• Bernard (8/5): Bel appartement très bien situé - Bel appartement vaste et très bien décoré ,l'équipement est très bon , belles salles de bains , cuisine bien équipée, la situation géographique est excellente , proche de la cathédrale et du centre ville , tout peut se faire à pied. L'appartement est calme et donne sur une rue piétonne . L'appartement est sombre et ne voit jamais le soleil , les salles de bains sont assez froides et il n'y a rien pour sécher les serviettes de toilette, c'est dommage , un radiateur sèche serviettes serait pourtant facile à installer

If You experience a problem there is 0% chance that somebody will help You. Only bots/ AI answers every message. There is also a mistake with deposit info - You have to make it Before the stay - if not You will not be able to even enter the apartment. The bedrooms are without Windows. Everybody on the street that walks near the Apartment looks at You, no privacy.

Forte odeur d'égout dans le logement très désagréable, un déodorant électrique a bien été installé par le propriétaire pour la masquer, mais il est très bruyant et se situe à côté de la chambre et fait du bruit à chaque pulvérisation de jour comme de nuit. Je regrette avoir payé aussi cher ce logement!

• Helen J Stephens (8/5): Pleasant and helpful host with a lovely apartment - The hosts were able to let us into the apartment to drop luggage off which was super helpful. The apartment is perfectly located for all main places of interest. The main bedroom had 2 single beds, wardrobe and good sized bathroom. For Nespresso lovers, the coffee machine takes original pods. The small double bed had no wardrobe and the chest of draws was hard to open. Neither bedrooms had a mirror, which meant make-up had to be done in the bathroom. This was no issue in the main bedroom, but the other bathroom had no shelves, or place to put anything down - result broken compact as it slid on the floor!!!

• Mirela (8/5): Bad moldy smell in the main bedroom - We really enjoyed the location, the ease of communication and access. Eva was constantly in touch with us and we appreciated how detailed were the instructions she provided. What we didn’t like was the fact that in the main bedroom there was an intense smell of mold. We looked in the dressing and noticed that there was in fact mold on the walls that was just covered with a white plastic panel. On the floor, in the same dressing, there were some towels placed that were soaking wet. We communicated to Eva what was happening and she sent the cleaning staff to replace those towels but the smell persisted. It was really difficult to use that room, the smell was very intense. The kitchen could use some more plates and cutlery.

Er zijn 2 sloten. Je hebt nodig code vd poort en van de voordeur. kastje bij de voordeur. App via gsm. Binnen ligt een sleutel. Mij was ontgaan dat je een code vd poort nodig had. Via telefoon/klantenservice is dit toch goed gekomen.

We arrived a little earlier than the time of check-in and with her lack of English from the owner was asked to contact her via WhatsApp and did reply to our message so waited around for an hour till the door automatically unlocked.

• Simon (9/5): Fantastic apartment, staff could have been better. - The apartment is in an ideal location, a short walk from the cathedral, Alcazar, bars/restaurants and shops. The check-in process was simple, the apartment was a good size for 4 people and had all the facilities we needed. It was very clean, tastefully decorated and a comfortable place to stay while enjoying this beautiful city. I contacted the staff a couple of times and was a little underwhelmed with their responses. Firstly I asked about what we should do with our rubbish when checking out, as no information had been provided. I was told to refer to the apartment manual, which we did not have. I asked where we could find the apartment manual and was told they would get back to me about that, which they didn't. I was however advised to deposit our rubbish in containers in a location nearby, which turned out to be a 5-minute walk in the opposite direction from where we were going. Secondly, I contacted the staff with a query about booking taxis. I was initially told that the staff would be able to book one for us and was asked to provide the details. However, when I did provide the details, I heard nothing for some time and then eventually received a message advising me of the location of the nearest taxi stand. My partner's parents were returning to another part of Spain and, little did we know, availability of taxis was reduced because of a concert the same evening. We waited in a queue at the taxi stand for a while and they almost missed their bus from the station.

• Philip (7/5): Superb location - The location was excellent. The flat was very comfortable and tastefully decorated. The A/C was a godsend and easy to control. The showers were lovely. As I said at the start, the location is excellent, you're literally 5mins from the cathedral, it's so central, an excellent base to explore from. The step from the living room to the rest of the flat caught us out a couple of times. The sliding door to the smaller bedroom could do with a handle of some sort, especially to aid exiting. The bathrooms could do with some extraction.

• Bin (10/5): Exceptional - The kitchen is excellent, with a complete set of tableware and kitchen utensils, and it even has a dishwasher. There is 1 living room, 2 bedrooms, and 2 bathrooms. The space is large and very comfortable. It is located in the center of the old town, and all scenic spots are within walking distance. In particular, the Flamenco Museum is right next to it, reachable on foot in just 1 to 2 minutes. We had a bit of trouble finding the place by the apartment address. The house number was inside the iron railing instead of on the outer wall, so it took us some time to search back and forth.

I like the kitchen with everything needed if you cook. Its location within old town is unbeatable and super convenient…..many historical landmarks are 10-15mins walk away. Eva did a FANTASTIC job hosting us, giving directions, dinning recommendations (even reservations) and feedback within minutes, very helpful and responsive! We will definitely recommend others to stay with Eva’s place in Seville❤️ Also, restaurants that Eva recommended are worth trying; we had great experience with food, wines and friendly services. Clean, modern, well-equipped kitchen and bathroom; Super convenient location with great location.

• Laura (9/5): A well presented apartment in an ideal location that is good for families. - Very clean, high quality finish. Well stocked kitchen that you can actually cook in. The location is very central to many tourist sites. There is little natural light in the bedrooms, but that was my mistake for not checking the pictures properly before we arrived. The entrance system relies on having your mobile phone and internet access.

The property doesn't get much natural light outside from the living room, and you tend to not have those curtains open either for privacy as you face the street directly.

• Alycia (10/5): A wonderful comfortable apartment to explore the wonders of Sevilla - The apartment was spacious and very centrally located within 10 minutes to the Cathedral and many good restaurants. My two grown sons and I enjoyed staying here as our home base and Eva was very responsive with recommendations of restaurants and things to see, as well as answering questions that arose. It was a little confusing getting into the front gate and door to the building, but Eva messaged us explaining what to do. She had given us the info before, but we didn't understand.

Luckily there was someone else who just checked in - I believe they had to get the gate key from a different location and they got us in after waiting 15 mins. The code was for the door to our place and gate key was in the apartment.

• Michelle (6/5): Great location but leaves a lot to be desired. - The location Apartment is too dark and feels like a basement apartment even though it is not. There is a strong musty smell towards the back of the unit, especially in the master bedroom. The automatic room sprays being used to cover it up are completely overwhelming and headache-inducing. Also, I texted when I realized I left my converter and phone cord behind. Eva said she would check with the cleaning staff but I never heard back about.
