• lay meng (1/5): Sorry to say, I won’t recommend to anyone else. - Great customer service. The hotel room was not cleaned properly upon arrival. There were visible traces of lotion left in the bathroom by a previous guest, and we even found leftover food wrapped in serviettes inside the fridge. These issues made it clear that housekeeping standards were lacking. To make matters worse, the internet was extremely slow and unreliable. Fortunately, we only stayed for two nights. Based on our experience, I would not recommend this hotel to others.

• Elizabeth (3/5): I have been at least 8 times but wll never go again. - The location is great, and the staff are exceptional. EXCELLENT HARD WORKING STAFF. Gardens are beautiful. The rooms are old, mouldy, and the air conditioners don't work properly. We had to change rooms three times. The pool is so grimy that you slip on the pool stairs. Grime visible. Breakfast shocking. Stale bread, original toaster from 20 years ago. Staff are doing the best they can, but facilities are shocking. Pool staff are mostly slack except for the older staff members. Concreted areas are loose. They used to be so much better. Mosquitos!!
• Makayla (7/5): Nice but avoid the Delux Double rooms - The staff were so kind, very helpful. Fantastic buffet breakfast with lots of different options especially veggie options. The pool was amazing and the beach right there was lovely We originally booked a Delux Double room with a sea view... These rooms were not worth the money at all. Mould all over the roof and the walls, clearly just painted over as some spots were fresher than others. There was even white paint on our bedding. The air con smelt awfully of mould but there was only 1 sliding door with no screens so had to use the air con, no fans either. The beds were very uncomfortable too and only 1 pillow each. We only stayed 1 night here before paying to upgrade to a suite room which was much nicer. Unfortunately the air con still smells of mould in that room too, but so so much nicer and the staff were very helpful in upgrading us. The wifi doesn't work at the Delux Double but they did offer us a booster internet dongal. The wifi did work in the Suites rooms just fine

• Ynneke (8/5): Heerlijk verblijf aan het strand - De ligging aan het strand (hoewel ze geen bedjes hebben van het hotel), de prachtige tuin, de mooie gebeeldhouwde deuren en versieringen, prachtige kamers, en vooral: de ligging bij het strand. Hotel is enigszins gedateerd, groot en statig. We kregen eerst een kamer aan de achterkant, terwijl er wel een betere kamer was. Het ontbijt was okee, met ook wat westerse keuzes (zelfs volkorenbrood), maar de aziatische keuzes waren voorspelbaar.

We loved being in our own private villa which had direct views of the beach and our own pool. The Villa was comfortable and had everything we needed. The lighting inside the Villa could be better very dark.

Grounds were stunning with lots of traditional Bali charm. Breakfasts were disappointing and almost identical each of our 4 day stay.

It's salty, which means you effectively can't bath with that water. The water in the pool is also salty. If you are staying for more than a day, very difficult to live with salty water.

• haider (9/5): - It's a traditional style hotel. The location is very good with many attractions in the close proximity. You can access the beach directly from the hotel which was a plus point. We enjoyed amazing sunsets from the pool. There is a restaurant on the beach with the name Sukutara which serves amazing food. The pool was large and clean and the staff was very helpful and polite. I would definitely recommend this to anyone wanting a stay close to the beach. The wifi signals in our room were weak so that could be improved.

Big rooms. Buikdings needs maintenance upkeep as place is getting run down....particularly bathrooms / plumbing. Would be good to have a dayroom with shower facility for refreshing b4 late flights after checking out of room.

Не понравилось только одно-на завтраки ни разу за 9 дней нашего пребывания не было предложено рыбы,ни разу!Это когда Индийский океан в двух шагах!Прошу администрацию отеля учемть это пожелание)

The resort has Balinese style architecture, wonderfully friendly staff, a good pool, location next to the beach. The room was very roomy with a luxurious bathroom and great AC. The restaurants close by on the beach are not only terrific for meals but have the best sunsets. The breakfast is adequate ... but not great. It is exactly the same day to day. The pushy massage person could calm it down a bit.

Great spot to watch the sunset and located near beach bars and clubs. We had lunch and dinner here a couple of times and the food was exceptional. Great service all round. Lovely helpful staff. A nice touch from the bell boy banging the gong on arrival and leading us to our room. The mattresses were too hard for us and gave us back ache and we were only supplied with one pillow each. We were in a room with a high ceiling and a traditional Balinese roof- I assume there are gaps in the soffit as we had an infestation of mosquitos every night! Some parts of the hotel could do with some TLC for example- the decking around the pool looks tired and could do with freshening up.

• Ivan (9/5): Почти превосходно - Превосходное расположение на берегу океана, немного в стороне от оживленных улиц. Большая и зелёная территория. Большинство зданий в неплохом состоянии. Приветливый и доброжелательный персонал. Номера просто отпад - такой огромной каменной ванны не видел ни разу, я с ростом 2м впервые поместился в ванне во весь рост. Я в восторге. Неплохие завтраки , но немного однообразно, а с другой стороны есть почти все что можно придумать на завтрак без излишеств. Бассейн чистый, лежаков много, есть короткий путь к океану. Есть фонтаны с карпами. Много мест где можно сфотографироваться, мои жена и Дочь были в восторге. В целом я очень доволен своим отдыхом в этом отеле. Разбитый уставший биллиардный стол и кривой разбитый кий , не ожидал в таком отеле увидеть такое состояние биллиарда. Ребята, купите пару новых киев и перетяните сукно на столе, пожалуйста. Так же не понравилось отсутствие доступа к питьевой воде, поставьте кулер. Странно, что в отеле такого уровня нет кулера с питьевой водой, который можно найти в любом хостеле. Да вы даёте бутылку 0.3 литра в день на человека, но это просто смешно - все современные отели ставят кулеры и минимизируют использование бутылок Ну и конечно отелю требуется ремонт , но это не сильно его портит.

Matras was niet om aan te zien en was doorgezakt, waardoor het aanvoelde of je op de grond lag.

Az óceánra nincs közvetlen kijárat, bár közel van és így biztonságosan lezárható.icunami esetén nem tudom mi a helyzet.nincs este a parton olyan club élet, szóval nyugis és szép, rusztikus stílusú.

Touristen schlecht und die Qualität(Kaffee undToast) völlig daneben. Die Toaster waren völlig veraltet und schrottreif Das Ambiente und die veraltete Ausstattung. Bei Wind und/oder Regen war der Boden im Frühstücksraum überall nass und der z.T. windige Raum ungemütlich.
