• Charlotte (10/5): Gammaldags, trevligt boende mitt i stan. - Väldigt rymlig och väldigt centralt belägen lägenhet. Stora ytor för lek och samkväm. Omtänksam uthyrare. Allt fungerade bra. Någon enstaka säng var lite väl knarrig och hård.
• Nikolay (9/5): Антуражно и отличное размещение - Антураж, ощущение, что вернулся в детство к бабушке или на дачу, все такое интересное) Очень много места, в целом было достаточно тепло, горячая вода без перебоев, расположение отличное. Но вечером, ночью было пару необъяснимых ситуаций, и мы подозреваем призраков) сначала кто-то нажал на клавишу на пианино, а потом в темноте со мной в комнате кто-то прошел и шуршал, но никого там быть не должно было) но по мне это только добавляет интереса этому месту)) Единственный минус - это кровати: очень скрипят (ну 2 из 6 критично) и очень твердые подушки, но не супер критично

• Evgenia (8/5): Nice place close to the historic center - The apartment is very spacious and conveniently located close to the historic center. There are a few small grocery stores nearby and one big on 15-minute walk. The check-in and check-out were very straightforward. Plenty of towels, even though they were quite thin. The host was responsive and addressed all questions and issues. It's the first time that in a rental we haven't get any toiletries in the bathroom, not even for a day. Basic stuff for an eight-days rental would be something compulsory to supply: a shampoo, a bodywash, and a conditioner. It was a bummer to rush first thing in the morning to a store to buy all these. The kitchen and the living room are dark as there are no windows. Mattresses were moderately comfortable. Also, noise from the streets as there are many people drinking, talking loudly and smoking while passing by the apartment.

• Fedor (8/5): - Предложили бесплатную парковку во дворе Продавленные кровати, все! Около часа ждали владельца, хотя проинформировали о времени своего приезда. Владелец начал встречу со слов «подготовьте деньги». Удивительно, но просят выносить мусор рядом через дорогу.

• Majid (2/5): Terrible experience for two nights. - It wasn't just a bad experience, it was a nightmare for two nights. I summed up positive and negative parts in my opinion. 1- We were two families travelling by car and upon our reservation we mentioned this. Parking was important in our criteria to choose this property. Upon our arrival and in front of our small kids we were attacked by angry neighbors because we parked in a wrong place in the yard which we hadn't become aware of. Even after the manager arrived and told us where to park the cars, this happened again. Another yelling and cursing attack happened when we dropped a very small trash in the yard's bin. It was time for another neighbor to yell at us and teach us not to. Even kids gently playing with the cats in the yard was becoming a big issue. 2- The Appartment is very old but refurbished. To be fair it has all basic amenities and facilities but it has its bad sides too. Toilet and bath needs complete renovation and the water leaks from water hose beside toilette and from bath even if you tuck in all the bath curtain. 3- The floor covering is done by some wood-like material which is very slippery and it is bumpy everywhere and not even flat . You have to wear swimming pool slippers to avoid the danger of falling if you don't wear shoes inside because the owner cannot provide slippers. 4- beds are not comfortable and the mattress is deep in the middle and cause back pain. 5- the apartment was clean and we didn't feel bad smells which is normal in old houses. 6- the positive point about this appartement is the location with great access to liberty square and other attractions. We had many shops around open even after the midnight

• Mateusz (10/5): - Very nice and truly authentic apartment in the center of Tibilisi in walking distance to many restaurants, cafes and bars. Very spacious, enough for 6 people group for great price. One of the beds was damaged which make it one of us a little ucomfortable during the night, so hopefully it will be fixed :) other than that everything was great.

• Nastassia (10/5): Excellent apartment in Old Tbilisi - I couldn't wish for a better location in Old Tbilisi than this apartment. It’s perfectly situated—close to all attractions yet quiet and wonderfully authentic. Bonus: no long uphill climbs (a challenge in other parts of Old Tbilisi, especially with luggage). The apartment itself is cozy, spacious, and full of authentic charm. It was exceptionally clean and felt like home. There are also a couple of 24/7 shops nearby for added convenience. The hostess was always available for our questions and, when we experienced a water issue in the area during the night, she was incredibly responsive and helpful. I would definitely consider staying here again on my next visit to Tbilisi. Thank you for the warm welcome!

It is based in a historical building with an authentic Georgian terrace - just wh - The apartment is located in the first floor of historical building with an authentic Georgian terrace. Very central which is great if you consider familiarizing with the city by foot. Lora of groceries stores around with fresh fruits and veggies.
