• Patrice (9/5): Hôtel très bien situé et proches de tous les moyens de transport, à 10 minutes du Parlement Européen - Personnel très accueillant et disponible, très à l'écoute. Chambre 411, grande surface. Literie confortable, belle salle de bain. Pour la chambre 411, vue sa surface, la table pour déjeuner pourrait être plus grande et accepterai une chaise supplémentaire. Salle de bain: la baignoire est trop glissante pour assurer une bonne sortie pour une personne âgée; quelques bandes de scotch transparent anti-dérapant supprimerait ce problème. Interdire le klaxon de nuit à Bruxelles
• Veronika (9/5): - Les lits étaient super confortables, le personnel était très agréable et la chambre était propre. Le plan de travail dans la kitchenette était minuscule et il n’y avait nulle part où accrocher un torchon.
• Triantafyllos Piatos (4/5): En vistelse som fungerade – men där detaljerna tyvärr talade ett helt annat språk. - Tyst men kall rum i nedre botten rum 8 Boendet beskriver sig som ett B&B, ett koncept som i större delen av världen innebär att frukost ingår. Här kostade frukosten 17 euro. Jag antar att detta är en lokal tolkning av traditionen, även om utbudet snarare påminde om något man skulle förvänta sig på en mycket entusiastisk scoututflykt. Jag har personligen inte stött på en sämre frukost, men jag är alltid öppen för nya erfarenheter. Kaffe debiterades separat med ytterligare 3 euro, trots närvaron av en kaffemaskin på rummet. Den innehöll två kapslar för två personer under tre dagar. Fler kapslar kunde köpas för 1 euro styck i receptionen, vilket naturligtvis är ett alternativ för den som uppskattar… ransonering. Det gav en viss inblick i hur man valt att tolka begreppet service. Sammanfattningsvis uppfyllde boendet sina mest grundläggande funktioner, men flera detaljer avvek från vad man normalt skulle associera med ett B&B, både vad gäller transparens och värde. Jag är inte upprörd — jag är bara milt förvånad.

• Milada (9/5): Hotel byl příjemný, líbilo se nám tam - Dobrá poloha hotelu, vstřícný milý personál. Bylo fajn mít na pokoji kuchyňku s rychlovarnou konvicí a kávovarem (kapsle jsme si koupili v supermarketu). Wifi fungovala dobře. Dostali jsme i 2 samostatné peřiny, o které jsme předem požádali. Ze zvyku jsem po 3 dnech hodila špinavé ručníky na zem, ale nebyly nám vyměněny za čisté, ani nebyl po celý pobyt doplněn toaletní papír. Ale možná se úklid dělá jen některé dny v týdnu a možná jsme zrovna v ty dny měli na klice ceduli nerušit (my si většinou první dva dny uklízet nenecháváme).

• nicolas (8/5): - Situation de l'hôtel proche de l'hyper centre tout en étant dans un quartier plus calme et tout proche de plusieurs parcs (important pour moi car je voyage avec mon chien). Le nécessaire pour cuisiner. La salle de bain est grande et propre. Lit grande largeur. Difficile de régler la température dans la chambre. Il pourrait y avoir une boîte à mouchoirs dans la salle de bain, un torchon dans la cuisine. Une dosette de café supplémentaire puisque j'ai réservé deux nuits.

• lidia (7/5): Habitación con microondas y cafetera pero no lo llamaría apartahotel - La habitación tiene una micro cocina, pero no lo consideraría apartahotel. En la habitación hay una Nespresso, lo que hace muy cómodo el café mañanero. Está en el barrio europeo por lo que la ubicación puede ser excelente pero si te interesa más el centro está a 20 min xo con unas cuestas importantes Las camas no eran especialmente cómodas Lo denominan apartahotel pero la cocina es tan diminuta que no puedes hacer prácticamente nada Solo tiene servicio de limpieza cada 8 días y no dejan nada en la habitación para limpiar, ni una escoba, una balleta.... Con lo que se hace muy complicado pasar tantos días con un estropajo y limpiavajillas, que es lo único que dejan Tampoco recogen la basura

• Amfion (8/5): - Hotel w dzielnicy europejskiej, trochę na uboczu względem głównych atrakcji miasta przez co spokojniej w okolicy. Dla nas to zdecydowany plus. Bardzo pomocna i komunikatywna ekipa pracująca na recepcji, osobny plusik dla nich. Śniadania nie były przesadnie rozbudowane, ale dla nas wystarczające Na ścianach widać ślady użytkowania (rysy, zabrudzenia, uszkodzenia)

• Natasa (10/5): Best place to stay if you are going for business trip in this part of the city. - Location is perfect close to business center and to the company where I went to work. Room was clean, equiped with all required facilities, even with small kitchen. This room was even better than the one where I stayed last time :) Breakfast is really good served from early hours so you can grab something to eat even if you have early flight. Staff alwasy available. No dislikes :)

• Jes RA (9/5): Muy bien - El apartamento está muy bien, es como una habitación de hotel pero con una cocina lo básico para poder cocinar. Las camas están bastante bien. La ubicación es buena, a un paseíto del centro y a 5min del Parlamento. En general muy bien todo. Solo le pondría pegas a las almohadas, son bastante bajitas.

• Al Naimi (1/5): Avoid dealing with Izabelle. - Location was fine We had a problem with hot water and ac, both were broke, so we talked to a lady at the front office, her name was khadiga unfortunately she did not know anything and how to solve our issue. She called her supervisor, izabelle. Izabelle was arrogant and talked in a dis mannered way also she is totally unqualified to deal with guests or even human-being. She was shouting as her shift ended and did not solve the problem. We decided to pack our stuff to leave, but luckily a man standing at the front desk interfered his name was Goran he dealt in a professional way in which he solved both issues in less than two minutes easily and smoothly otherwise things where fine just AVOID the creature named IZABELLE.
