Guest Reviews
- ODonnell (8/5): -
- Murray (5/5): Pretty average in an older hotel - Breakfast was good We booked a day earlier than we traveled and stayed a day later since we thought we were 13-15, not 12-14 and no one mentioned we had arrived late or stayed a day later. The extra night charge was much higher. This is mostly booking.com's fault as they changed the dates I had put in between page changes.
- Michaud (1/5): - Nothing The fact they refused the card i was going to use even though i booked with the same card so i told the desk agentwe needed to cancel. Then they tried my account over and over but i kept declining so they wait until 4am to charge for a no call no show but obviously it wasn't because i went in there to check in and they refused my card
- Timothy (10/5): -
- DJIMI (8/5): -
- Jennifer (10/5): - The pool was freezing
- Amelia (8/5): -
- Rebecca (6/5): -
- Nick (1/5): Not good. - Nothing other than I could take my dogs. Everything was filthy. A horrible smells everywhere. Food was hotel grade. What do you expect.
- Dana (9/5): - Have been staying here for over 10 years best bang for your money Furniture not very comfortable
- Caitlyn (8/5): - Having the kitchen in the room The tv was facing the couch and didn’t have an option to watch in bed
- Dana (8/5): Great hotel but parking sucks.. I - Close to town $5 a night for parking is very wrong, not shown on your site.
- Jessica (6/5): Convenient to amenties but pictures make hotel look better than what it is. - Convenient to shopping and food along with the shower head. The rooms smelled like “dirty sex” and had odors in which we couldn’t get to go away even with the windows open. The swimming pool was very small and dirty to the point we didn’t feel comfortable going in.
- Michael (8/5): -
- Samantha (7/5): low water pressure & slippery shower - room was nice, clean. lighting was a bit odd, but the heat worked pretty well bathroom - shower floor was slippery, and there was virtually no water pressure!
also, I had set an alarm, which went off while I was in the shower. I got out to shut it off, and when I went to get back in the shower the door moved followed by the towel I was standing on (tile floor) which resulted in my landing on the floor.
thankfully despite brief pain to a toe and a knee, I was otherwise fine.
I had intended to follow up with a staff member, but due to my plans that day I did not get a chance to do so.
- Shanoy (6/5): I think they half cleaned it. Whoever stayed before was sick. My family and I left throwing up and shitting bad now we h -
- MICHELLE (8/5): Cozy. Welcoming. - The staff was kind and welcoming. The size of the room was great. The room above us was quite loud very late at night.
- Joe (9/5): Very pleasant. Nice staff - Oh could be fresher Pull out bed was like sleeping on a board
- Elizabeth (3/5): Horrible smell and cheap beds for an overpriced hotel - It was convenient to get to SNHU The smell. Someone had a dog that urinated all over in the room and possibly the hallway right outside the elevator on the 2nd floor. The staff really tried to cover it up but it didn’t work. We were by the elevator when the ladies with the dog came out. They smelled just as bad. The queen “bed” couch was horrible! The bottom cushions of the couch flipped over onto the floor which left you with the insides of the couch. A plastic lined piece of wood. I tried to lay on it and it was very hard. Tiffanie at the front desk gave me extra blankets to try and make it softer but it did not work so I slept on the couch which was almost as hard. The bathroom door didn’t shut all the way so you couldn’t lock it. The desk chair was broken. The pool desperately needs a make over. It is green and black on the bottom in spots. Breakfast is mediocre at best. Overcooked eggs and undercooked sausage every day we were there. They could have at least switched it up. I’ve spent half as much money and stayed in better hotels. Not worth the price at all!
- James (8/5): Was a good visit will use them again - Staff was excellent, room was comfortable and great location
- Derek (1/5): Horrible - Nothing The front desk lady was real rude and they told me I was blacklisted without giving me a answer on why I was blacklisted we did not mess up the room and we did not do anything to the room it felt like they were prejudice
- Kaya (1/5): Never stayed somewhere like this before, do your research. - Staff was pleasant but that is about it. I was extremely disappointed with my stay. The hallways had a strong, overwhelming odor coming from another guest’s room, and it genuinely smelled like something had died. This wasn’t a mild pet smell at all. You had to walk through it as soon as you stepped off the elevator, and it made getting to my room really unpleasant. The hotel did not address the issue until the next day, which was unacceptable given how severe it was.
The hotel itself was also much dirtier and more worn down than the photos online suggest. I could tell housekeeping and maintenance were doing what they could, and they were mopping and cleaning, but the building is simply outdated. The carpets need to be removed and replaced with modern flooring, and the small updates in the rooms don’t make up for the overall condition.
On top of that, I was told I would receive a discount, and while they took $40 off the stay, I then noticed charges for parking and a nightly room fee of $5. I didn’t even have a vehicle, so it felt like they added fees that essentially canceled out the discount.
Because of the smell, I didn’t feel comfortable eating any food on the property. I couldn’t imagine anyone preparing meals while that odor was in the building.
I would not stay here again. I’d rather pay more for a hotel that feels clean, updated, and comfortable.

- Michelle (8/5): -
- Ricardo (4/5): Pagar doble por habitación no creo que sea correcto - Todo limpio Reserve online y me tocó pagar de nuevo en efectivo así que pagué doble por la habitación

- Mary Ann (10/5): I was here with my son and our animals while waiting for a rental property to become available. - The room size was perfect and the kitchen was full sized. The hotel is pet friendly. I had 2 dogs and a cat and the stay worked out well.

- Jennifer (8/5): Nice stay overall - Staff was very helpful. We had a tv that did not work and the staff didn't give up til is was fixed. He was great. Room was nice. Breakfast area is too small and food is mediocre at best.
- JACKLIN (9/5): C’était agréable 🥰 - La gratuité de la navette pour aller aux alentours. Logement très spacieux et confortable La salle pour prendre le petit déjeuner est trop petite
- Paplaskas (8/5): - No response from location after having to adjust booking. Understood it was non refundable but I adjusted to stay first n last night n they charged me for the last night separately. I feel it was covered in original booking.
- Mireille (2/5): Deceitful pictures and very uncomfortable beds. - Furniture a deceptive. Smaller than what is shown on pictures Read the reviews before booking
- Jennifer (1/5): Horrible - Absolutely HORRIBLE. Dirty. Creepy. Gross men lurking and talking to young girls. No batteries in remotes. Bulbs broken. Door locks installed incorrectly. I don’t have enough bad things to say! All of the above plus with all the creepiness around the front door didn’t even lock!
- Judi (7/5): - It was located in a great location and offered a two bedroom suite. It was grimy…..

No one bothered you unless you requested something, which made it relaxing I felt like I was in my own home. Extremely quiet hotel. Every need was met with a smile. Small pool
- Kathleen (7/5): Good - Convenient and quiet. Spacious There were a number of people smoking right outside our window and we could small marijuana coming in through the bedroom vents. It felt somewhat unsafe.
- Nicole (7/5): Good -
- Jessica (10/5): Exceptional -
- Clare (8/5): Overall a great property - very clean and rooms are immaculate and spacious. - Breakfast was reasonable but the dining area was a bit small. the 2 bedroom suite is perfect for a group The dining area for breakfast is a bit small and cramped
- Cassandra (10/5): Exceptional -
- V (8/5): Very good -
- Laci (5/5): Nope! - I liked the location I didn't like that we were there for four nights and never got housekeeping, even after asking twice. I didn't like that they said it was a queen bed, when it was actually smaller. I didn't like that they said there was a pull out bed (from the couch), but actually you just sleep on the couch cushions rearranged to look like a mattress and there aren't any sheets that fit since it isn't actually a bed. I didn't like that the employee ran my credit card, without confirming the amount or what she was running it for. Come to find out, she ran it for over $900 even though I had already paid for my room and then didn't give me a receipt after asking for one.
- Sophia (9/5): Superb -
- Lindsey (10/5): Exceptional - The room size is amazing! We had a wonderful stay with other travel baseball families. The hotel was so accommodating with extending the time we had to get out.
- Katherine (9/5): Superb -
- Christoper (4/5): Disappointing -
- Dave (10/5): Exceptional - Very quiet place Long walk to elevator
- Diane (10/5): Greeting upon arrival was awesome which you definitely don't get anywhere else. Jennifer was GREAT! - The breakfast was absolutely wonderful!!! What I liked best about it was that they change the options everyday. If we could improve on this, I would prefer a king size bed. I don't think they have them there.
- Li (8/5): Very good -
- Melissa (9/5): Superb -
- Leeanne (8/5): Very good -
- Joseph (8/5): Very good -
- Iris (1/5): Bad - Never got a chance to stay at property. When went to check in they said they had no rooms available. They said it’s not them it’s bookings fault. They did find me a room at a different location.
- Bernice (8/5): It was a nice stay for our trip. - Jessica was very friendly and helped us with all our questions. Never slept in this kind of sofa bed, very hard.
- Janelle (8/5): Very good -
- Deborah (9/5): Pleasant one night stay.Great location.Big clean rooms. Pet Friendly/FamilyFriendlyA+ - Check in receptionist was very nice. The facility and rooms were clean. Kitchen area and bath area were nice! Shower was hot! Beds were comfy and just loved those pillows. Pool and gym area was nice. Pet friendly! Lots of stores close by too.Great location. Nice sized rooms for the 3 grown sons and us parents. A very nice place to stay. We'd love to come back. 3 tv's however one tv did not work and it was late so we didn't bother to call the desk and we were leaving the next morning. The bathroom door and both bedroom doors had a very snug fit and made a very loud noise when being opened or closed disturbing our sleep. Breakfast should have offered more variety but was good. We wanted to find a hot tub in the facility but they didn't have one. Smokers outside the building and so the smoke creeped into the room. What can you do about that? Nothing really.
- Stephen (9/5): Convenient and comfortable two bedroom suite. - The room was cuter than expected, the kitchen fully stocked with needed items, and the beds very comfortable. The two bedroom suite was an excellent option for two couples travelling together. There was no bedside table on each side of the bed, which was inconvenient.
- Selim (3/5): I was not pleased with my stay. - It was not very clean, the room smelled terrible. Constant smell of smoke as if someone smoked a cigarette.
- Angela (9/5): Superb - Room furniture is a bit used and abused but room was clean and pleasant
- Ritche (10/5): Exceptional - The staff goes above and beyond!
- Marian (8/5): Very good -
- Sharon (8/5): Very good -
