- Cristian Albeiro (10/5): - Un lugar fantástico, completamente auténtico, que te permite una inmersión en la verdadera vida de los Cocamas de la Comunidad 7 de Agosto, el último rincón al occidente del amazonas colombiano, casi en la frontera con Perú. Una comunidad acogedora, abierta a compartir su cultura, una gastronomía deliciosa que te ofrecen los mismos anfitriones, así mismo ellos te reciben y guían sobre el trasporte y garantizan que llegues allí de forma segura, apoyan para encontrar las aventuras, tours y actividades sobre río, selva, cultura y naturaleza. Pudimos adentrarnos en la selva amazónica y conocer la gran Ceiba, conocimos el río Atacuari, fuimos hasta la frontera de Colombia y Perú, avistamos caimanes, delfines rosados y grises, diversidad de aves, aprendimos sobre plantas medicinales de las que hay un gran jardín en el hostal mismo (yo mismo experimenté su poder ya que llegué algo enfermo y salí sano), tan bien nos sentimos allí, que decidimos pasar una noche más. Unos anfitriones excelentes, generosos y respetuosos. Un hostal y una comunidad que vale la pena apoyar y conocer, nos sentimos como en familia. Libre del turismo comercial, allí puedes encontrar intimidad y conexión con la naturaleza, sin violentarla. Muy bonito. Eso sí...no esperes los lujos "occidentales" se trata de adentrarse en la forma de vida cotidiana de esa comunidad... maravilloso! El lujo es ese! Por ejemplo...el placer de almorzar sobre una casa medio flotante frente al río... inolvidable! No es que no me haya gustado...pero me parece importante que otros lo sepan... La luz viene por horas, y no hay acueducto. El hostal garantiza que tú puedas acceder a todo de la mejor manera. Lo q no me gusta es el abandono del estado para con ésta comunidad... Vale la pena ir y apoyarlos con nuestra visita como turistas!
