• C Armen (3/5): Nefasto , no volveré - Solo la ubicación Los muebles de la mini cocina destrozados, el sofá cama se hincaban los hierros , se hundía….el tostador no funcionaba…
• Sara (1/5): Terrible - No me han gustado nada. La ubicación es lo único bueno pero tiene unas ventanas de pichiglás y se oye todo lo de fuera, siendo una zona donde hay mucho ruido nocturno. El apartamento es un cuchitril, está muy viejo. Hicimos la reserva para tres pero no estaba preparado para más de dos personas: el sofa-cama incomodísimo, no se puede dormir en él y solo había dos sillas en la mesa. Además encontramos los cubiertos sucios y las ventanas no aíslan del ruido.
• Ismael (9/5): - El apartamento es súper céntrico, lleno de balcones, muy luminoso y la cama era cómoda. El sofá cama era muy incómodo para el tercer ocupante. Es lo único que cambiaría.
• Jorge (7/5): Práctico,rincon ideal para visita turística de finde - La ubicación Que es imprescindible ponerle un soporte a la alcachofa . Es urgente renovar el mando del aire. Hay mucho ruido de la calle ,debido aque las ventanas no son acústicas,cerramientos muy desactualizado

El segundo día que nos alojamos no nos funcionaba el aire acondicionado echaba aire templado/ frío y el agua de la ducha se ducho mi pareja y fui a ducharme yo y ya salía el agua fría , por la noche mucho ruido , mejoraría varias cosas la verdad .
• RAMON (6/5): Gracias a su ubicación no estuvo mal. - La zona Lo peor el sofá cama, hoy en día los hay muy baratos y el que hay actualmente es incomodísimo, no se puede ofrecer ese sofá para nadie. La cama también tiene un colchón muy antiguo que debería cambiarse.

• KONSTANTINOS (8/5): - THE LOCATION WAS WHAT I NEEDED. NEAR TO THE CATHEDRAL AND PLAZA ROMANILLA IS A GREAT PLACE TO DRINK COFFEE OR A GLASS OF WINE THE APPARTMENT WAS AS I SAW IT AT THE PHOTOS, COMFORTABLE AND CLEAN. IT HAD THE BASIC EQUIPMENT TO COOK , AND THE BATHROOM IS NEW THE BED WAS EXCELLENT AS I HAD TO WORK SOME HOURS PER DAY THE WI FI WAS VERY GOOD THERE WAS A SMELL, MAYBE FROM THE RESTAURANTS , AND WHEN I WAS OPENING THE WINDOWS, THE HOUSE AND MY CLOTHES SMELLED LIKE FRIED OIL. THE CLOSET NEEDS CARE INSIDE THERE IS NOT SOMETHING LIKEDRYING RACK

• Heather (8/5): A great experience being right in the hive of activity. - It was central to shopping and restaurants/cafes. It was nice to have a couch to sit on! There is a microwave and fridge, cupboards full of everything you would need! The communication was really good! We are two older ladies, and found that getting our suitcases upstairs was a bit difficult. Otherwise, we have no complaints.

• Arnanz (7/5): - Estaba en una buena ubicación La cocina estaba super sucia los platos y los cubiertos y las sartenes llenas de aceite y de comida tuvimos que lavar todo, no hay vasos solo tazas pequeñas para el café, la tostadora sin limpiar, la campana extractora llena de aceite te encharcabas los dedos con aceite con todo los utensilios, el mando del aire sin tapa se le salen las pilas, en el baño el enchufe del lavabo estaba caído no se podía utilizar, el inodoro si te sentabas te das con la mampara, no nos dejaron ni un rollo de papel, el cajón del baño se caía si lo abrías, el sofá super duro, te hacen entrar super tarde y no veo limpieza por ningún lado
• Petra (1/5): A Big Disappointment – Not Worth It Despite the Central Location - Just the location. I usually never book accommodation rated below a 7, but this time I made an exception—and I deeply regret it. I chose this place because it had a small kitchen, which I need for my special diet. But the stove didn’t work. There was some kind of dirt or plaster in the pot, and the lid was dusty.The bathroom door wouldn’t close properly and was held together by some random tools, completely unacceptable! There were several windows in the room, but only one could be closed. The others had gaps of about a centimeter, letting in cold air and compromising safety. Out of curiosity, I tried the air conditioning, which, unsurprisingly, also didn’t work. The front door was hard to open, and once open, it was very hard to close again. Initially, I couldn't even access the apartment because the app didn’t work at all. I was only communicating with a chatbot. After finally reaching a real person, I was given a working link. The chatbot also told me they partnered with a luggage storage service near the accommodation, but that turned out to be out of order too. They say they want a 10/10 rating on Booking, but with service like this, that’s not possible though I must admit, the place does have potential. The only real positive was the location. It’s right in the center and everything is nearby. However, that also means you’ll be hearing noise until midnight. If you only want a place to sleep, maybe it’s okay. But for anything else, it’s not good. Very disappointing. The photos look great, but I want to show the real experience.

• Pasu (7/5): Old room in the old town - Staff reacted really fast, help and support every issue. Cathedral view from the window. Use mobile access which is super convenient. i love it so much. the location just next to the Cathedral in the old town area surrounding with restaurants and stores. it was noisy at night. windows are not noise protection. most of the equipment are not 100%. Decoration is old, i saw some cracks and worn out everywhere. we are 3 people but got just 1 blanket.

• Anonymous (5/5): Passable - Good location, in the heart of Granada! The place was unclean, and very cold inside. It’s okay if you stay 1 or max 2 nights, I wouldn’t recommend it if you stay more than that. We found fake eye lashes on the bed side table, and lot of dust. Also make sure your phone is fully charged, because that is the only way to get into the flat. I found the way of accessing very confusing!
• Doug (4/5): Disappointing - It was a good location. The bathroom and kitchen were substandard. I rented for 2 nights making the customer service REP aware and they locked me out anyway. I missed a critical meeting and the host made no offer of compensation or discount.
