• Gail (10/5): Spacious modern apartment right in the middle of the buzzy harbour front. - Spacious, light, modern, comfortable bed, great location if you wanted easy access to restaurants and nightlife. The nightlife went on until quite late. If you’re ok with that then this is a superb place to stay in central Auckland.

Bang in the middle of the Viaduct area with great views over the Harbour. Perfect Very little. No issues at all except parking in the nearest public car park was a bit of a pain and adds to the cost

• Kathy (9/5): We enjoyed our stay at Stunning Auckland Harbour Views. Fabulous location! - The location was fabulous. I didn’t find it easy to collect the keys. Unfortunately I had no phone internet connection when we arrived so didn’t receive the email with the location and code to the lock box. Given that the room and early check in fee had been paid well in advance it would have been less stressful if we had received these instructions earlier.

• Be (8/5): - It was absolutely gorgeous inside and out. Great location. Instructions were easy and straight forward. I would definitely stay here again. The WiFi connection to the tv was always getting interrupted so couldn’t fully utilize the tv/Netflix when wanting to just chill out and relax.

• Nicky (10/5): - Great apartment, very modern, clean and comfortable with everything we needed for a weekend stay in the city. Fantastic position and corner view over the viaduct from the balcony. Will definitely look at booking again : )
• Wendy (10/5): Fantastic spot for a two night stopover. Could have stayed much longer. - Location, location, location! Spacious apartment with fantastic views, near great eateries. Recommendations from host made it easy to find somewhere we liked, or loved in the case of Sierra Cafe, too breakfast spot. To be honest, I don’t think I can find anything to improve.

The check in instructions were only send 30 minutes before check-in and if you have no mobile connection this is very inconvenient. The amount of messages from the owner and contents of the messages feel very compelling. On Saturday night lots of noice from close by bars.

I loved meditating on the balcony. You can’t ask for more! The host was very accommodating and excellent communication Don’t miss Oyters and Chops incredible $2 oyster happy hour or once steaks and oysters at Tony’s restaurant by Sky Tower! Leaving it🥲

The host went above and beyond—super helpful, responsive, and genuinely welcoming. Truly a 10/10 experience in every way. Highly recommend and would love to stay again!
• Martijnus (9/5): Superb - Great location in the harbour, close to shops and restaurants. Spacious, clean and comfortable. Beds are comfortable as well. Plenty of facilities and amenities. No flexibility regarding check in time. I understand an earlier check in is not possible when the apartment is still being cleaned, but rejecting it beforehand (unless you book it and pay extra) is not customer friendly.

• Tom (9/5): Superb - Hand to tourist spots and bars Maybe to close to the bars. The noise at night until 330 am, not good for a light sleeper. Providing ear plugs would be nice.
• Goneaway (10/5): Exceptional - Excellent location. Close to restaurants, ferry, groceries, chemists, everything! You might need to bring significant ear plugs for weekend nights! Which I did. Could have some luggage racks for people who stay longer than a night or two and are traveling with multiple bags.

The process to get the keys felt overly secretive and difficult but like an escape room. It was also quite noisy from the restaurants below (Christmas parties!) but that didn’t bother us too much

• Neil (8/5): Very good - location was very central great place to stroll great food any easy access to ferries unfortunately on Friday and Saturday the band in the pub goes to 3 in the morning very loud hard to sleep Also some of the pipes in other apartments were banging very loudly at 5.30 am one morning and 6am the next morning
• Andrew (10/5): What an amazing staycation! - It was such a great experience all round, from the awesome location for a first comers holiday to Auckland to the ease of communication with the Hosts to be able to attain the keys, get information on where to park and the location was perfect to be able to walk around the city so I really enjoyed this. The accommodation was comfortable and inviting, and I enjoyed being able to cook, clean and feel right at home. So many homely amenities made such an awesome valued stay for 5 nights. Only minor thing was that i love a big semi hard pillow on my bed and (maybe I didn't look hard enough) I felt the pillows provided were a bit too soft. I doubled them up and survived though.

Loved the view too! Perfect accommodation for what we needed. Only thing would the be the noise of the bars close by, but didn’t bother us at all!

• Christian (10/5): Exceptional - Great location and a very nice, fully equipped apartment. Parking is expensive in the CBD, as you'd expect. You'll need to be aware of the check-in procedure, which requires you to upload your photo and take a phone photo via your mobile phone before you get the details to access the booked apartment. This takes time and doesn't feel right.
