• Desiree (1/5): HORRIBLE - Nada, no pienso volver a repetir ni recomendarlo Absolutamente todo fatal. El propietario no se dignó ni ha contestar las llamadas una vez llegados al alojamiento, después de estar llamando durante 15min se digna a hablarme otra persona a mi WhatsApp para decirme que tengo que ir a recoger las llaves en otra dirección a 10min en coche. Una vez allí me da las llaves y yo sin saber ni qué piso era ni qué plaza de garaje tengo y me dice que me va a mandar el propietario el vídeo… aún estoy esperándolo solo me envía donde dejarle las llaves cuando deje el piso de VERGÜENZA. Una vez allí tenemos que preguntar al señor de la garita que porfavor que plaza de garaje es la nuestra que menos mal en el vídeo de donde hay que dejar las llaves nos señalan que piso es porque es que ni eso. Entramos y estaba sucio y para colmo dos toallas justas ni para lavarte las manos y no había ni papel HIGIÉNICO una completisima vergüenza! Encima dice que tiene horno y es mentira, no vayáis horrible

Veníamos de otra isla y no conocíamos nada. Luego la vitro no funcionaba bien así que estuve dos horas o más intentando hacer un arroz y un pollo. En todo el apartamento solo había un rollo de papel higiénico y éramos 6

• In orel (1/5): Vergonzoso - NADA Horas llamando, varios días incluido los mismos de Booking y no nos contestaba ni a nosotros ni a Booking! No aparecieron el día a entregar las llaves! Y le dio exactamente igual dejarnos allí tirados! Un estafador!!!

• Esperanza (4/5): Apartamentos sin mantenimiento - El apartamento está bonito pero muchas falta de mantenimiento Para empezar no había agua caliente los radiadores no funciona y goteaban agua la luz de la cocina se encendía y se apagaba constantemente y para colmo por más que intenté ponerme en contacto con el propietario por llamada y por WhatsApp no me contestó lo del agua caliente a sido lo oeor

• Outman (10/5): Super accomodatie - Het appartement was brandschoon en van alle gemakken voorzien. We waren op doorreis en hebben maar 1 nachtje gebruik gemaakt van het appartement. Maar hadden hier graag langer gezetten. De host was heel flexibel met inchecken. We kwamen pas rond 00:30 in de nacht aan maar dat was geen probleem. Gracias por todo. Niks

• sinmouse (5/5): - 밤 늦게 도착했는데, 주차장에서 기다려서 친절하게 키를 전달하고 응대해주었어요. 숙소 청소는 그럭저럭 깨끗했지만, 이불과 수건을 사람수에 맞게 셋팅하지 않았습니다. 빨래대에 침대포가 올라가 있었고, 뭔가 정비를 다 마치지 않은 상태인 것 같았어요. 잠만자고 나온 것이라 큰 불편은 없었습니다만 비싼 숙박비에 비해 유쾌한 경험은 아니었습니다.
• hector (7/5): Muy buen piso, pésima administración - El apartamento muy confortable , el problema es la administración , la llave tocaba recogerla en un hueco , tapadas con piedras y basura y estaba lloviendo cuando me tocó recogerlas u por supuesto me ordenaron dejarla en el mismo lugar, no hay seguridad para nada . Éramos 6 y dejaron solo 3 toallas , la ducha está dañada . Con una buena administración , este piso sería de calificación 10 La administración del piso , el señor que después de varias llamadas me contestó , el saludo fue que llegué tarde que la entrada era a las 3 , yo llegué sobre las 4:30 pm , el le faltó pensar que que no es la primera vez que reservo por booking un piso .

Парковки своєї немає, паркувались з зовнішньої сторони житлового комплексу. Було прохолодно. Хоча квартира і сучасна, але якась не затишна

• Nadine (6/5): Okay für einen kurzen Stadtbesuch mit Auto. - Ruhige Lage, es war sauber, das WLAN funktioniert sehr gut. Es gibt kostenlose Parkmöglichkeiten vor der Haustür. Das Zentrum ist nicht in der Nähe, das war für uns aber okay, dafür war es ruhig. Wir wollten Wäsche waschen, dafür mussten wir erstmal den kompletten Wäscheständer abnehmen, der voller Bettwäsche hing! Irgendwie nicht so Sinn der Sache, find ich! Die Küche ist nicht sonderlich ausgestattet (kein Wasserkocher usw.) Das Apartment ist völlig kahl, es ist absolut null eingerichtet, sodass es irgendwie gemütlich wäre (keine Nachttischlampen, überall nur grelles Licht! Nicht ein Bild oder ähnliches an der Wand was an etwas wohnliches erinnern würde), insgesamt wirkte es leider steril mit null persönlicher Note, was natürlich nicht schlimm ist, aber an eine Jugendherberge oder Hostel erinnert und für mehr als 1-2 Nächte nicht ansprechend ist. Ist jedenfalls meine persönliche Empfindung.

• Karolina (10/5): - highly recommend it. The apartment is well-maintained, clean, and modern. The complex has a swimming pool, a playground, and a tennis court. There is 24-hour security, so you can safely leave your car in the garage. It’s a very pleasant and peaceful area. The apartment owner is very friendly and helpful. We will definitely return.

• Jane (9/5): Viva Rivas - The apartment was lovely, spotless and very comfortable. Modern and with nice view. Great TV's in every room. There were plenty of linen and towels and toiletries. The bathroom was lovely. Spacious kitchen and sitting room, very comfortable beds! Lovely area, lovely facilities, great parking. The pool was fab. There was a playground on site and across the Rd. Good location, close to airport, 7 mins from centre of Rivas, plenty of amenities nearby and nice restaurant around the corner. Our host was extremely friendly and helpful. We will consider going back in summer for a longer stay. The kitchen was missing an oven. (Handy to heat pizza etc) Only had cooker hobs. And took a while to master the microwave, lol.
