bed was ok but pillows were not very comfy.

• Ujfalusi (3/5): Poor - The location of the apartment was perfect for a quick getaway. The bed was also quite comfortable, although the size could have been a bit bigger. The apartment was not cleaned properly when we received it. The tables and the floor was dirty, there were multiple black hairs, and the bathtub was not cleaned. The window was looking at a lightwell, the window was tinted, so the natural light was quite limited. We asked for some toilettpapers since we run out, then the landlord said they cannot provide any, so we needed to buy it.

• Ella (8/5): Very good - great location, nice decor. had air conditioning and was a good space it would be nice to have shower gel in the shower. also the lock to the lobby door for the apartments was being changed, which is fine, but I wasn’t made aware so when I arrived there was just a door with no handle or lock on it which made me a bit worried about security. it was replaced the next day and felt secure but it would have been good to know.
• Annabel (10/5): Great accommodation - It was very easy to get to the property location, great location 2 mins walk from the main market. Staff were also amazing when we reached out for an iron and hairdryer, they went to the stores and hand delivered the items to us within 30 minutes
• Laura (7/5): Perfect location! - The staff was very friendly and helped me when my room could not be opened due to a missing doorknob by giving me a different room. The location was perfect! It was very clean and new. Some small things could be added, like hooks to hang your towels and place to put your bathroom stuff on. I also missed a closet to put my clothes. The view is basically a wall.

The beach is 5 minutes walk away The only improvement would bevfor the owners to make access even more clear. I arrived at 1am, due to plane delay. Fortunately another resident appeared about 2am. I was preparing to sleep in a stairwell. Had the other resident not spoken English I fear my review would have been less positive
