• Fotios (10/5): Εξαιρετική. - Η τοποθεσία, η σχέση ποιότητας - τιμής, η επικοινωνία με τον ιδιοκτήτη πριν και κατά τη διάρκεια της παραμονής μας ήταν άριστα. Το διαμέρισμα είναι ανακαινισμένο, ζεστό και πολύ άνετο. Ενώ όλα τα υπόλοιπα μας ενθουσίασαν, παρατηρήσαμε από την πρώτη στιγμή ότι το διαμέρισμα δεν είχε καθαριστεί επιμελώς. Πιο συγκεκριμένα, παρατηρήσαμε πως τα πατώματα δεν είχαν σκουπιστεί καλά και σφουγγαριστεί, υπήρχαν ψίχουλα πάνω στον καναπέ και τα μπάνια είχαν μια έντονη και δυσάρεστη οσμή αμμωνίας. Θεωρούμε ότι επρόκειτο για μια ατυχή σύμπτωση γιατί σχεδόν το σύνολο των σχολίων που είχαμε διαβάσει σχετικά με την καθαριότητα , ήταν πολύ θετικά. Επίσης, θα μπορούσαν να υπάρχουν επιπλέον πετσέτες για καθέναν από τους ενοίκους.

Very responsive staff and excellent value for money. WiFi didn’t work in the first evening, but they sent someone to fix it in the morning (part of the problem was wrong password provided)

• domenico (8/5): CONSIGLIATO MA...... - l'appartamento rispecchia in pieno la descrizione, fornito praticamente di tutto il necessario per un soggiorno TOP. posizione ottima, con una breve passeggiata arrivi in centro oppure alle fermate dei mezzi (ci sono diverse linee nelle vicinanze). doppia camera da letto con bagno/doccia piu' un piccolo bagno di servizio per ogni evenienza. soggiorno e cucina unico spazioso. comunicazione con l'host via whatsapp con istruzioni facili e precise su accesso oppure altre richieste. pulizia quasi perfetta, ma ormai la perfezione non la trovi neanche negli hotel 5 stelle. l'host ci ha permesso di restare piu' a lungo in camera l'ultimo giorno in attesa della macchina per l'aeroporto. TOP TOP TOP abbiamo trovato qualcosa degli inquilini precedenti ancora in stanza, nonostante fosse stata pulita.....diciamo che puo' capitare. l'unico consiglio che vorrei dare e' una fornitura di asciugamani adeguata alla durata del soggiorno.....pensare che 4 persone, in estate possano utilizzare un solo asciugamano a testa per 6 giorni mi sembra un po' pochino, considerando anche la mancanza del bidet e dunque un utilizzo piu' frequente della doccia. abbiamo chiesto altri asciugamani ottenendo (dopo uno strano rifiuto iniziale) quantomento una seconda fornitura.....A VOLTE SONO PROPRIO I DETTAGLI PIU' STUPIDI A FARE LA DIFFERENZA.

• Vassia (10/5): Exceptional - We loved our stay at Zichy, it was super comfortable for our group of 6 friends, 2 bathrooms with shower and one wc, Nespresso machine which we really appreciated and perfectly clean. Excellent communication with Attila about anything we needed. Very central. Go for it! Nothing :)
