Marselena (1/5): - Tidak ada karena tidak bisa check in Saya tidak bisa mereview hotel ini karena ketika kami sampai di sana, setelah perjalanan panjang dari Jakarta kami baru stop by di Muarobungo untuk beristirahat dan kami DITOLAK dengan alasan mereka ga bekerja sama dengan platform OTA manapun. Jadi tidak bisa menerima kami. Kami sudah berusaha menghubungi ke booking com, tapi yang jawab hanya mesin. Saya juga mengajukan cancel dan karena batas waktunya 24 jam saya menunggu. Tapi setalah 24 jam statusnya jadi completed. Tolonglah booking.com, hapus hotel ini dari list anda! Saya booking 2 kamar, dan berakhir malam itu saya sekeluarga keliling2 mencari hotel untuk kami bisa beristirahat setelah perjalanan panjang. Sangat mengecewakan.
