• Declan (8/5): Thank you for a good time - Very clean nice room. Tv worked well, we called late at night due to a issue with power and got a answer quickly which was great. The pillows weren't the comfiest and the bed sheet wouldnt stay on. Location wasn't great for where we needed.

• Cruz Zebadua (10/5): Excellent place to stay, big suite with a stylish decor! - The suite was very stylish, roomy and modern. It had everything we needed. There was only one tiny trash can in the entire suite which turned insufficient for a 3 day stay with no cleaning service. There was a hole/break in the bathroom floor board. The AC units were tricky but we got them to work and cool the room.
• Jan (10/5): WOW - Amazing experience! The apartment is located in a very quiet part of the city and mostly locals live there. Many shops and restaurants in the near. We didn't use any public transport because everything felt so close! To get to the main attractions you can just walk for 30 minutes and it's soo worth it since you can enjoy the beauty of Rome rather than using metro. The host is very helpful and responsive. The views from the room are expectional! Would highly recommend to anyone interested. Leaving the apartment ;)

Kitchen was shared between 3 apartment units and this was not clear from the description. The stove was broken and impossible to use (electric appliance with broken glass), cutlery pieces missing, not enough cups for usage by 3 apartment units.

La climatisation qui ne refroidissait rien, il fallait se tenir debout et devant pour ressentir un léger vent. Il faisait plus de 30 degrés à Rome donc des nuits compliquées sans climatisation. Pas de changement de drap ni de serviettes alors que nous y avons passé 5 nuitées.

However, we had to rely on public transportation to get around, and the nearest stop was at least a 5-minute walk away. This was quite challenging, especially with a child. I believe we had to request room cleaning or towel changes, but I would have preferred these services to be provided automatically or at least to have easy access to spare towels.

• Krzysztof (9/5): A nice apartment but with no kitchen facilities - A clean apartment, comfortable beds, a big bath (although the water flows too slow) , quiet, ceiling at 3,5 looks amazing There is no kitchen, there is a kitchenette and a fridge shared between 3 apartments. The kitchen is equipped with 2 big plates, a few very small, a few cups and a few spoons/forks ( usually dirty/used) and a microwave. No pots, forget even about cooking an egg… The apartment door does not lock automatically (confusing, by mistake we left the apartment open for the whole day, luckily nothing happened )

• Mariya (9/5): Very cozy apartment - We really like the apartment. It had all the amenities, including a shared kitchen outside the rooms. The phone-based check-in and check-out system was also very convenient. For people who have difficulty with electronic devices, it might be a bit challenging. The jacuzzi tub in the room was a really nice experience after the long walks during the day. There are restaurants, shops, supermarkets within a few steps from the apartment. Only the metro station was a bit far, but there are all kinds of buses that are only 100-200 meters away.

And the restaurant downstairs across the street serves amazing food. My next visit to Rome would definitely stay here again It was tricky to open the door first time , but once we understood how it works wasn’t a problem.

Kettle was not working and the answer from the owner was that it does not work sometimes and that we should make a tea in microwave. It was not obvious to us from the pages that the kitchen is shared between 3 rooms. And there were only 2 bowls for 3 three rooms. Whirlpool was not working.

• Dario (8/5): Not for me - Very clean, close to Termini (22 mins walk) I was expecting an apartment, but it was a room with private bathroom. The kitchen was not equipped to cook. The room was very nice but a little bit too small, for 3 people it was a little bit too small. I had issues with getting into de apartment. The clerk was very rude and talked to me only in Italian I understood little. He ended up by opening the wrong apartment for me and left. I was trying to contact the owner but they didn’t reply on time. They told me everything regarding getting in except what apartment and what room. There are 3 doors to be open with your phone. It took me 20 mins to figurate out how to do it. I was so frustrated, just wanted go home. I would not recommend this place if you travel in a group and if you are not patient enough with gadgets. For a better price I found better places in Rome and the location is a little bit boring, right in the middle of the business quarter. Definitely will not book again. Thank you anyway.

The room feels a bit small for the price. The access system is complicated; I’d prefer physical keys over the automatic one. The lighting is hard to control—it’s either fully on or off, with no in-between.
