• Johannes (10/5): - Wir haben uns in diesem Hotel sehr wohlgefühlt. Im Zimmer standen zu Beginn Cola und Wasser für uns bereit, was eine sehr nette Aufmerksamkeit war. Das Frühstück wurde frisch zubereitet und liebevoll angerichtet. Besonders schön ist, dass man auch draußen frühstücken kann. Ganz besonders hervorheben möchten wir das Personal. Alle waren unglaublich hilfsbereit und freundlich. Als wir unseren Zug erreichen mussten, wurde wirklich alles getan, um uns zu helfen. Sie sind sogar mit uns auf die Straße gelaufen und haben mit verschiedenen Fahrern gesprochen, um herauszufinden, wer uns am schnellsten zum Bahnhof bringen kann. Diese Herzlichkeit und Unterstützung haben unseren Aufenthalt besonders gemacht. Wirklich nichts. Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis ist absolut hervorragend

Вроде бы много всего, но как то странно подобрано и разный набор каждый день. По умолчанию можно что-то попросить, чего нет на столе и тебе принесут (но об этом надо как-то догадаться. Плюс, кофе, мягко говоря, не самый качественный (больше похоже на кофейную воду) Плохая шумоизоляция

L’emplacement est parfait: tout proche du Registan et du quartier pieton. Nous recommandons vivement ce boutique hotel.

Seemed understaffed since the receptionist was also the waiter and the only person we saw doing evening throughout our stay. He was very polite and hard working.

• MASAYUKI (10/5): 知り合いの家に泊めさせてもらう感覚になれるゲストハウスで快適な滞在ができました。 - レギスタン広場とヒビハニムモスクのほぼ中間点にあるため観光にはべんりです。ホテルというよりはゲストハウスで部屋数も少なく、玄関で靴を脱いで入ります。中庭の感じも良かった。スタッフはとても親切で良い距離感を持たれています。 水回りで少し問題あったのですが、業者を呼ばれて対処されました。

Отель находится в 5 минутах от Регистана, что было очень удобно. Большая благодарность хозяину отеля Сирофу, который нас сам встретил и проводил, всегда был готов помочь. Очень вежливый и гостеприимный. Рекомендую отель Мозаик!

Nos adelantaron la hora del desayuno sin ningún problema para poder desayunar antes de irnos. La bañera perdía agua, por lo que después de ducharnos, el suelo del baño quedaba empapado.

Odada küvet yerine duş teknesi olsa idi iyi olurdu. Bir de TV kanal ayarları Rusçaya ayarlı idi. İngilizce ayarlı olsa idi iyi olurdu.

• Yuya (10/5): サマルカンド観光に最適！ホスピタリティに溢れたホテル - レギスタン広場から徒歩圏内で、観光にとても便利です。出発日の朝も、レギスタン広場で散歩ができました。 英語はだいたい通じました。日本語を話せるお父さんもいます。スタッフの方は会うたびに気持ちよいあいさつをしてくださり、思いやりに溢れていました。 休憩スペースでくつろいでいたら、クッキーとお茶を出してもらえて嬉しかったです。最終日の出発が朝7時前で朝食時間に間に合わなかったのですが、ブレックファーストボックスを用意してもらえました。 部屋の装飾やクッションがきれいで、お城のようでした。またサマルカンドに行く機会があれば泊まりたいです。 ありがとうございました。 特になし

• Michiko (8/5): - ホテルとはありますが、ゲストハウス。家族経営の小さな中級ホテルです。一階の部屋でしたが、とても広く清潔です。中庭はお部屋の内装もまさにウズベキスタンスタイルで期待は裏切りません。レジスタン広場、ビビハニムモスクにも歩いていけます。隣にある小さな店でアイスクリーム、量り売りのお菓子、水、ビール、果物など購入できます。朝食はテーブルの上に果物、トマトやお菓子がたくさん。その上で卵料理、ソーセージ、パンなど温かいまま持ってきてくれます。洗濯もネットに入れてお渡しすると数時間で完了してくれました。クレカつかえました。 特にありませんが値段相応のホテルですね。
• Sanne (9/5): Smukt lille hotel - Meget smukt og autentisk lille hotel med den bedste beliggenhed. Kun 5 min fra Registan. Meget stille og roligt. Fantastisk morgenmad som den første dag blev serveret helt særligt Morgenmaden blev efterfølgende serveret i en lille ikke så hyggelig "kælderrestaurant" men var stadig god. badekarret var sat sammen med tape i det ene hjørne og der var ingen prop så man kunne ikke få karbad. Men god bruser. et par af lamperne virkede ikke og personalet talte meget begrænset engelsk,men prøvede at hjælpe så godt de kunne.
• Nilly (9/5): מלון נעים, ממוקם נהדר, יחס אישי. - מיקום מעולה, כמה דקות הליכה מכיכר רג'ואן. העיצוב האותנטי והמושקע של המלון והחדרים. היחס האישי בהתאמת ארוחת הבוקר לטעמנו ובמיוחד הדאגה של בעלת המקום כשהמונית שלנו לתחנת הרכבת לא הגיעה בזמן, דאגו להזמין וגם לשלם מראש לנהג. הפריע לנו נוהל המקום של חליצת נעליים בכניסה..אבל הסתדרנו.

• sadamatsu (9/5): レギスタン広場からすぐの素敵なホテル - レギスタン広場がすぐ近くで立地がとても良く、お部屋も広々としており掃除が行き届いていました。マネージャーのスローチさんはとても親切で色々と助けて頂きました。5日間宿泊しましたが、ベットは大きく寝心地は最高、ソファセットも大きくて毎日とても快適でした。また、洗濯もして頂きとても助かりました。YANDEX GOもホテルの前まで来てくれますので移動も便利でした。とてもおすすめのホテルです。 強いて言うなら、バスタブがデコボコしていたため、シャワーが浴びにくかったこと、私たちが宿泊した部屋が広かったため、周辺のホテルよりは割高だったかもしれません。

Close enough to sights, although neighbourhood lacks eating options. Some lovely decorative touches in the room and good size. Registration certificate was not issued on departure. Emailed various times and was sent an invoice. This is not the official form required by government which could have meant a lot of trouble. Despite further emails was never sent the official form. My certificates were checked but not all luckily. This is a legal requirement so think it should be observed.

Everything looked authentic and kind of charming. Excellent sleep quality. The staff was friendly, caring and helpful. Great location to explore the main attractions. Nothing to complain about.
• Shamil (10/5): Awesome location and service! - On a September trip to Samarkand, we stayed at the Mosaiс Boutique Hotel. First of all I would like to say that the hotel has an excellent location, 5 min from Registan Square, 10-15 min from Siab Bazar. Wonderful hosts, everything is very homely and cosy. Lovely breakfasts, ripe fruit, fresh pastries, everything was at the highest level. We stayed in a large room, very comfortable for a company of 4-5 people. Now we recommend this hotel to everyone!

• Faisal (10/5): Great family run Hotel - We had a great time at the Mosaic Boutique hotel. Its a family run hotel and we were looked after very well by Akmol and his family. The hotel is quite new and hence the facilities were excellent (the bed was very comfy!). The breakfast was great, a traditional Uzbek breakfast of omelette, pancakes, pastries, bread, fruit and more! Location wise it is ideally placed to visit the Registan as it is very close, but also in walking distance of bibi khanum mosque, siyub bazaar, shah i zinda and hazrat khizr mosque. Nothing.
