As camas e travesseiros são bons, mas só tem janela no quarto da frente e somente um ventilador, ou seja em dias quentes só um ventilador não é suficiente! Há um degrau entre o piso do quarto sem janela e o banheiro que facilmente pode causar acidentes, levei alguns sustos! A torneira do chuveiro estava quebrada e enrolada com fita isolante, ou seja, certamente dá choque! Não tem espelho, nem nos quartos e nem no banheiro!O quarto da frente não tem armário e nem uma estante para colocar as malas, tivemos que colocar a mala no chão! As toalhas não são boas!

Não vi nada tão precário em todo o tempo que viajo, sem condições alguma de ficar nesse lugar, Lençóis encardido e rasgado, colchão era uma canoa, móveis destruídos com pregos a vista, escada estreita, ar condicionado não funciona, e quando solicitei a possibilidade de trocar de quarto ou cancelar a reserva a única resposta foi de que deveria tentar pelo site, e logo fui ignorado. Resumindo, perdi o valor e tivemos que rodar até encontrar outro lugar para ficar.

Realmente unica coisa que foi boa é a piscina que fica em outro terreno. Não tem estacionamento vc precisa deixar seu carro na rua.. realmente se vc quer descansar não vá neste residencial pq de hotel não tem nada!

Lençóis limpos e tem quase tudo que precisa para a cozinha. O vaso sanitário deixou um pouco a desejar, não tinha vazão. A localização é excepcional, de frente para a praia, uma vista de tirar o fôlego de manhã. O prédio é antigo e precisa de algumas manutenções para deixar mais aconchegante. Fizemos a reserva em cima da hora e a hospedagem foi dentro do esperado.

Ana (1/5): Pior local que já fiquei na vida - Absolutamente nada. Logo que cheguei já tive vontade ir embora. Pena que meu dinheiro não é capim. Péssima experiência. Local precisa de manutenção urgente. Assoalho podre, geladeira enferrujada e mofada, fita isolante no registro do chuveiro, sequer tem uma lixeira para descarte do lixo de uso comum nas áreas do residencial. Orientacao foi para descarte no lixo da rua em frente a praia. Saí antes do locado pois não havia condições mínimas de estrutura.
