• mohammad (9/5): - الغرف نظيفة ومريحة والصالة كبيرة وتتسع لعدد اشخاص كبير بالنسبة لي مناسب ل 3 عائلات، لان الغرفة الرابعة مكشوفة على الصالة، لكن يوجد باب زجاجي يفصل بين ال 3 غرف والغرفة الاخيرة في الصالة، هذا يحل الإشكال بعض الشيء

Pas très pratique pour se coucher L'adresse doit être modifié impérativement sur Booking.com Quand toute une organisation est prévue à l'avance avec une autre adresse donnée à 48h du départ ce n'est pas sérieux ! Lorsque l'arrivée des vols se fait le matin et que l'on doit mettre les bagages dans un loocker c'est un coût supplémentaire pour le client et c'est regretable de ne pas avoir pu les laisser dans l'appartement Il aurait été tout à fait possible de déposer 6 valises à l'entrée ! Il y avait un dépôt de bagages plus proche à côté de l'appartement : Packet station Kohlgasse 37 Que nous avons vu hélas bien plus tard lorsque nous étions dans l'appartement Cela nous aurait été plus facile Bref plutôt déçu de ce que vous avez proposé

• Todor (7/5): Spacious apartment but cleanness needs to be improved - The place is really specious and allows a big number of guests. We were a big family with kids as well as our parents thus we needed a place with several bedrooms and bathrooms while also providing a common living area. The apartment provided exactly this. The common areas were comfortable, functional and allowed us to interact when we want and rest when was needed. The number of bathrooms and WCs was also very convenient. The dining table fit all of us and the overall layout is efficient. The apartment is on a ground floor overlooking an internal courtyard, thus it felt safe. It matched the pictures perfectly, The free WIFI provided was very easy to connect to and with great quality. There are several supermarkets as well as restaurants a few minutes away so this was rather convenient as well. Overall value for money is very reasonable. Our biggest concern was the cleanliness and overall hygiene of the apartment and especially in the little kitchen. The kitchen itself is equipped but would definitely benefit from a sandwich-maker, toaster or a microwave. Most of the plates and utensils that we pulled from the drawers were with some stains or even dried food on them so we washed everything manually before use. Several drawers had food crumbs in them, thus made us question the cleaning service before we check-in. Some of the bed sheets had some unwashed stains as well. The sink in one of the bathrooms was barely usable as it was clogged. Check-out time at 10:00 AM is rather inconvenient, however properly communicated in the premises' rules. The advertised bedrooms were four, however only three were made available, as one remained under lock, thus one of the family members slept int the living room. Something that the property owners cannot address but is worth noting - the neighborhood is overall pleasant for walks and with nice architecture, however felt unsafe at some dark periods during the day. Considering that reaching U4 metro line required a approx. 10 min walk, passing by some of the parks during dark hours was not a pleasant experience. Big groups of people gathering drinking / smoking and making a lot of noise is something that made my wife uncomfortable specifically so when she was by herself and our daughter.

It is also very quiet, the apartment is in the courtyard. The modern decor, comfortable beds, and cleanliness made our stay very pleasant. The location is ideal, right in the city center, close to attractions and restaurants. Highly recommend!
