• Linda (10/5): Family owned winery, Fantastic! - Amazing view. Beautiful winery, the rooms are spacious, we enjoyed the beautiful breeze and sitting on the porch with our wine and cheese. The family, Mariateresa, and her daughter, Guilia was so helpful and we had a very informative and delicious wine tasting! Her other daughter, Flavia, helped us with parking and making our stay so nice. They are a wonderful family and we had a terrific stay. We had great recommendations for where to eat. They told us about a large wine tasting in the city, Merumalia Winery was there, and we had so much fun! They even had a place for our son to come and stay for just a night on the weekend! We will look forward to staying there again when in the area! The gravel road to enter had some deep holes so you have to go very slow.

• John (9/5): A great location, overlooking the city of Rome but free from all the hustle and bustle. - We stayed in a separate apartment on the property. We provided our own food, etc., but the apartment was equipped with an induction cooker, microwave, coffee maker, kettle and fridge. We loved the peace and quiet and the ability to do everything at our own pace. One or two items of cutlery were missing but we managed without them!

Al termine delle giornate di lavoro, è stato un vero piacere lasciarsi incantare dalla vista di una Roma meravigliosa al tramonto, con i suoi colori e la sua atmosfera unica. Durante il fine settimana, ho avuto l’opportunità di passeggiare nel loro giardino ben curato, completamente immerso tra vigneti e uliveti. Questo ambiente tranquillo rappresenta una cornice ideale per esplorare le bellezze naturali dei Castelli Romani, una zona davvero affascinante. Oltre alla natura, la possibilità di degustare vini eccellenti come la Malvasia del Lazio, il Greco Bianco e il Bombino ha reso il soggiorno ancora più speciale. I vini rossi, ricchi e vellutati, trasmettono tutta la profondità dei terreni vulcanici che caratterizzano la regione. Consiglio vivamente questa destinazione a chiunque sia alla ricerca di relax e desideri assaporare ottimo vino in un contesto ospitale e suggestivo.

I even could regulate the tempetature in the room to make it really warm (end November) which in Italy is not everywhere.

• Giulia (10/5): Riscoprire la natura e i suoi odori - Ci ha colpito la gentilezza del personale: disponibili per qualsiasi richiesta, hanno reso questa esperienza leggera e rilassante! Il vino rigorosamente biologico e il cibo delizioso, molto particolare, lo chef propone piatti unici con materie prime di qualità e prodotti di stagione a km zero, molti auto prodotti. La location è un gioiello verde immerso nei vigneti, pace e silenzio sono uno dei punti di forza dell’esperienza. Sarebbe molto utile un servizio navetta della struttura per coloro che viaggiano con i mezzi pubblici e arrivano alla stazione, ma anche qui lo staff gentilissimo si è messo a disposizione per prenotare i taxi.

Mancavano tende oscuranti, per cui la mattina dalle 6 c'era già troppa luce in stanza. Una macchinetta automatica con cialde sarebbe decisamente più comoda per gli ospiti, che altrimenti devono prepararsi la moka. Per una sola notte 20 euro di supplemento per pulizia cani è forse troppo, visto che una notte di pernotto costa giá piu di 100 euro senza colazione.

We only wish we knew to book a tasting ahead of time, as the place is quite small and if they book a private showing, you might not be able to join. We were able to sneak into an earlier smaller group so got to all we wanted and highly recommend trying Giulia’s 10/10 wines and olive oil!

• Spencer (10/5): Come for the wine, stay because its beautiful and there's more wine. - Maria Theresa and her staff are knowledgeable, helpful, and kind. The organic wines they make are excellent. The buildings are charming and unique. The view was incredible, we loved the entire experience. It was harder in the evenings to find taxis to take us there.
• Giulia (9/5): A perfect stay outside of Rome - We stayed 3 nights here during our two month road trip around Europe and it was the only leg of our trip where we slept like we were at home. The place is extremely peaceful with stunning views of the countryside. The beds and pillows are of top quality and sooooo comfortable (and well surpassed every other bed we slept on in the past 2 months - even several 5 star hotels!). The owners treat you like you’re family. Our son had a cough during our stay and the owner brought us honey and homeopathic syrup (without us even asking). My only regret is that we didn’t stay here for a longer stay and rest/relax and drink more of their delicious wine and enjoy the company of the very friendly owners. €25 per day for breakfast was unexpectedly high considering it was two cappuccino, two croissants, some yogurt and fruit. I got the same breakfast every morning at a cafe in city center Rome for less than €10… Also, the bottle of wine in the fridge is NOT complimentary (despite this being customary that if a bottle is left in the fridge, it’s for the guest to try).
• Ilja (10/5): Exceptional - It was clean, freshly renovated rooms, especially from our room was great view in the garden, tasty wine and of course carrying stuff.
• Benita-beth (10/5): Tranquility of the Hills of Roma - The panoramic views are breathtaking and the location is key. Can be to Rome within a short drive, but far enough away to enjoy the tranquility of the night. Also, the wines are fantastic and so is the family that operates the vineyard. The apartment was ample and had everything that was needed.

• Emmanuel (10/5): Exceptional - We have been very well welcome. The location was amazing, with a nice view on the vineyards and Roma. Any issue has been solved quickly, the room was big, comfortable, and I really advise you to take the wine dégustation ! You can easily go to Roma by metro leaving your car on a cheap parking (5km from the location). We really loved the place !

• William (8/5): Great location, even greater wines. - is a self contained flat. location great, staff and owners lovely. You MUST try the all natural wines. they’re great. only slight negatives, no kettle and had to boiled water in microwave. Also the water pressure to the shower a little erratic but then it is on a hill.
• Ali (10/5): Exceptional - Location was oh so great! The lady running the resort was suuuper nice and accomodating. The dog Achilles was great company. Wine was great too! The whole experience of living in the coutryside, cooking your own food was a great experience. Nothing at all to dislike. The town is small and it should be noted that there arent many restaurants and markets close by and also are open for limited time during the day. Either get a car/bike for yourself or make sure to take all groceries to the resort on your way from the train station.
