• Nazrin (1/5): Due to cockroaches found in the apartment on the first night and the lack of immediate assistance, we had to leave and r - The location was central. We discovered cockroaches in the bathroom, kitchen and bedroom during the first night, which made the apartment uninhabitable for us. We contacted the host immediately but received a response only much later, after we had already left and booked another hotel. Unfortunately, this caused significant stress and extra expense. Cleanliness and response time should be improved.

De host was bijzonder aardig en hulpvaardig en reageerde direct op vragen, dat was top Op de site staat 2 slaapkamers met elke kamer 2 persoonsbed. .er waren geen 2 kamers maar enkel gescheiden door een gordijn dicht te doen in dezelfde ruimte. We arrived at midnight and he was still available for making sure we have no issue with finding accommodation. I am not sure if it was a Google maps problem or issue with the booking.com actual address was different from which Google map was directed to. But the owner was really helpful.

The owner of the property is very helpful and polite man. Moreover, especially for famillies with children can choose this apartment for a relax and home-like accomodation experience.

• Barbara (9/5): Excellent host, location and value - The location was fabulous - very easy to get to and from. The flat was spacious, warm, clean, quiet and comfortable. The kitchen is well-equipped with a large fridge. The host Kaveh was fantastic - very friendly, helpful and quick to respond. These are very small points but the shower is tiny and the shower curtain is a little grimy. It would have been helpful to know that the two bedrooms are only separated by a curtain.

• Traveler (9/5): Superb - Amazing location in the center of the city, walking distance everywhere. We chose is to be close to the Christmas markets, which was 2 minutes walking. The host was great, good communication prior to arrival with clear instructions, pictures and videos to find the place easily. The apartment is big and spacious, with everything you need. The bathroom could use a new bath curtain, but other than that all great.

• Emma (10/5): What a find! - Amazing location. Short 10-15 mins walk to main town centre and attractions. A couple of hundred yards from a metro station. A couple more hundred yards took you to another metro station where 3 of the 4 lines converged meaning you could go almost anywhere across the city. Airport express bus stop is at this metro stop too. Bus stops and trams similarly in the area. Could not be better connected to the transport system. Good facilities in the apartment such as full kitchen and washer/dryer for laundry. Apartment very clean. Comfortable apartment. I asked for early check in by an hour and they were able to accommodate this - even when the cleaning was not quite finished they allowed access whilst the finished mopping the floor. Great value for money. I would definitely stay here again. Main selling points are the location and value for money. Unfortunately I was not sent the instructions on how to gain access to the building or the apartment until after I arrived at the property and called the host myself by telephone - however I am happy that this was a one off oversight. Other subsequent communication from the host was excellent and very easy.

It was super clean, modern and cozy, I felt the extra care. everything is close, and available from here, I can only recommend. Not to mention how smooth the check in was, which is a big advantage I like literally everything
