• Hans Uwe Ludwig (5/5): No way - The location is very good, host is very friendly and helpful Main issue was the permanent smell of sewage inside the apartment ( absolutely not acceptable). Cleanliness mainly on the surface, avoid a closer look. Walls near the water pond ( pool ) are full of damp and show very big areas of chipped paint. Kitchen chairs are partly broken. Would not book the apartment again.

Donald qui nous accueille est très sympathique et disponible si besoin. L’appartement aurait besoin d’être entretenu. En raison de la piscine intérieure, beaucoup de salpêtre sur les murs. Le plancher dans la chambre au-dessus de la piscine est très abîmé. Pas de lampe de chevet dans les chambres, une seule prise électrique d’un seul côté du lit. Pas devant bouilloire électrique. Entre les 2 chambres : promiscuité ++ Le quartier est tranquille mais il y a beaucoup de bruit devant l’appartement : restaurants de part et d’autres. Appartement sombre en rez-de-chaussée, nécessité d’allumer tout le temps.

• Diana (8/5): Having an indoor pool was the best! - We've stayed in Triana before and love the area, so we chose to return for this trip—and we're glad we did. The apartment (which is actually a loft) is in an excellent location, right next to the Mercado de Triana and surrounded by charming ceramic shops. It's within walking distance of many great restaurants and the vibrant Calle San Jacinto. Every morning, we walked to the Mercado to pick up breakfast, which became a lovely daily ritual. The beds were very comfortable, and the air conditioning made a big difference during Sevilla’s hot summer days. The pool was also a highlight for the kids and a perfect way to cool off. Donald was an excellent host. While we really enjoyed our stay overall, there are a few things future guests may want to be aware of. The apartment is on the ground floor, which is somewhat unusual for the area, where most residential units are typically above ground-level businesses. It seems the space may have originally been a commercial property that was converted into a tourist rental. As a result, natural light is limited to the front window. While the lighting could have been a bit brighter, and a few bulbs needed replacing, this didn’t affect our overall comfort. Because of the ground-floor location and proximity to popular bars and restaurants, noise at night can be noticeable. It’s definitely a lively area—stepping out of the apartment puts you right into the heart of Triana’s nightlife, which is great for atmosphere but may not suit light sleepers. The loft-style design means there are no fully enclosed bedrooms. Instead, there are two open sleeping areas upstairs with no doors, which may not be ideal for all travelers. One of the upstairs areas includes a toilet and sink (also without a door), while the second bathroom (with the only shower) is located on the ground floor—so expect some trips up and down during the night. A few small touches could improve the overall experience, such as more attention to cleaning (especially the kitchen trash cans) and some maintenance near the pool area, where humidity seems to have affected the walls and paint. That said, these were minor issues in the context of a fun and memorable trip. The location, pool, and overall charm of Triana still made it a great stay for us.

• Remko (8/5): Nice spacious apartment at a great location - Nice spacious apartment, with indoor swimmingpool and pretty much everything you need. Even a good public parkinggarage closeby. Beds were a bit too hard for us, but that's just a personal preference. The recycling bin for glass in front of the door was however a nuissance when someone used it early in the morning.
