- Adam Mohamed (1/5): Worst experience - Ok location. Firstly, we did not get the apartment we booked. That alone qualifies us getting our money back. But the owner took the money in front, cash. Secondly, the apartment we got was in very bad condition. Dirty, non functional, and high up without an elevator. We asked for our money back so we could find another place to stay. Even if we had the right to get full refund, owner said no. We only got a refund for one night, instead for all four. Instead he offered to clean the apartment and pay for breakfast. We did not want that. And according to the owner, the apartment from the ad was in worse shape! We just wanted to leave. Just see the pics and you will understand why we refused to take the owners offer. I only wish I could upload all pics. It was horrible! Poor isolation, you could not flush, dirty shower, kitchen, refrigerator and more. There were dirty cups in the cupboard! Since we did not get the money back, we kept the key but went to the hotel across the street. Amazing place!
