Rino (9/5): 居心地はいいが改善点はある - 玄関はキーコードでストレスフリーでした。部屋が広く、過ごしやすい。もっと滞在したかった。洗剤はないが洗濯機もありありがたかった。前もって決済のフォーマットが送られてくるが私が使っているクレジットカードがはじかれるのか支払いが難しかった。支払いした後、オーナーが確認出来ないのか「支払われていないのでキャンセルか払って」とメッセージが来て少し焦った。場所が分かりにくい。やっと辿り着くがキーコードをもらってないので、連絡するもすぐには連絡が来なかった。場所の詳細とキーコードは14時頃には欲しかった。トイレが流れないのでタンクに自分で水を入れると流れる。洗濯機に濡れた雑巾？が入っていた。 Netflixだけ調子悪く開かない。2回ほど停電になりすぐ電気がついたことがあり、全て電気を落とすと（テレビコードを抜くと）Netflixに入ることができた。オーナーがチェックアウトの5分前に来て玄関で待ってるのが少しびっくりした。
Sue (9/5): Excellent value, great central location, clean and comfortable large apartment - Excellent communication with host, self check in with electronic key pad. Spacious and clean apartment - very central to Guatape. We only used one bedroom (of three) and one bathroom (of two) so plenty of space for excellent value. Washing machine and fully equipped kitchen were both great after a few days on the road. Still currently some building works nearby so some noise daytime, otherwise no noise whatsoever for sleeping.
