Anonymous (5/5): Very Basic- Worked out ok for our needs for this particular trip. - I did like the clear easy instructions for entering the property upon arrival The floor in the living room bedrooms and bathroom were a bit dusty, especially in some corners and near the baseboards, maybe because it's pet-friendly (although we didn't have pets). Also saw a couple small bugs. As far as the bathroom, the shower curtain was not that clean and since there were no small washcloths, we had to use larger hand towels for showering which seemed a little odd.

Erin (10/5): Fantastic place to hang out with family and have quality family time. - This was by far the best vrbo property I've ever stayed at. The kitchen was quite stocked, with coffee, teas, lots of seasonings, pans and utensils. The game room was fun, and we loved taking the dog out back. Plus, feeding the chickens next door is not something we get to do every day. I would definitely stay here again and tell anyone heading to Johnson City to stay here. nothing
Gal (5/5): A nice place but too pricey for the value you get - Very good shower, the bedrooms and the living room are exactly what a family needs There was not really exit for a backyard, but availability to a backyard which is not connected directly to the house, so think about it if your with a dog. The facilities in the kitchen are very poor. Exactly one spoon and one fork for every family member. So all in all this place is a bit pricey for the value.

Bob (9/5): Nice little place - I would stay there again. - Quiet location, nice area for people to gather in the front room, beds were comfortable. A bit spartan in appearance - some curtains and wall art would make it look cozier. There were only 3 forks, 3 knives, 3 tablespoons - a few more utensils would have been nice.
