• Warren (8/5): Inexpensive short stay; simple facilities but clean. - Interesting old building with antique furniture and some memorabilia. Adjacent to one of the old palaces with the palace walls still standing. Not very far from the main train station. Bathroom tiny. Some staff a little remote but some helpful

• Maria (9/5): Superb - The bedcover, pillow and (amazingly) bolsters were soooo comfy and silky soft. The architecture is full with javanese arts, it is classic, and well designed. The air conditioner was not quite cool. The water is cold during our visit (May) and there was no hot water for kids.

• Jonathan (9/5): Superb - Staff is very nice. They provided water on resquest and I had a welcome drink. Reception is 24 h. Location is very good also, close to the palace. The city is small so it's easy to go anywhere from there with Gojek. Room was clean. Property looks beautiful. Wifi didn't reach the room, but not a big issue. For non native speakers, know that it is more difficult with english. But I didn't mind as we managed to communication anyway and the staff is very nice.
• Enggar (9/5): Javanese home to stay - Staying at Ndalem Kinasih feels like staying at your grandparents home. We loves our stay in here and will comeback to stay in here when we are in town. TV is in communal room only
